Abstrak:
The purpose of this service program is to provide knowledge and skills related to processing waste, especially paper/inorganic waste into products that have a sale value. Participants in this program are 20 fostered residents from Class 1 prisons in Malang. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by providing guidance, in the form of providing material, demonstrations to direct practice. As a result of this training activity, participants can develop products such as vases, tissue boxes, bags, etc. from the rolls of paper they make. The participants were very enthusiastic in implementing the program, because this program is in line with previous programs related to waste management as a zero waste lifestyle education.

Abstrak:
Inflammation is a protective response that is intended to eliminate the initial cause cell injury and cell discard and necrotic tissue caused by cell damage. Plants suspected of having anti-inflammatory properties as is Herba Celery (Apium graveolens L.) which included family Apiaceae and leaves Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) are included in the family basellaceae. Which act as antiinflammatory herbs binahong celery and leaves are flavonoids. This study aims to determine the effect of anti-inflammatory herb extract combination Celery (Apium graveolens L.) and leaves Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) against a white male rats. Herbal extract and leaf celery binahong extracted using 96% ethanol by maceration method. Animal test used was a white male rats as much as 25 animals with body weight of 100-300 grams. The test animals were divided into 5 groups: negative control group (CMC 1%), the positive control group (Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg), group combination herbal extracts celery and leaves binahong with a dose of 200 mg / kg: 200 mg / kg, 100 mg / kg: 300 mg / kg, 300 mg, kg: 100 mg / kg. Treatment 1 hour before the feet of mice induced by subplantar karagenin on the rear left foot white male rats. Edema volume measurements on the soles of mice were observed every 1 hour for 5 hours. The results showed a combination of herbal extracts and leaf celery binahong show stable results, where the hour-3 increased volumes continued in the hours 4th and 5th. Results per cent udema on a combination of herbal extracts and leaf celery binahong ie 49.13%, 44.66% and 45.92%. The average volume is used to calculate the percent edema inflammation, inflammation percent results obtained to calculate the percent inhibition.

Knowledge and innovation management is a knowledge management is a way of managing knowledge so that it can be distributed to organizations and can be studied by organizations in order to achieve the goals of the organization in terms of creating a product process that can affect organizational performance. Management of human resources (HR) is important in achieving the goals of an organization or agency. The purpose of this theoretical analysis is to find out how knowledge and innovation management improves human resources in the health sector. The research method used is a theoretical analysis study. Theoretical analysis as analysis in order to ensure that the theories used as analytical tools to dissect the problems in research are scientifically correct. The core of this theoretical analysis is knowledge and innovation management in the health sector, namely in terms of human factors, organization and strategy. It can be concluded that Knowledge management in innovation has become something that is very decisive, therefore its acquisition and utilization needs to be managed properly in the context of improving organizational or agency performance. In addition, strong management is also needed so that this knowledge takes root in every individual in the organization, always improving resource skills that can be supported by infrastructure for disseminating information within organizations and agencies. For institutions in the health sector, it is urgently needed how to apply to employees and health workers related to increasing skills through knowledge management and innovation. Employees or health workers must be able to acquire knowledge, make knowledge into institutional assets, apply the knowledge acquired and protect this knowledge as an asset that must be maintained and developed in providing health services to patients and also the importance of improving human resources.

Cookies is one of the wheat-based snack product with increasing rate of consumption by years. Wheat flour used in Indonesia is fully imported. Local crop product such as brown rice flour with respective nutritional aspect can be utilized for wheat substitution. Addition of spinach as green leafy vegetable with numerous nutrients gives more functional value to the product. This research aimed to investigate the acceptability (sensory properties) and nutritional content of brown rice flour cookies with the addition of green spinach. Four formulations made with ratio of brown rice and green spinach which were 100:0, 90:10, 85:15, 80:20. There were significant differences in protein, fat, and carbohydrate content among the four cookies samples There were significant differences in color appearance and taste between all samples. The best treatment is at the ratio of brown rice flour 90: green spinach 10, containing moisture content of 3.83%; ash content 1.48%; protein content 10.97%; fat content 31%; carbohydrates 52.7%; and crude fiber content of 17.3%.

Dalam pembelajaran tari tentunya kreativitas dalam tari dapat dikembangkan dalam berbagai stimulus dan strategi pembelajaran yang akan diterapkan. Salah satunya melalui lagu cangkurileung, dari lagu tersebut penari diharapkan untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kreativitas gerak melalui lagu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan lagu cangkurileung yang digunakan pada pengembangan kesenian tari. Saung Angklung Udjo adalah salah satu destinasi yang rutin melaksanakan pertunjukan Kesenian Sunda. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan seni pertunjukan Saung Angklung Udjo dilihat dari aspek nilai budaya pariwisata, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seni pertunjukan Saung Angklung Udjo adalah seni pertunjukan kesenian khas Jawa Barat yang berlatar belakang budaya Sunda, seperti wayang golek, haleran, tari topeng, calung, angklung, dengan alat musik tradisional, seperti calung dan angklung. Seni pertunjukan tersebut, menggambarkan seni tradisional yang memiliki daya tarik wisata dengan nilai-nilai budaya yang ada di dalamnya, yaitu nilai kehidupan manusia, nilai hubungan manusia dengan alam sekitar, nilai manusia dari aspek waktu, nilai manusia dari makna kerja dan amal perbuatan, serta nilai hubungan manusia dengan manusia yang lain. Maka dapat disimpulkan jika penerapan stimulus lagu cangkurileung pada pengembangan tari untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ini cocok dalam pembelajaran tari, serta stimulus diyakini dapat meningkatkan kreativitas para penari di Saung Angklung Udjo. Saung Aklung Udjo melakukan pertunjukan secara teratur serta mewariskan budaya sunda kepada anak-anak dengan mendidik mereka untuk menguasai seni tradisi sunda dan angklung secara gratis. Anak-anak tersebut akan tampil dalam pertunjukan, diberi honor sehingga diberi bantuan biaya sekolah. Saung Angklung Udjo di dirikan sebagai upaya untuk menyatukan kecintaan kepada anak-anak, seni tradisional, flora dan fauna, alam, serta lingkungan menjadi suatu harmoni, yang nyaman dilihat, didengar, dan dirasakan.

A company's working capital comes from the company's cash flow, which is used for its operations. The working capital of a company must always be circulating in order for the company to operate well and to grow. Although research on working capital management is not as extensive as research in the field of capital and long-term investments, proper working capital is a necessary condition for the success of a company, especially for small businesses. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative descriptive method adapts the opinions between the researcher and the informant. This method was chosen because the analysis cannot be in numerical form and the researcher more clearly describes all the phenomena in society. Analysis of Working Capital on company growth has an important role for a company because the amount and size of working capital usage in operational activities is very important to be managed so that the size of working capital is balanced with the profit earned by the company. Based on the research conducted on SME Warung Kitsch, the conclusion that can be drawn from this discussion is that Warung Kitsch must provide funds of around Rp 9,482,737,- in its business cycle with a working capital period of 14 and 11 days and a daily cost of 486,067.

Proses pembelajaran diperlukan suatu strategi pembelajaran yang tepat agar siswa merasa tertarik dan termotivasi untuk belajar. Pembelajaran ekosistem pada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Pusat dengan mengajak untuk melakukan eksplorasi terhadap lingkungan untuk dijadikan siswa sebagai sarana belajar untuk belajar aktif dalam berinkuiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatakan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Pusat selama 2 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-exsperimental design, dengan desain one group pretes-postes design. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Pusat. Sampel yang digunakan satu kelas yaitu X6. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil pretest rata-rata 62,62 sedangkan posttest 80,87. Kemudian dari hasil analisis data nilai t hitung 76,53 yang hasil nya lebih besar dari t tabel 2,70 maka t hitung ? t tabel signifikan (berbeda nyata). Dilihat berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Pelayanan publik yang disediakan oleh pemerintah merupakan kesejahteraan dasar bagi warga negara. Kesejahteraan merupakan hak setiap warga negara. Untuk mencapainya, pemerintah harus menjamin ketersedian pelayanan publik yang berkualitas, akuntabel, transparan, berkeadilan, dan mudah. Masih kurang bagusnya layanan publik di beberapa Lembaga pemerintahan Idonesia sudah menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk mewujudkannya. Sebagian Lembaga pemerintah masih kesulitan untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang baik kepada warga negara sesuai dengan semangat yang diusung dalam reformasi birokrasi Indonesia, dimana salah satunya adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Kecamatan merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang memberikan pelayanan publik. Pelayanan Publik bisa diwujudkan melalui serangkaian inovasi. Namun, menghasilkan inovasi bukan perkara mudah. Diperlukan kualitas dan kapasitas SDM yang handal. Sekretaris Kecamatan selaku Koordinator pelaksana pelayanan kecamatan memiliki tanggung jawab tersebut. Sekretaris Kecamatan adalah aparat pemerintah yang cukup paham terkait kondisi internal organisasinya. Usaha untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM Sekretaris Kecamatan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang cara menghasilkan inovasi melalui metode Creative Thingking. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya pengingkatan yang signifikan terkait cara memahami masalah pelayanan dan menyelesaikannya melalui inovasi yang dihasilkan melalui metode Creative Thinking.

Every nation faces increasingly complex challenges. Differences every day meet us. The purpose of this study is to learn from the implementation of multicultural education in four countries. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques. The data source comes from 12 English articles obtained from scopus.com with the keywords "Multicultural Indonesia", "Multicultural Singapore", "Multicultural Malaysia", and "Multicultural Thailand". The findings of this study are that multicultural implementation can be carried out through policies and policy practices that must be consistent; the use of real multiculturalism practices; the use of universal values of culture and religion that exist in their respective societies; the use of multicultural music, and the use of the Education curriculum. The results of this study can be used for discussion on the issue of more effective multicultural implementation

Abstrak:
The objective of this research is to analyze the improvement in quality values between classes that use the Cooperative Learning Method tipe TGT (Team Games Tournament) with the DirectInstruction class at Jakarta 51 High School grade XI MIPA conduct research from april until may 2019. This research method used the quantitative research methods type of quasi experimental thatfocus on the mastery of Elasticity concept in science in seeing the influence of cooperative learning models using the TGT type. The results of the study are described using a purposive sampling that compares the differences in 2 (two) classes, namely the experimental class through the Team Games Tournament learning model and the control class through the Direct Learning model in students and then measures the mastery level of Elasticity concept.
