Globalization has increased the complexity of business, particularly for multinational companies facing the challenges of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Diversity and inclusion have been recognized as strategic factors that can drive innovation, productivity, and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of diversity and inclusion policies on organizational performance in the context of multinational companies. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire survey involving 200 respondents from various multinational companies. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to measure the contribution of diversity and inclusion policies to organizational performance. The results show that diversity contributes 45% to the improvement of organizational performance, while inclusion contributes 37%. The R² value of 0.6416 indicates that the model can explain 64.16% of the variability in organizational performance based on these two variables. Furthermore, the effective implementation of diversity and inclusion policies has been shown to increase employee engagement by 28% and operational efficiency by 15%. This study emphasizes that diversity and inclusion should be regarded as essential elements in an organizational strategy to enhance competitiveness in the global market. This research contributes to the literature on diversity and inclusion by providing relevant empirical evidence to support strategic decision-making in multinational companies. The study also offers practical guidance for managers in designing more inclusive policies to maximize human resource potential.

This study aims to identify morphological and reproductive characters in Thallophyta and Bryophyta in UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Bryophytes have high species diversity and are known as the second largest group of plants after flowering plants. They play an important role in maintaining ecosystems, especially water balance and nutrient cycles, and serve as bioindicators due to their sensitivity to environmental changes. The study was conducted by taking samples of leaf lichens and crustose lichens on various substrates such as rocks, soil, and trees, then observed using a stereo microscope and binocular microscope. The results showed that Thallophyta, such as crustose lichens, have unique morphological structures and can reproduce through ascospores, while Bryophyta, such as leaf mosses, have a life cycle that includes gametophyte and sporophyte stages. Reproduction in leaf mosses occurs sexually through the antheridium and archegonium, and asexually through stolon fragmentation. In addition to their ecological role, lichens also provide important habitat for a variety of organisms and help maintain the balance of tropical forest ecosystems. The adaptation of lichens to a wide range of environmental conditions allows them to survive in various substrates and extreme situations. This study provides new insights into the role of lichens in ecosystems and their potential applications for environmental conservation and restoration. The results of this study can serve as a basis for biodiversity conservation efforts and sustainable environmental management. Therefore, it is important to take appropriate conservation measures to preserve the vital role of lichens in ecosystems and the overall health of the environment.

Improving the quality of education, of course, is inseparable from the teaching and learning process as the main activity in schools, Mathematics is one of the very important branches of science that is taught at every level of education starting from elementary school (SD) to high school (SMA), there is also this research carried out at SD Negeri 4 Lintang Kanan in grade 5, The purpose of this study is to have a positive influence by using the Mastery Learning Strategy in Mathematics lessons with measurement materials, time distance and speed, this research was carried out after seeing pre-cycle observations that obtained incomplete score results due to lack of concentration from students who were still less active and playing games in learning, and learning was still monotonous, after cycle 1 and cycle 2 the students' grades became complete With an average score of 78 indigo, this study uses observation sheets, and a written essay test to obtain accurate data.

Trade liberalization has become an integral part of economic globalization, providing both opportunities and challenges for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the impact of trade liberalization on MSMEs, including the opportunities it creates, the challenges faced, and the adaptive strategies that can be implemented. Using a qualitative approach based on literature reviews, this study explores various references related to the socio-economic impacts and policy implications for the MSME sector. The findings indicate that although trade liberalization opens broader market access and enhances innovation potential, MSMEs face significant challenges such as global competition, limited capital, and compliance with international quality standards. Therefore, inclusive policies and empowerment programs are essential to ensure MSMEs’ sustainability and equitable benefits from trade liberalization.

This study explores the evolution of Islamic economic thought from its classical roots to contemporary interpretations, highlighting significant paradigm shifts and the contributions of influential figures throughout its history. During the classical era, Islamic economic thought drew heavily from the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, as interpreted by scholars such as Abu Yusuf, al-Ghazali, and Ibn Khaldun. At the heart of this thinking are the principles of social justice, the prohibition of usury, and the need for a fair distribution of wealth. Recently, there have been important updates in Islamic economic thought, shaped by the global socio-economic context and the imperative to address modern economic problems. Key figures such as Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and Umar Chapra have played an important role in developing a more relevant Islamic economic theory, combining concepts such as Islamic banking, macroeconomics, and entrepreneurship based on Islamic ethics.

This research aims to implement the marketing strategy of Pempek Palembang FC (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) MSMEs through Instagram social media. Established in May 2022 in Bangka Belitung, Pempek Palembang FC offers Palembang specialty food products, namely pempek and tekwan. Despite its high market potential, this MSME faces serious challenges due to its lack of social media presence, resulting in limited marketing reach. This research used qualitative methods with interviews and observations to explore the problems and solutions faced. The results show that the creation of social media accounts, creative content development, and consistency in uploading can increase visibility and sales. Through digital marketing strategies, Pempek Palembang FC can reach a wider market, build a customer community, and increase competitiveness in the digital era.

The cultural heritage of the Malay community encompasses various significant aspects that reflect its richness, values, and identity, from social systems to festivals celebrating tradition. The Malay community is known for its egalitarian approach, evident in their language, social interactions, and open markets where nobles and commoners could mingle freely. Traditional arts and crafts, performing arts, and cuisine showcase the unique and rich cultural heritage passed down through generations. Pulau Penyengat, as a cultural and historical symbol, holds deep historical significance with landmarks like the Sultan Riau Grand Mosque and literary works by Raja Ali Haji, demonstrating its role in the spread of religion and culture. Events such as the Malay Cultural Festival and the Lampu Colok Festival play crucial roles in strengthening social bonds and introducing Malay culture to a wider audience. Preserving these elements is essential not only to maintain identity but also to inspire future generations to continue the traditions and noble values of the nation.
 
 

Children are the future generation of the nation that must be protected, especially when dealing with the law. Law enforcement against perpetrators of drug abuse crimes committed by children has been effective. Drug abuse has a very bad impact on the continuity of a nation's generation. To anticipate this, cooperation is needed from all components of society, such as families, from school to university level, and the government must unite in efforts to prevent narcotics in the surrounding environment. Using the perspective of Law Number 35 of 2009, this study attempts to analyze how narcotics crimes committed by children are prosecuted legally. Drug abuse is a serious crime that can endanger the security and sovereignty of the state, as well as the growth and future of the state, according to a normative legal approach that includes analysis of laws and regulations and previous events. Illegal drug use is prohibited, according to Law Number 35 of 2009. Research findings show that, despite the need for legal action against children who use drugs, the juvenile criminal justice system uses Restorative Justice strategies along with the concept of diversion to protect children from stigma.

The existence of a teacher competency development program is very important to improve their performance so that they can be said to be professional teachers. The teacher competency development program functions as a teacher transformation process. The real world of teacher work is student learning in classroom learning activities. Teacher performance is all the results of the teacher's efforts in delivering the learning process. educational goals, which include all activities related to his duties as a teacher. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of teacher competency development programs in improving performance in schools. The research was conducted using the literature study method, which involves collecting data to understand and study theories from various relevant literatures. Teacher competency development is becoming increasingly important and necessary, especially in the context of improving career paths in functional teacher positions. Without continuous self-development, a teacher will encounter difficulties, even difficult to achieve a higher functional position. This research aims to analyze the tax outreach efforts that have been carried out and taxpayers' tax knowledge in an effort to increase individual taxpayer compliance at the Pratama Kupang Tax Service Office (KPP). This research focuses on the effectiveness of tax socialization that has been carried out, the level of tax knowledge of taxpayers and the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that tax socialization and tax knowledge are interconnected and together influence the level of compliance of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Kupang both in terms of accuracy of reporting and tax payments.
