Regional financial ratio analysis is important to see how the region can manage finances effectively and efficiently. The results of financial analysis in Blitar Regency for the years 2019-2023 show that the Regional Financial Dependency Ratio fluctuates, with a high average of 72%, indicating a significant dependence on the central government. The Regional Financial Freedom Ratio, although increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, remains low at an average of 24%, indicating a pattern of consultative relations with the central government. The Decentralization Degree Ratio is also low, averaging 12.99%, indicating a lack of regional capacity to generate their own income. The Tax Effectiveness Ratio shows a very effective performance with an average of 113%, indicating the realization of tax revenue exceeding the target. The ratio of Direct and Indirect Expenses shows less efficiency, with indirect expenses being more dominant. Overall, although the effectiveness of tax and capital expenditure shows positive results, financial dependence and the level of decentralization still require attention to improve the financial independence and efficiency of the Blitar Regency area.

This study examines the impact of social media trends on Generation Z's lifestyle, focusing on their physical and mental health. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, is profoundly influenced by digital platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The research uses qualitative content analysis to explore how social media shapes their behavior, emphasizing the prevalence of unhealthy habits such as poor diet, lack of physical activity, and the mental stress of striving for social acceptance. The findings indicate that social media trends often promote rapid and detrimental lifestyle changes, leading to physical issues like obesity and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. The study highlights the importance of educating Generation Z on balanced media use and healthier lifestyle choices. Recommendations for future research include exploring effective interventions to mitigate these negative influences and implementing comprehensive educational programs. A multi-faceted approach involving parents, schools, and policymakers is essential to guide Generation Z towards healthier habits.

One of the important problems addressed by researchers and specialists is the problem of agriculture and agricultural land and how to sustain or address them in the event that they need a certain treatment or work is being done to develop methods and agricultural tools and patterns used, which in turn affects production, and in this research has been working to study the impact of several factors on production and has been selected specific workers agricultural land, which is harvested land and affected land and total land and has Mathematical statistical methods were used in the analysis and the STIPWISE method  of linear regression was used to determine the effect and any variables affecting and not affecting the dependent variable, which is agricultural production, and the results of the paper found that one of the variables does not affect the dependent variable, which is the harvested land variable.

This study looks at the legal ramifications of changing the Republic of Indonesia's 1945 Constitution's articles pertaining to citizenship (UUD 1945). The complexity of citizenship issues has increased with globalization, especially when it comes to dual citizenship and the rights of Indonesians residing outside. This study is classified as doctrinal research since it examines legal sources to determine legal principles. The study finds that amendments to the UUD 1945 are necessary to better align Indonesia's citizenship policies with global developments. However, these changes must be carefully considered to protect human rights and maintain national loyalty and identity. Reforming Indonesia's citizenship laws should be done thoughtfully, with input from various stakeholders, to ensure the resulting policies are inclusive and adaptable to the current global context. This research aims to contribute significantly to the development of Indonesia's citizenship policies and to offer a foundation for policymakers in crafting regulations that are more responsive to global challenges.

Manual jimpitan financial management in RT 03 RW 01 Ngaresrejo Village, Sidoarjo Regency faces problems of inaccurate recording and lack of transparency to residents. The purpose of this community service is to improve the efficiency and transparency of jimpitan financial management through training and implementation of a digital accounting recording system. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method and includes several stages such as identifying needs, preparing training materials, implementing workshops, and direct assistance in using the system. The results of this program show that RT administrators can use the digital system well, increasing the accuracy and transparency of financial reports. The main contribution of this program is the application of digital technology in community financial management, which has the potential to be a model for other RTs. This innovation not only simplifies the administrative process but also strengthens community trust in fund management.

This study explores the implementation of Task-Based Language Learning (TBLL) in developing an Android-based application to enhance English language proficiency. TBLL was chosen for its focus on real-world language usage, enabling users to practice English skills through practical tasks. The application is developed using the Flutter framework, which supports cross-platform functionality, providing ease of access for users. The study measures the improvement in English language proficiency without relying on surveys for data collection; instead, it uses performance data from users' in-app activities. The findings are expected to demonstrate that integrating TBLL into a digital platform can effectively enhance English proficiency, especially in practical communication skills. This Android-based application implementation is envisioned as an innovative solution for flexible and efficient language learning.

The synthetic unit hydrograph methods of Nakayasu, HEC-HMS (Snyder), SCS, ITB-1, and ITB-2 are used to calculate peak discharge and flood hydrograph shape in this Kadumalik Dam study. The maximum daily rainfall data analysis used the Thiessen Polygon and Arithmetic Mean methods. Of these two frequency analysis methods, the Thiessen Polygon method was chosen. Rainfall transformation into runoff using the FJ MOCK and NRECA methods has been applied in the Kadumalik Dam analysis. Compared to NRECA, the FJ MOCK method with the Thiessen Polygon method for frequency rainfall analysis provided a better performance rating with calibration values of 0.911 for R2, 0.627 for NSE, 0.606 for RSR, 18.141 for RMSE, and 30.764 for PBIAS. The validation values were 0.911 for R2, 0.661 for NSE, 0.582 for RSR, 16.086 for RMSE, and 34.420 for PBIAS. The Kadumalik Dam uses a side-channel spillway model with an ogee spillway crest type. Technically, it is planned based on the design flood discharge Q100 and controlled by discharging the flood discharge Q1000 and QPMF. The purpose of this study is to determine the hydraulic flow behavior that occurs in the numerical model based on CFD with ANSYS Fluent and CFX, along with Flow 3D in the diversion, regulation, and launching channels, to obtain the optimum design of the structures, where the flow classification is steady and transient. From the numerical analysis results, it was found that the water velocity streamline in the launch channel for Q100 with steady flow is 0.1644 – 0.2643 m.s-1, for Q1000 it is 0.2176 – 0.2869 m.s-1, and for QPMF it is 0.1592 – 0.2262 m.s-1. For transient flow, the water velocity streamline in the launch channel for Q100 is 0.1555 – 0.2250 m.s-1, for Q1000 it is 0.1541 – 0.2232 m.s-1, and for QPMF it is 0.1559 – 0.2255 m.s-1. Wet, normal, and dry hydraulic conditions are used in the analysis of the Kadumalik Dam operation pattern. The wet hydraulic condition before the reservoir had an average discharge of 25.51 m3/s, and after the reservoir, the average discharge was 26.89 m3/s, an increase of 5.125%. The normal hydraulic condition before the reservoir had an average discharge of 15.54 m3/s, and after the reservoir, the average discharge was 18.75 m3/s, an increase of 17.105%. The dry hydraulic condition before the reservoir had an average discharge of 1.74 m3/s, and after the reservoir, the average discharge was 7.97 m3/s, an increase of 78.157%.

Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa Internasional yang harus dikuasai oleh masyarakat terutama mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh jenjang pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu keterampilan dalam Bahasa Inggris yang harus dikuasai adalah keterampilan mendengarkan (listening). Listening merupakan keterampilan utama dalam memahami bahasa agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman makna kalimat dalam bahasa Inggris. Namun listening juga merupakan keterampilan bahasa yang susah untuk dikuasai karena banyak kalimat untuk ekspresi lisan yang maknanya berbeda dengan makna kalimat dalam bahasa Inggris bentuk tertulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mendengarkan (listening) mahasiswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan menerapkan proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode audiolingual. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan responden adalah para mahasiswa yang masih mengikuti perkuliahan Bahasa Inggris di semester 2 baik dari jenjang D3 maupun S1. Data didapatkan dengan melakukan observasi selama proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dan hasil nilai mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan latihan listening. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan materi listening yang menggunakan metode audiolingual dengan bentuk latihan filling the blank menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam keterampilan listening. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan latihan listening dengan filling the blank menggunakan metode audiolingual. Dari hasil yang didapatkan selama melakukan penelitian maka dapat dikatakan bahwa metode audiolingual dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris terutama pembelajaran materi listening yang membutuhkan konsentrasi lebih dari para mahasiswa. Audiolingual ini juga dapat diterapkan dengan bentuk latihan Bahasa Inggris yang lainnya.

Kampung Inggris Pare menjadi salah satu kawasan yang menarik masyarakat dari luar kota untuk datang untuk belajar memperdalam ilmu berbahasa inggris. Mayoritas orang yang datang ke Kampung Inggris adalah masyarakat yang tidak membawa kendaraan pribadi, dalam melakukan mobilitasnya mereka lebih memilih menggunakan sepeda untuk kegiatan sehari-harinya. Potensi demand ini didukung dengan banyaknya tempat persewaan sepeda di sepanjang ruas Jalan Brawijaya, yang terletak di jantung Kampung Inggris, hal ini menjadi salah satu sebab mengapa sepeda menjadi salah satu moda transportasi yang banyak digunakan di Kampung Inggris. Jalan Brawijaya menjadi salah satu ruas yang banyak dilewati oleh pengguna sepeda, karena di ruas inilah para pesepada banyak berlalu lalang untuk menuju tempat kursusnya, namun belum terdapat fasilitas yang memadai bagi pesepeda yakni belum terdapat lajur khusus sepeda. Diperlukan analisis perencanaan kebutuhan lajur khusus sepeda, dan pengadaan pemenuhan perlengkapan jalan agar menjadi jalan yang aman, nyaman dan selamat bagi pesepeda. Pengadaan lajur khusus sepeda diharapkan agar pada Jalan Brawijaya tidak terjadi mix traffic antara pesepeda dengan kendaraan bermotor. Dengan penerapan perencanaan lajur khusus sepeda dengan tipe C, nilai tingkat pelayanan jalan di Jalan Brawijaya tetap A, yang menunjukkan adanya lajur khusus sepeda tidak mempengaruhi lalu lintas yang ditimbulkan, dan keselamatan bagi pesepeda dapat ditingkatkan.

This study aims to describe the process of developing entrepreneurial skills of students, about how to plan the development of entrepreneurial skills of students of PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School, to find out how to implement the development of entrepreneurial skills of students of PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School, and to find out about the effectiveness of entrepreneurship skill development of PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach to obtain data on the planning, implementation and effectiveness of entrepreneurial skill development. The subjects in this study are school principals, teachers and several students at PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School, with data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The findings of this study show that PAB 10 Medan Estate Private Junior High School in the planning process for developing students' entrepreneurial skills has been carried out well in terms of determining goals and objectives, analyzing previous activities and planning to the preparation of plans for the development of students' entrepreneurial skills. In the implementation of entrepreneurial skill development, all daily activities carried out by students and in all subjects are applied, because the implementation is not only focused on the realm of entrepreneurship, but more on the cultivation of entrepreneurial values. In the evaluation process, it is carried out routinely by the school, both in supervision inside the school and outside the school.
