In the working area of ??the Sijamapolang Community Health Center, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, stunting is still relatively common. Stunting is important to handle because it concerns the quality of human resources. Stunting, apart from being a risk of hampering physical growth and susceptibility to disease, also causes barriers to cognitive development which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future. Stunting can be caused by various factors, including low nutritional intake in the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetus to a two-year-old baby. Apart from that, poor sanitation facilities, lack of access to clean water, and lack of environmental cleanliness are also causes of stunting. Poor hygiene conditions mean that the body has to fight extra hard against sources of disease, thus hampering the absorption of nutrients. Basically, stunting can be prevented from an early age. Of course, this can be done by increasing the family's insight or knowledge, especially mothers, regarding stunting prevention. By looking at the problems of these partners, the Community Partnership program aims to provide knowledge and information to the community so they can prevent and overcome the problem of stunting. The results achieved in this activity, namely, participants have knowledge about: the definition of stunting and its characteristics, the causes of stunting, the impacts of stunting, how to prevent and overcome stunting
 

This study uses the object of the literary work of poetry "Surat Dari Ibu", by Asrul Sani by using structuralism studies. The purpose of this study is to describe the physical elements and mental elements as a whole which allows to provide new knowledge to the reader. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis in poetry. The results obtained in the physical structure of the poem are 2 diction related to the selection of words used by the poet. Imagery found 3 images related to the human sensory organs. There are 3 concrete words related to the meaning of the word as a whole. There is 1 style of language, namely comparative majas. Rhyme uses aabb rhyme. The last physical element is typography, the poet uses all lowercase typography in his poem. The inner elements contained in the poem "Ujung-Ujung Hujan" by Aan Mansyur, the first is the theme found in one stanza related to the problems in the poem. Based on tone, 1 tone was found. The inner element of flavor is found to be a sense of nostalgia and sadness of someone in the poem "Ujung-Ujung Hujan" by Aan Mansyur. The last inner element is the mandate, there is one mandate that the poet wants to convey through his poem.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning using problem-based learning strategies on student learning outcomes on environmental change material at Teladan Batu Bara Madrasah Aliyah. This research is a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design selected by Nonequavalent pretest posttest control group design. The research population was class X IPA Madrasah Akiyah Exemplary and the sample of this study was Class X IPA 1 with a total of 35 students as the experimental class, and X IPA 2 with a total of 35 students as the control class. The instrument in this study was in the form of a test in the form of multiple choice questions of 30 items. Data analysis of student learning outcomes using the t-test formula, also with the help of SPSS version 25 data processing. Data analysis of student learning outcomes with the results of calculating the relative learning outcomes shows that the experimental class using problem-based learning strategies is higher than the control class. The prerequisite test proved that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of simple linear regression test calculations show sig < 0.005, 0.000 problems < 0.05, this means that there is an influence from the problem- based learning system on student learning outcomes. The conclusions in this study explain that there is an effect of using problem-based learning strategies on student learning outcomes.

Sharia Pawn (Ar-Rahn) is an agreement between a lender and a party who lends money. A lien is a right to tangible goods that is given to a debtor who wants to get ahead of the debtor, and the item is taken after the person has the money to redeem the lien. Rahn is a pawn service product based on sharia principles, where customers are only charged with administrative fees, additional mortgage and maintenance costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the evolution of income, inflation rates and gold prices in Rahn's credit distribution at PT. Pawn shops in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach used as a data analysis method. The data source comes from secondary data Literature research and documentation are used as data collection techniques. The subject to be studied is PT. Pegadaiic Indonesia 2013- 2022. The results show that gold income and prices are directly proportional to rahn credit distributed to the community. Meanwhile, inflation is not directly proportional to the rahn credit distributed to the public.

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with various intra-curricular learning, the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competence. Teachers have the flexibility to choose various teaching tools so that learning can be adapted to the learning needs and interests of students. The purpose of this study was to find out the challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01, Kedungwuni District. The subjects in this study were students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01, while the objects in this study were teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01. This research was conducted using a type of qualitative research, namely observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's perception of the implementation of the independent curriculum still has difficulties so that it becomes a challenge in implementing the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Walisongo Kranji 01

Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat pengenalan aplikasi Memrise ini adalah untuk membantu Peningkatan kompetensi para guru Bahasa Inggris dalam menguasai tes – tes TOEFL guna mendukung peningkatan kemampuan TOEFL mereka. Pengenalan aplikasi ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif desktiptif dengan melaksanakan pre-test dan post-test TOEFL. Sample dan populasi adalah guru-guru Bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan. Hasil dari pengenalan aplikasi ini adalah memberikan nilai baik buat Guru – Guru terlihat dari hasil post test yang di laksanakan di akhir kegiatan. Hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memrise berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan para guru khususnya pengajaran Bahasa.
 

Musik merupakan segala sesuatu yang menyenangkan, mendatangkan keceriaan, mempunyai irama (ritme), melody, timbre (tone colour) tertentu untuk membantu tubuh dan pikiran saling bekerja sama. Musik telah lama dianggap memiliki pengaruh terhadap tubuh maupun jiwa manusia. Musik juga dapat menyeimbangkan fungsi otak kanan dan otak kiri, yang berarti menyeimbangkan perkembangan aspek intelektual dan emosional. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kuantitatif ialah penelitian yang menjabarkan suatu fenomena. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjabarkan dengan jelas tentang pengaruh media music terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa mendengarkan music saat melakukan pembelajaran dalam kelas dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penggunaan musik di kelas akan membantu meningkatkan kegembiraan siswa dalam belajar dan sekaligus juga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas ketercapaian tujuan. Yang tidak kalah pentingnya belajar melalui musik dan atau belajar dengan music.

Pembelajaran secara edutainment di desain sebaik mungkin agar siswa mampu bertahan dalam pembelajaran tanpa rasa jenuh, walupaun sebenarnya butuh kerja ekstra dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang terbaik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Edutainmentdalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Edutainment menjadi meningkat Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik adalah 71,5 dan ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 53.33%, sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata peserta didik adalah 78,18 dan ketuntasan klasiknya mencapai 80%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 37.77% . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil siswa sudah memenuhi target, sehingga peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa tidak perlu dilanjutkan lagi pada siklus berikutnya
 

Financial performance in the company is needed because it is to find out the goals that have been achieved and evaluate the level of success of the company. Financial performance appraisal is a way to meet the needs of users of financial statements in achieving the targets that have been set which are used in making management decisions related to the effectiveness of the use of equity and the efficiency of company activities. This study analyzes the financial ratios on the financial performance of the company PT Waskiton Beton Precast Tbk for the 2017-2021 period and is analyzed by SPSS 25. The sample used in this study is data from the financial statements of the company PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk published in the last 5 years from 2017 to 2021 with 50 data. This study uses a regression model equation analysis tool. The results showed that (1) the solvency ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio to financial performance partially had a positive and significant impact. (2) the liquidity ratio to financial performance partially does not have a significant impact, because financial performance is not always influenced by the good or the negative value of liquidity. Although the company's ability to pay its short-term debt increases, it does not mean that investors will respond well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas investasi dalam meningkatkan output atau PDRB di Kota Tegal tahun 2010-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari statistik resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan DPMPTSP Kota Tegal tahun 2009-2022. Hasil kajian menunjukkan nilai rasio modal output (ICOR) terus berfluktuasi pada tahun 2010 hingga 2022 akibat gejolak perekonomian. Namun rata-rata investasi Kota Tegal cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan output/PDRB Kota Tegal, yang terbukti melalui uji regresi.  Sedangkan kesiapan Kota Tegal menerima investasi didukung oleh keberadaan infrastruktur pendukung investasi, kawasan peruntukan industri, dan letak kota yang strategis. Pemerintah juga mendorong investasi melalui berbagai kebijakan kemudahan berinvestasi.
