Di Indonesia terkenal dengan berbagai kearifan lokal. Mulai dari budaya, bahasa, wisata, bahkan makanannya. Indonesia kaya akan hal tersebut, mengingat bahwa negara ini merupakan negara besar. Kearifan lokal yang dapat di temui pun cukup banyak, dan tersebar diberbagai wilayah. Terdapat makanan yang cukup terkenal, dan dapat di jumpai di Kabupaten Pati, Desa Raci. Kabupaten Pati terletak di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Salah satu makanan atau oleh-oleh yang sangat diminati masyarakat sekitar bahkan luar daerah yang ada di Desa Raci yang cukup terkenal adalah “Aneka Olahan Bandeng”. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha olahan Bandeng Berkah, yang sudah bertahan selama bertahun-tahun didesa Raci, Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja hal yang dilakukan usaha ini sehingga masih bisa bertahan hingga sekarang dan masih digemari oleh para pecinta kuliner dan bisa berhasil hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data triangulasi sumber serta triangulasi teknik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan didasarkan pada kebutuhan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 informan yang terdiri dari informan kunci, informan utama serta informan pendukung, sebab jumlah sample sudah mencukupi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada usaha aneka olahan Bandeng Berkah ini terdapat beberapa faktor yang membuat usaha ini masih bertahan dan sukses hingga saat ini yaitu dari segi kualitas produk, kualitas bahan baku, kualitas pelayanan yang baik, harga yang terjangkau, produksi yang baik, serta rasa yang tetap dan tidak berubah-ubah.

An important component of high quality human resource development is education. According to Law no. 20 of 2003 Article 1 Paragraph 1, the Republic of Indonesia states that education is a serious and fundamental effort to advance learning objectives and the educational process so that students actively develop their potential to have a strong sense of identity. spirituality, self-identity control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed for oneself, society, government and country.

Public service is one of the main roles of the government to meet the needs of its people. The implementation of public services will also adapt according to the needs of the community and develop in line with changes in social life. This makes the government always try to foster motivation in creating effective and efficient services so as to provide convenience for the public. The purpose or research of this is to find out and explain how the implementation of One For Eleven Innovation in Solok City and to know and analyze the inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of One For Eleven innovation seen from product innovation, process innovation, research method innovation, strategy or policy innovation and system innovation . This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the One For Eleven innovation research in Solok City based on indicators of innovation are included in an innovation. This innovation is included in product innovation because there is a renewal of service media, including in process innovation where there are differences in service flow. This innovation is also included in the innovation of service methods where changes in service delivery. This innovation includes strategy or policy innovation because it has a vision, mission and goal of forming an innovation from the existing reality. In addition, this innovation is also included in system innovation, namely the existence of novelty in the interaction of implementing actors in managing innovation, but the implementation of innovation and its utilization by the community is not optimal because there are still many prospective brides who do not know about this innovation. The lack of socialization of innovation by implementers to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about this innovation. Then the difference in the domicile of the bride and groom as a requirement in obtaining this innovation has caused not all bride and groom to receive the One For Eleven innovation service. Lack of coordination between implementing agencies causes executors not to understand their duties.
 

This study aims to identify and describe the children's cartoon show "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV through the point of view of the 2012 KPI Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcasting Program Standards (P3SPS). The theories used in this research are broadcasting theory, program theory, child theory. -children, and the theory of P3SPS.This study uses a qualitative method by collecting information about the status of a symptom, namely the state of the symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was conducted. Data collection is done by observing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that there was an alleged violation of the children's cartoon program "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV on August 6 2019 when reviewed through P3SPS. The alleged offenses included assaulting a rabbit, dropping a bowling ball from top to bottom and hitting it on the head, throwing a cactus pot in the face with a racket and throwing a tart.The broadcast will have an impact on changing the attitudes and behavior of children who watch it, especially in terms of imitation and encourage youth to learn about inappropriate behavior and/or justify such inappropriate behavior as commonplace in everyday life. So Siarab programs in Indonesia must comply with the broadcasting law and P3SPS must be a guideline for/in making television program production so as to produce shows that are appropriate according to the existing classification, and are beneficial to the people of Indonesia.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are sectors that are influential in running the economy in the community. MSME are also expected to be able to contribute in creating employment opportunities for the surrounding community, so as to be able to reduce
poverty in an area. The existence of the Wolamgrezz MSME in Carangwulung village actually has the potential to become a large MSME in the Wonosalam District and even the entire Jombang Regency, because these UMKM raise the region's superior crops. Therefore, Wolamgrezz MSME must be fully supported in running their business, so that the existing potential can run optimally and can become the leading MSME in Jombang Regency. However, in carrying out its business, Wolamgrezz has several problems that arise in the field, such as obstacles to product promotion through digital e-commerce media and product marketing only by word of mouth, so that consumers who know Wolamgrezz's MSME products are very limited and only within the scope of Carangwulung village. Therefore, the branding and marketing of UMKM Wolamgrezz products must be carried out immediately and intensified so that they can attract consumers widely so that product sales can increase and income will also increase, and this can also affect the opening of new job vacancies.

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the perception of risk and knowledge of students on interest in Islamic stock investment in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach to the data analysis method of Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that the perception of risk (X1) has no significant effect on investment interest (Y), so it can be concluded that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. Knowledge (X2) shows a significant effect on investment interest (Y), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Meanwhile, risk perception (X1) and knowledge (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on investment interest (Y), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The influence of these two variables is 41.1% while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This research is motivated by the increasing number of domestic and international tourists visiting Indonesia every year, so the need for qualified and trained workers in the tourism sector is increasing. So in maximizing the economic benefits of the tourism sector, it is important to implement work competency certification in the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is expected to provide policy recommendations for the government and tourism industry managers in increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of work competency certification in the tourism sector in order to reduce unemployment in Indonesia. Data analysis is processed in a juridical-normative manner and data presentation uses secondary legal materials. The results show that through the implementation of work competency certification, the tourism sector can offer better and attractive job opportunities for job seekers so that it can be an effective instrument in reducing unemployment and encouraging economic growth.

This study aims to explain entrepreneurship learning and gain an understanding of the process of implementing entrepreneurship learning in increasing the attractiveness and creative thinking of students at SMP Negeri 3 Blitar. The research subfocus consists of 1). Learning models in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 2). The contribution of East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN students in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 3). The achievement of implementing entrepreneurship learning in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students. Research findings include: (1) improving the entrepreneurship learning model by balancing theory and practice, learning that is more focused on practical application, and realizing the objectives of the study program to produce graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit; (2) prototype design and development consists of three components: learning objectives, learning methods, and assessment; (3); and (4) learning development through the use of experimental classes.

Perkembangan dunia fotografi dan dunia digital saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Hal ini dilihat dari media-media digital yang semakin banyak digunakan oleh pengguna. Media digital digunakan oleh UMKM Legenda Photo untuk menjual serta memasarkan produk dan jasa yang mereka tawarkan kepada konsumen. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu UMKM dalam pemanfaatan media digital untuk meningkatkan brand awareness pelanggan terhadap UMKM. Adapun hasil pengimplementasian strategi digital pada UMKM Legenda Photo yang dimana menunjukkan bahwa followers instagram Legenda Photo setelah melakukan promosi secara online meningkat sebanyak 37 kali lipat, dimana dari jumlah followers awal 9 followers meningkat menjadi 285 followers.
