Penciptaan budaya kolaboratif terhadap inovasi dalam suatu orgnisasi menjadi sangat penting saat ini. Budaya kolaboratif terhadap inovasi bukan hanya tentang bekerja sama secara fisik, tetapi juga tentang menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung komunikasi terbuka, penghargaan terhadap ide baru, dan penerimaan terhadap risiko. Organisasi yang menganut budaya ini dapat menciptakan nilai tambah yang signifikan dan berkembang di lingkungan yang terus berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis konten terhadap sejumlah artikel ilmiah bereputasi berbasis Grounded Theory dengan menggunakan Text Mining yang melibatkan penggunaan teknik pengkodean untuk mengklasifikasikan informasi dan mengidentifikasi kategori atau kode tertentu yang mewakili elemen-elemen tertentu dalam teks. Hasil analisis berupa suatu model jaringan konsep yang menghubungkan elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi budaya kolaboratif terhadap inovasi, seperti Openness, Diversity, Shared Goals, Trust, Teamwork, Support, dan Use of Technology. Model ini digunakan organisasi untuk menciptakan budaya kolaboratif terhadap inovasi di lingkungannya atau dapat dipakai penelitian selanjutnya untuk menguji modelnya menggunakan uji statistik.

The decline in water quality is a serious environmental issue, particularly in urban areas. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water quality monitoring system using ESP32, pH, TDS, and turbidity sensors. The system is designed to monitor water quality parameters in real-time and transmit data to a cloud platform for further analysis. The system prototype was tested with water samples from various sources, and the results demonstrated high accuracy, with a maximum deviation of ±0.5% compared to laboratory results. Thus, this system offers an efficient and easy-to-implement solution for continuous water quality monitoring, which can aid in water resource management in urban environments.

This study aims to describe the classroom management through problem-solving strategies in realizing quality learning. This research was conducted by quantitative approach. The main data of this study was 108 high school teachers. The technique used for data collection is questionnaire. The analysis technique used descriptive statistics, factor analysis, normality test, and inferential statistical test through t and anova tests. The results of the analysis show that classroom management efforts through problem solving are categorized as good by all aspects. Every aspect is valid with Alfa Cronbach's 0.766, thus, normal. The analysis of categorical factors is relevant in analyzing the classroom management through problem solving in realizing quality learning, which is above 0.7. In correlational analysis and one t-test of sample, all data are correlated and have significant role seen by the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The Anova test through the linear path shows all the linearity as it impacting the problem solving in classroom management with value of F 0.000 < 0.05. Each aspect has its own characteristics on its implementation in learning. It shows that classroom management through problem solving can be a strategy in realizing quality learning.

Plastic waste is a common problem in all regions of Indonesia. As one of the largest contributors to plastic waste in the world, Indonesia faces a major challenge in plastic waste management. One creative solution that is gaining popularity is ecobricking, an environmentally friendly plastic waste management technique that turns plastic waste into strong and durable “bricks”. This research uses a qualitative method in the process, where data is taken through direct observation in the Rejosari village environment, experiment, as well as literature studies from books, journal articles, and other archives. Through the KKN work program, 84 ecobricks were successfully made by collecting plastic waste from grocery stores, food stalls, and markets. Approximately 7 kg of plastic waste has been absorbed for the needs of ecobricking. Overall, ecobricks have great potential in reducing plastic waste, increasing community awareness of the importance of waste management, as an environmental conservation effort, while supporting local economic empowerment.

Police Sector (Polsek) is one of the agencies that provide protection, order and ensure public safety in the sunggal area. The number of cases of criminal acts that occur makes residents feel unsafe and always feel threatened in certain areas in the Sunggal sub-district, the pattern of criminal acts that often occur due to several factors, one of which is due to the lack of security in the area so that many criminal acts occur as well as behaviour that has been planned by the perpetrator to achieve their goals by planning, preparing, implementing, disposing of evidence, even hiding or escaping depending on the type of crime committed based on the characteristics of the perpetrator, and the situation or context in which the crime occurred. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse techniques from existing criminal data using the a priori algorithm method to find patterns of relationships between variables that can assist agencies in taking action for public safety. Based on the research conducted, the above case is tested with a minimum support = 10%, confidence = 100% so that the results of the rule that meets the support and confidence values are obtained: ‘If the criminal act is theft then the job is self-employed’, then giving value is successful with 15% support, 100% confidence. And ‘If the age of 17-25 years, the criminal act is Theft then the job is unemployed’, then giving value is successful with 10% support, 100% confidence.

The community service program in Kartikajaya Village aims to develop local economic potential through mangrove planting as a tourist attraction. Kartikajaya Village has geographical conditions that support the development of ecotourism, but the lack of public awareness and understanding of the benefits of mangroves is a major obstacle. This activity involves local communities in the process of planting and maintaining mangroves, as well as providing education about the importance of mangroves in maintaining the balance of coastal ecosystems and increasing village tourism attractiveness. The results of this program showed an increase in community awareness of environmental conservation as well as an increase in tourist visits to the village. Thus, mangrove planting not only serves as an environmental conservation effort, but also as a driver of economic growth through the tourism sector in Kartikajaya Village.

Technological developments have positive and negative impacts. One of the negative impacts is the increasing amount of screen time children spend. So that children’s participation in learning physical education is disrupted. The purpose of this study, among others, is to see the effect of traditional games on the participation of elementary school students in learning physical education. The method used is quasi-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. The research sample amounted to 43 people, consisting of 20 male students and 23 female students. The sample is grade 5 students aged 10-11 years. This research instrument uses a sports participation questionnaire with a scale of 2 “yes” or “no.” the dimensions of the instrument include (1) Pre-implementation, (2) Implementation, and (3) Post-implementation/evaluation. The results showed a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05; this means that there is a difference between the average value of the pre-test and the average value of the post-test. This study concludes that traditional games affect the participation of elementary school students in learning physical education.
