The research aims at investigating he mechanism for impeaching the Vice Regent period for 2016-2020 Gorontalo district and factors that influence Vice Regent to be impeached. This research is empirical research or direct research. The research is used descriptive analysis method so that the comprehensive view picture can be obtained regarding the rules which related to applicable rules or norms. The impeachment process is starts begins with a report submitted by a society the Regional House of Representatives, which is the legislature's commissions. Then it was continued with the formation of a Special Committee to hold a plenary session of the impeachment process for the 2016-2020 Deputy Regent. From the final results of the process in the realm of the Regional People's Representative Council, it is submitted to the Supreme Court in Deciding and establishing an Opinion from the Regional People's Representative Council which is then validated by the Minister of Home Affairs and returned to the regional government to announce the decision on the dismissal. The legal basis for the process and prohibition of a leader is regulated in the 1945 Constitution in conjunction with Law number 23 of 2014 concerning regional government.

Gurulah yang langsung berhadapan dengan peserta didik untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekaligus mendidik dengan nilai-nilai positif melalui bimbingan dan keteladanan.Oleh karena itu, sudah selayaknya guru mempunyai berbagai kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Salah satunya ialah mengenai metodologi pengajaran pembelajaran. Sebagai seorang pendidik muslim sudah seharusnya mengetahui tentang metodologi pengajaran pendidikan dalam Islam. Pendidikan ke-islaman atau pendidikan agama Islam, yakni upaya mengajarkan ajaran agama Islam dan nilai-nilainya menjadi way of life (pandangan dan sikap hidup) seseorang. Untuk itu, hendaknya diterapkan metodologi pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang tepat dan baik dalam proses pembelajaran agar tercapai tujuan pendidikan Islam sebagaimana apa yang diharapkan.

Settlement of land cases through mediation carried out by the Land Office of Boalemo Regency refers to Regulation of Agrarian Affairs Minister and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. Mediation as an alternative for resolving land cases, it is necessary to popularize "mediator". A mediator must know psychologically the condition of the parties, so that they feel comfortable and the problem is resolved comfortably. In addition, the mediator must have analytical skills and expertise in creating a personal approach for the parties involved in the dispute. The mediator must be able to understand and give a positive reaction to the perceptions of each party. The goal is to build good relationships and trust. The parties' trust in the mediator makes it easier to reach a consensus. The priority regarding the purpose and function of the mediator is to resolve land cases in order to resolve cases without creating new ones. The research method that the author uses in this study is the empirical juridical law method, empirical juridical law is a study in addition to looking at the positive legal aspects, it also looks at its application or practice in the field. Thus the empirical juridical approach is a legal research method that seeks to see the law in a real sense or it can be said to see, examine, how the law works in society. The results shows that the handling and settlement of land cases through mediation at the Land Office of Boalemo Regency Land Office is done and carried out based on the Agrarian Affairs Minister Regulation and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. Constraints faced in handling and resolving land cases through mediation at the Land Office of Boalemo Regency are in the form of juridical and non-juridical constraints. The juridical constraint is the technical instructions for the mediation procedure referred to by the regulation have not yet been published, while the non-juridical constraint is in the form of limited qualified human resources as mediators. Based on this, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency in the future must make structured, systematic and massive improvements to the mediation process by immediately issuing technical instructions and improving the quality of human resources in terms of being a mediator through guidance, training and direction.

This research aims to examine in depth the existence of succession for Regional Heads using kinship relations in terms of the concept of the rule of law and formulate the implications of succession for Regional Heads based on kinship relations for the implementation of government duties in the region in the context of the rule of law. Indonesia, as stated in its constitution, adheres to the concept of a rule of law, this is attached to Article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution "Indonesia is a rule of law". One indicator of the application of the concept of the rule of law in a sovereign state is the limitation of power in administering the state. The problem studied in this research is related to how the succession of Regional Heads is related to kinship relations in terms of the concept of the rule of law. The research method used in this research is normative juridical, where the author examines through literature study and analyzes based on various relevant literature. Succession of Regional Heads based on kinship relations in Indonesia has recently become a disturbing phenomenon. As an effort to limit the existence of dynastic politics, this has been done by issuing "Law Number 8 of 2015 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning the Determination of PERPPU Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors, especially in Article 7 letter r" However, this provision was canceled by the Constitutional Court with the issuance of "Constitutional Court Decision Number 33/PUU-XIII/2015". So, the absence of regulations that provide restrictions on this phenomenon has caused the succession of Regional Heads based on kinship relations to become a bad precedent in state administration Rampant updates to this research are expected by the government and the DPR to issue regulations that place restrictions on incumbents being involved in conflicts of interest in the succession of regional heads who have kinship relationships

The internet cafe services industry has significant challenges in meeting customer needs and maintaining its competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the problems faced by the internet cafe service industry using the Servqual method approach. This method allows evaluating the quality of services provided by internet cafes along five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, insurance, empathy and comfort. Data was collected through a survey of internet cafe users and analyzed using statistical techniques. The results of the analysis highlight various problems faced by the internet cafe services industry, and provide valuable insights for industry stakeholders to improve the quality of their services.

Studying the Qur'an is a pivotal act of worship in Islam, which necessitates a structured understanding of its verses to facilitate learning and referencing. Reflecting this complexity, each Quranic verse is rich with unique thematic elements and can be classified into a range of distinct categories. This study explores the enhancement of a multi-label classification model through the integration of FastText. Employing a CNN+Bi-LSTM architecture, the research undertakes the classification of Quranic translations across categories such as Tauhid, Ibadah, Akhlak, and Sejarah. Based on model evaluation using F1-Score, it shows significant differences between the CNN+Bi-LSTM model without FastText, with the highest result being 68.70% in the 80:20 testing configuration. Conversely, the CNN+Bi-LSTM+FastText model, combining embedding size and epoch parameters, achieves a result of 73.30% with an embedding size of 200, epoch of 100, and a 90:10 testing configuration. These findings underscore the significant impact of FastText on model optimization, with an enhancement margin of 4.6% over the base model.

Initial investigations revealed that the typical student experiences a diminished level of well-being. This research aims to delve into the happiness patterns among students, scrutinize the underlying factors, and ascertain methods for enhancing their happiness. Employing a phenomenological qualitative approach, the study elucidates that students perceive happiness subjectively. Additionally, it explores the determinants influencing student happiness and strategies for augmenting their well-being within the Islamic boarding school environment. Happiness is interpreted by students at the salafiyah/traditional Islamic boarding school as a feeling filled with togetherness, simplicity and oriented towards achieving the goals of the world and the hereafter. Factors that support the happiness of students from within are acceptance, openness, calmness, resilience, self-control and good time management. While the determinants of the happiness of students who come from the first environment are attachment and parental support, peer support and support from pesantren through kyai/ustadz. The article can significantly contribute to our understanding of students' lives in Salafiyah traditional Islamic boarding schools and has practical implications for enhancing the quality of education and student well-being in that context

Salah satu sentra usaha produksi jamu tradisional dijalankan oleh ibu-ibu warga RT 02/ RW07 Lingkungan Kalikotok, Kelurahan Karangrejo, Kecamatan Sumbersari,Kabupaten Jember. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu produk jamu yang akan dibuang jika tidak laku pada hari tersebut, karena masa simpan jamu yang sangat singkat dan akan berubah rasa. Untuk mengatasi tersebut, maka perlu dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan diversifikasi produk olahan jamu berupa pembuatan serbuk jamu instan, cara pengemasan dan pemasarannya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode demonstrasi langsung pembuatan dan pengemasan serbuk jamu jahe wangi instan, serta pemaparan materi tentang cara pemasarana yang efektif dan efisien.Kegiatan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, mengatasi permasalahan mitra, dan juga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan mitra, sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan mitra. Kata kunci: serbuk jamu instan, jamu
