Kegagalan jantung (Heart Failure) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan morbiditas secara global, dengan lebih dari 26 juta orang terdampak di seluruh dunia. Deteksi dini kegagalan jantung sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi yang lebih serius, namun diagnosis sering kali sulit dilakukan karena gejala yang tidak spesifik. Pembelajaran mesin (machine learning) telah banyak digunakan untuk membantu prediksi risiko kegagalan jantung melalui analisis data medis. Berbagai algoritma klasifikasi telah diimplementasikan dalam berbagai penelitian sebalumnya, namun belum ada konsensus mengenai algoritma terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan komparasi performa beberapa algoritma klasifikasi dalam memprediksi gagal jantung, menggunakan dataset Heart Failure Prediction dari Kaggle. Algoritma yang diuji termasuk Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Decision Tree, Random Forest, GaussianNB, dan LightGBM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memberikan performa terbaik dengan akurasi 95 persen, sedangkan algoritma KNN menunjukkan akurasi terendah sebesar 76 persen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan klinis yang lebih baik untuk prediksi kegagalan jantung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang berharga mengenai integrasi akuntansi manajemen dan biaya kepatuhan pajak dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik terbaik yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih luas di Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif yang diadopsi dengan wawancara mendalam secara tatap muka dengan informan yang merupakan pemilik dan pejabat pemerintah yang menaungi UMKM. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) harus memperhatikan informasi akuntansi manajemen dan biaya kepatuhan pajak untuk tujuan perencanaan kinerja. Pengaruh informasi akuntansi manajemen dan biaya kepatuhan pajak terhadap kinerja UMKM sangat signifikan. Dengan informasi ini, UMKM dapat mengukur kinerja melalui perencanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi kegiatan operasional serta keputusan yang berdampak pada efisiensi dan profitabilitas. Atas latar belakang tersebut, sangat dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemilik UMKM harus dapat membuat keputusan akuntansi manajemen yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis berdasarkan informasi yang akurat. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan nilai, meningkatkan kinerja, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan karaywan dan pihak eksternal. Untuk membuat keputusan yang efektif, informasi tentang strategi akuntansi manajemen mencakup strategi persaingan, strategi pengembangan bisnis, dan strategi penganggaran yang didukung dengan perencanaan pajak yang baik.

Abstract. This study presents a web-based system for identifying traditional herbal leaves using K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and image processing techniques focused on analyzing leaf shape and color. The dataset used consists of images of various types of herbal leaves, providing a basis for classification and medicinal benefit information retrieval. The system was tested with multiple leaf samples to assess accuracy, speed, and effectiveness in identifying leaf types based on visual characteristics. Results show that the system can recognize different types of herbal leaves and display information on their medicinal properties in a user-friendly interface..

Oleh karena itu kami hendak membandingkan bagaimana kualitas Bolu susu Lembang yang ada di gerobak dan yang ada di toko. ?Penelitian ini bertujuan? untuk memperkenalkan dan memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang produk Bolu Susu Lembang khas Bandung kepada masyarakat lokal dan internasional terutama turis yang hendak  berkunjung ke Bandung terutama di Lembang. Tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai dengan ?memakai metode berupa deskriptif kualitatif?. Sampel penelitian ini ?berupa? penjual yang menjual Bolu Susu Lembang. Hasil penelitian Bolu Susu ?Lembang memiliki cita rasa yang? lembut karena banyak menggunakan banyak olahan susu dengan tampilan produk yang menarik. Hal ini mencerminkan kualitas produk Bolu Susu Lembang, tren kuliner.  

YouTube is an internet-based social media that focuses on video content. Through account creation, users can get an audience that has a YouTube account and upload videos from different categories, which shows how a YouTube account is packaged in social media. This research is to find out how the process of positive comments and Devina Hermawan's YouTube content is carried out. from this second study is to find out negative comments on Devina Hermawan's YouTube content. The data in this study were analyzed using Social Reception which interpreted observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that there is an impact of comments which include positive and negative comment categories.

Hari Wahyudi, English translation. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the company's waste control at the Prabumulih City Environmental Service. This research was conducted for three months using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that from the aspect of Organizational Characteristics, namely the form of supervision carried out by the Environmental Service through employees who worked in the field, it was approved and recommended by the Head of the Department of Environment. For specialized employees or field staff who carry out supervision, there must be a specialization to support better work abilities, as well as DLH employees in carrying out their duties, namely supervising companies that are directly related, more flexible and able to adapt, if this is indeed the case. not something urgent. For the Environmental Characteristic aspect, it is important for employees to adapt to the work environment, in this case, the Prabumulih City DLH employees must be able to adjust the conditions in the DLH office and also adapt to the conditions in the field in carrying out supervision in the hope that any decisions to be taken are right there. Aspects of Employee Characteristics, namely DLH employees in having good quality because they are in accordance with the educational qualifications and skills possessed, then also in carrying out employee duties ensuring that every company in Prabumulih City can progress but still ensuring the environment in the form of rivers, land and others does not damaged by pollution. As for the aspects of Management Policy and Practice, namely internal vertical and horizontal communication within the DLH Department, it is quite good, then communication with other institutions is also quite good. Then at the DLH Office, there are rarely awards given to employees, so it can be said that the reward system has not been able to stimulate employees to seek effective performance creation and performance and performance development.

 Leprosy is an infectious disease and serious health problem that causes disability. According to the World Report on Disability from the World Health Organization (WHO), leprosy is one of the main causes of disability. It can be transmitted through inhalation or contact with patients, which allows it to spread easily and generally occurs in developing countries, including Indonesia. The number of leprosy cases in Indonesia also fluctuates every year, particularly in East Java Province. This study aimed to apply leprosy spatial modeling by evaluating the heterogeneity of data distribution in East Java Province. Using data from the health profile of the East Java Province, the study analyzed socioeconomic variables, access to health services, and the condition of the home environment. Spatial analysis using Moran’s Index and the Spatial Error Model was employed to obtain spatial distribution and modeling patterns. Variables such as Human Development Index, poverty, access to healthcenters, and the physical condition of the home environment spatially affect leprosy cases. Cross-sectoral collaboration is needed to address leprosy cases.

The supporting factor is the existence of technological advances that become service innovations, in the form of online applications, namely online SAPK in the management of promotions, it will provide convenience in the management of promotions. The inhibiting factor is that the existence of signal interference in several districts is a weak side of the online system that must be improved, as well as the requirements for completeness of files that have not been met by employees hampering the approval process for promotions.

Amrul Mukminin. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Advertising Tax Contribution in Increasing Local Revenue in Palembang City. This research uses qualitative methods with data observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the advertisement tax management was an effort to increase PAD in Palembang City, to someone who was trying to be managed properly. However, there are indeed several problems where the supervision and participation of the community with illegal billboards is still happening and the implementation of regional regulations is not running properly, therefore the PAD from the advertisement tax has not been maximized. The supporting factor in this research is the availability of Palembang mayor regulation number 18 of 2011 concerning requirements, and fixed procedures for collecting advertisement tax and then Palembang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2004 concerning Development and Retribution for Advertising. In addition, to support the vision, mission and strategic plans of the Tax Management Agency. Two things support the effectiveness of the advertisement tax contribution. Internal and external factors inhibiting factors. Obstacles in internal factors, for example, the application of sanctions for billboards arrears who have just appeared without the knowledge of the officers, and the lack of socialization from the Regional Tax Management Agency so that the public does not know about the existence of regional regulations regarding advertisement tax. Whereas in external factors, for example, the community's low awareness of paying taxes or they tend to avoid and are dishonest in the report on the results of the installation of billboards and taxpayers who live outside the city of Palembang.

Iskandar Suhardi, Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement Performance by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to analyze the Performance Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in the application of the health protocol itself in a combined unit of several elements and agencies, it has several weaknesses, first from the community side who really underestimates the Corona virus, then from the officers themselves there is still minimal knowledge in providing education about the importance of complying with health protocol. The enforcement of health protocols did not go as expected, based on the health protocol policy itself, because there were several aspects, where in fact not all people believed in the existence of the corona virus, some even said that this corona was just a political conspiracy and the like, so that officers had difficulty in enforcement of health protocols. In 2020-2021 the health protocol policy is going quite well, people still have fear and vigilance about the spread of the corona virus, but in the course of time and being supported by people who have been vaccinated 1 and 2, it makes people feel safer, so that strict adherence to simple wearing a mask is no longer obeyed, not to mention other things such as washing hands and so on. The implementation of this health protocol policy has many obstacles and the weak side is public awareness and the pros and cons regarding the presence or absence of the corona virus, so that some people do not obey the applicable rules, and this makes it difficult for officers to carry out the policies that have been determined. So in this case the officer must have the right technique or method so that the implementation process can be easier.
