Abstrak:
The Notary Protocol is a collection of documents constituting state archives that must be preserved and maintained by notaries in accordance with statutory provisions. Currently, the storage of notary protocols as state archives is predominantly conducted through conventional means, relying on paper-based media and manual handling. This traditional approach is fraught with several challenges, including vulnerability to loss and damage over time, the need for extensive physical storage space due to the increasing volume of archives, inefficiencies in document retrieval, and ineffective distribution of documents across organizational units and personnel. These limitations underscore the weaknesses of conventional archive management. Law Number 43 of 2009 on Archives permits the creation and storage of archives in various forms, including electronic media, thereby providing a legal basis for digital archiving. However, the existing regulatory framework governing notarial practices, particularly the Law on Notary Positions, does not explicitly address the electronic storage of notary protocols. This regulatory gap necessitates an analysis of the legal certainty surrounding the electronic archiving of notary protocols. Transitioning to electronic storage aligns with the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and Society 5.0, which emphasize digitalization and technological integration. This study explores the feasibility and legal implications of adopting electronic storage for notary protocols, aiming to enhance efficiency, security, and accessibility in the management of state archives.

Abstrak:
The TNI as a means of defense of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia has a noble task. Even though it has a noble task, the TNI is still the same as society in general which has the possibility of committing criminal acts. In practice, TNI who commit criminal acts will be investigated and tried in a Military Court. It turns out that several laws and regulations relating to the authority of the Military Court contain conflicts between one law and another law. The authority to examine and adjudicate courts within the Military justice environment in resolving general crimes committed by the TNI as stated in Article 3 paragraph (4a) of MPR Decree Number VII/MPR/2000 jo. Article 65 Paragraph (2) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army is apparently different from the authority of military justice contained in Law no. 31 of 1997 regarding Military Justice. In order to answer this question, research was conducted, as well as to provide an explanation regarding the resolution of general crimes committed by the TNI. This research is normative research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The research results found that the resolution of general crimes committed by the TNI was still carried out in the Military Court, referring to the legal principle of lex specialis derogate legi generali. The resolution of general crimes committed by the TNI is carried out through legal trials, consisting of the stages of investigation, prosecution, examination and proof, and the execution stage.

Abstrak:
PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The results obtained indicate that the system can help companies improve efficiency by conducting automatic assessments, providing measurable weights, transparently and using the Weighted Product method for more accurate assessments. Overall, the system developed meets the research objectives.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of product image and ethnocentrism factors on knowledge about Uis Karo, a traditional cloth typical of the Karo people, among students of Medan Area University. Product image refers to students' perceptions of the quality, beauty, and relevance of Uis Karo as part of local culture, while ethnocentrism refers to the tendency to prioritize and value local products over foreign products. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 98 students. The results of the analysis show that product image has a significant influence on students' knowledge of Uis Karo, where positive perceptions of the quality and aesthetics of Uis Karo increase students' interest in learning about this cultural product. In addition, ethnocentrism factors have also been shown to have a significant influence; students with high levels of ethnocentrism tend to be more interested and have better knowledge about Uis Karo. These findings imply the importance of promotional strategies that strengthen the image of Uis Karo products and strengthen ethnocentrism attitudes to increase understanding and pride in local culture among the younger generation.

Abstrak:
This article proposes some suggestions to the government in renegotiating the Perth Treaty to provide a solution for a definitive maritime boundary between Indonesia and Australia. Renegotiation of the Perth Treaty in terms of maritime delimitation between the two countries needs to be done in relation to the limitation of sovereignty of both countries. This treaty has never been ratified by both countries after the signing in 1998. The fundamental reason of Australia is associated with the independence of Timor-Leste in 1999 so that the rebus sic stantibus principle then applies. This research employed legal method to provide recommendations to the government as a basis for renegotiating the Perth Treaty according to international law. It also used a statutory and case approach. There are underlying reasons for the urgency of renegotiating the Perth Treaty using the median line with an equidistance line approach. The median line in UNCLOS 1982 has proven to provide progressive results regarding the maritime delimitation of countries. However the decisions of the International Court of Justice, resulted in various side effects with the use of the median line as a single effort to resolve maritime delimitation disputes. Therefore, a new solution is proposed, namely the median line with an equidistance line approach as the most effective method to create justice for each party. The equidistance line in international law serves as a legal resolution method, emerging from customary practices. It is recognized as new customary law for resolving maritime delimitation disputes between countries. Harmonisation of the median line concept using the equidistance line approach in resolving maritime delimitation disputes between Indonesia and Australia is a new approach that can be used based on the successful harmonisation of these two concepts in resolving delimitation disputes globally.

Diabetes is one of the non-communicable diseases that is considered dangerous due to its susceptibility to complications. This disease is caused by high blood sugar levels in a person's body, which makes the blood more alkaline and slows down the metabolic process. In this study, we observed 8 variables that are considered influential in diabetes and will build a regression model that can predict the response variable (y) through Logistic Regression Analysis. Logistic Regression Analysis is a statistical analysis method used to describe the relationship between a dependent variable with two or more categories and one or more independent variables that are categorical or continuous. Based on the results, the logistic regression model for factors influencing diabetes in the Indian Pima tribe includes variables such as number of pregnancies, glucose level, blood pressure, body mass index, and diabetes pedigree function
