Abstrak:
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan sumber daya alam berupa kayu yang melimpah, Salah satu sumberdaya alam yang melimpah adalah kayu. Dan salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang memiliki Kawasan hutan yang cukup besar adalah Pulau Papua. Dari sekian banyak jenis kayu yang ada, hanya sebagian kecil saja yang telah diketahui sifat dan kegunaannya. Maka selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengujian kuat lentur terhadap kayu yang tidak dikeringkan dan kayu yang mengalami proses pengeringan, hal ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh kadar air terhadap kuat lentur dari kayu yang beredar di Kota Sorong – Papua Barat Daya. Setelah dilakukan pengujian kadar air dan kuat lentur, maka diketahui bahwa semakin rendah kadar air dari kayu maka nilai kuat lentur dari kayu akan semakin tinggi, Hal ini dikarenakan jika kadar air kayu berkurang (semakin kering) maka kayu akan mengalami penyusutan dan membuat kayu tersebut semakin padat hingga kerapatannya lebih tinggi dan membuat kayu semakin kuat menahan gaya lentur. Hal ini sejalan dengan standar SNI 7973:2013 yang mensyaratkan kayu harus memiliki kadar air dibawah 30% untuk bisa dipakai sebagai material konstruksi.

In the world of the PLTU industry, the need for material, especially the need for the sapot process and conveyor repairs, occurs in the world of PLTU, which is installed on the conveyor construction and when connecting materials, different grades are often used and this often occurs in the field during the process of combining plates with different grades. on the sapote. and for installing the plate on the sappot, use grade A and the plate that is often used is the plate for the machine foundation with grade B on the sappot material using low carbon grade A steel. In this research report, welding is carried out and combined with grade A steel which is usually used for sappots. the conveyor is combined with low carbon grade B steel in the construction of the PLTU sapot. Where welding is carried out 3x why this needs to be done is because to know the characteristics of low carbon grade A steel and low carbon grade B steel, whether the characteristics are the same or not because they are used in When grade A steel material runs out in the industry, the testing process uses 3 tests, namely to determine NDT testing (Non Destructive, test), tensile testing, and micro testing for the testing process. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>brand ambassador</em>, dan <em>social media ads </em>terhadap <em>purchase intention </em>dengan <em>brand Image </em>sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pria yang menggunakan produk skincare <em>Ms Glow </em>di Universitas Esa Unggul, dengan sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik <em>purposive sampling </em>dan dihitung dengan rumus <em>Hair</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SEM <em>(Struktural Equation Model</em>) <em>Partial Least Square</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel <em>brand ambassador </em>dan <em>social media ads </em>melalui <em>brand image </em>berpengaruh positif terhadap <em>purchase intention</em>. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam membuat kebijakan dan menyusun strategi. Beberapa strategi yang dapat dikembangkan perusahaan adalah mempertahankan <em>brand image </em>yang baik di persepsi konsumen, menggunakan <em>brand ambassador </em>yang identik dengan keunikannya untuk mempromosikan produk, serta terus berinovasi dalam mengiklankan atau mempromosikan produknya menggunakan <em>social media ads </em>untuk meningkatkan <em>purchase intention </em>pelanggan.</p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and social media ads on purchase intention with the brand image as an intervening variable. The population in this study were men who used Ms Glow's skincare products at Esa Unggul University, with a sample of 115 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and calculated by the formula Hair. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) Partial Least Square. The study results from show that brand ambassador and social media ads variables through brand image positively affect purchase intention. This research is helpful for companies in making policies and developing strategies. Several strategies that companies can develop are maintaining a good brand image in consumer perceptions, using brand ambassadors who are identical with their uniqueness to promote products, and continuing to innovate in advertising or promoting their products using social media ads to increase customer purchase intention.</em></p>

Business is a works that generates certain profits that are run with the capital used to make the business. In a business there are several important factors, one of which is the potential and business opportunities. In starting or running a business, it is not far from the thing called competition. What is meant by competition, in this topic is business competition, is the efforts of two parties/more companies, each of which is active in obtaining orders by offering the most favorable prices/conditions. One form of business competition is cartel practice. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, it is stated that the Business Competition Supervisory Commission is a commission established to supervise business actors in carrying out their business activities so that they do not engage in monopolies and or unfair business competition. In this study, the authors analyze the workings and roles of the KPPU in dealing with cartel practices.

Abstrak:
In the current era of globalization, the progress of technology and information development occurs very quickly. Developments in the transportation sector have experienced significant changes with the presence of online transportation services in the form of an application. Online transportation service applications are very easy to use which has an impact on other transportation services. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is carried out in order to find out how business competition lies therein, including between online transportation service business actors and ordinary (conventional) transportation businesses. Some online transportation service providers in Indonesia include Uber, Grab, Go-jek, In-driver, and others. The services provided by online transportation services are not only in the form of transportation services, but offer food delivery services, online shopping services, and services to deliver packages. Business competition between online transportation services and (conventional) transportation services causes unfair business competition. In this research, the author uses a qualitative research type because the author discusses the business competition between the two by conducting an analysis. The research approach used by the author in this journal is to use a statutory approach.

Abstrak:
The development of communication media has led to the presence of applications to order online motorcycle taxi transportation services. The application can be easily downloaded via PlayStore or similar applications. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to find out how business competition is between conventional ojek and online ojek business actors. In Indonesia there are several online motorcycle taxi service providers such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The services provided are not only in the form of online motorcycle taxi services, but also in the form of food delivery services (grabfood), online shopping services (grabmart), package delivery (grabexpress) and other services. It is known that there are problems between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis that have occurred, such as the beating by a conventional motorcycle taxi driver against a Gojek driver in Bojongsoang, Bandung. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. The research approach used by the author in this journal is included in the type of statutory approach and the Case Approach.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to examine the constraints that arise in supply chain activities by considering the influence of risk characteristics on the choice of problem solving approach taken by management. There are 524 consumers who use goods delivery services in the Central Java region. This study was built based on the initial assumption that risks with high and low magnitude (High Risk Magnitude and Low Risk Magnitude) trigger network mobilization between actors, risk monitoring, communication between business actors and delivery service providers, resources and facilities so that it influences the choice of a solution approach. problems in supply chain management. We assume that risk with high strength has a positive effect on the choice of problem solving that provides a win-win solution. Conversely, risk with a low probability has a negative effect on the choice of mutually beneficial problem solving solutions. Our final findings through statistical tests conclude that the influence of risk attributes on the choice of problem solving approach is fully facilitated by timely assistance and collaborative problem solving.

Latar Belakang Masalah: Brand harus memberikan manfaat khusus untuk membedakan dirinya dari pesaing. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan menciptakan Brand Identity unik dan mengomunikasikannya secara eksternal untuk menciptakan Brand Image. Namun, kesenjangan dapat terjadi antara Brand Identity internal dan Brand Image eksternal, yang perlu dievaluasi secara teratur untuk mengembangkan brand yang kuat dan relevan. Tujuan Utama: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan berbagai kesenjangan terkait Brand Image dan Brand Identity sekaligus menemukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini juga mengusulkan model konseptual yang dikembangkan untuk membentuk Brand identity dan brand image berdasarkan teori yang relevan. Kebaruan: penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kesenjangan yang terjadi antara brang identity dan brand image, serta penemuan strategi untuk diintegrasikan. Model konseptual yanag diusulkan meringkas proses pembentukan brand. Metode Penelitian: pendekatan penelitian ini adalah study kasus dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif sebaga metodologi penelitiannya, dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Temuan/Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 kesenjangan yang harus diatasi demi meningkatkan hubungan dengan pengguna, yaitu atribut pembeda utama, brand sebagai organisasi dan perluasan brand. Model konseptual yang diusulkan mampu membentuk sebuah brand yang baik terkait identitas dan juga citranya. Kesimpulann: Untuk menciptakan hubungan yang lebih kuat antara perusahaan dan pengguna, perusahaan harus menetapkan strategi dan visi yang jelas serta realistis, sehingga semua elemen dalam perusahaan akan mampu menghidupkan brand perusahaan.

Alur pelayaran merupakan bagian penting dari suatu pelabuhan, dan pengembangan serta pengelolaannya harus memperhatikan kebutuhan pelayaran. Dengan begitu, kecelakaan bisa diminimalisir atau bahkan dihilangkan. Alur Pelayaran Surabaya pula di keliling oleh sebagian pelabuhan yang lain, sehingga Alur Pelayaran Surabaya tidak cuma melayani pelabuhan Tanjung Perak, namun pula melayani pelabuhan- pelabuhan di sekitar Alur Pelayaran Surabaya. Sehingga butuh terdapatnya tinjauan spesial demi mendukung keselamatan pelayaran spesial nya untuk kapal- kapal yang melintasi Alur Pelayaran Surabaya. Berdasarkan uraian dan penjelasan diatas maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat keselamatan pada alur APBS serta apa saja yang harus dikerjakan guna meningkatkan keamanan pelayaran tersebut dan sebagai acuan standar keselamatan bagi alur pelayaran di pelabuhan-pelabuhan lainnya di sekitar Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya. Serta Penelitian hanya dilakukan di Lingkungan Alur Pelayaran Batar Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan hanya kepada Variabel Resiko Kecelakaan yang terjadi Di Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya. Penelitian melakukan peningkatan keselamatan dalam Alur Pelayaran Barat. Mengetahui pengaruh resiko kecelakaan di Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya.
