Appropriate Technology is a trantition application  from the traditional technology to modern technology. Appropriate Technology is designed by adapting the enviromental, cultural, social, political and economic society with simple principles, affordable and easy to implemnet. Toto Harjo village has good agricultural potential. In order to improve the quality of agricultural land and also deal with household waste that is nt used properly. Community service activities are carried out by providing education about making compost fertilizer that utilizes organic waste form local farmers household. Implementation of community service activities is carried out trough 3 stages, the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The preparatory stages were carried out by making direct observations in Toto Harjo Village regarding organic waste processing problems. In the implementation stage, activities were carried out involving 26 Toto Mulyo Village farmers. The activity was carried out by providing material on how to process organic fertilizer from household waste using the stacked bucket method and practiced directly, which was actively followed by the farmers of Toto Mulyo Village. Evaluation activities are carried out by distributing questionnaires containing participants' understanding and satisfaction with the service activities carried out. The results of the questionnaire show that the community really understands and hopes that similar activities can continue to be carried out

The development of technology in the industrial era 5.0 has brought significant changes in various sectors, including banking. Banking digitalization, especially through mobile banking services such as Livin' by Mandiri, provides easy, fast and efficient transactions, which have an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Livin' by Mandiri. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis method, this study collected data from 400 respondents through an online questionnaire. The results showed that e-service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, especially among young customers (17-25 years old) who use the application for educational purposes and daily transactions. In addition, customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on customer loyalty, with the majority of respondents feeling satisfied with the ease and efficiency of the services provided. These findings demonstrate the importance of e-service quality and customer satisfaction in building customer loyalty in the digital era. This study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence customer loyalty in the context of digital banking services in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze factors that influence fraud disclosure . Fraud, or fraudulent acts, have become a significant problem in various sectors in Indonesia, especially with the dominance of corruption cases. This widespread corruption has a negative impact on the country's economy and public trust in institutions. Previous studies have shown that forensic audits, with an analytical approach to financial evidence, and investigative audits, which focus on thorough investigation procedures, significantly contribute to fraud disclosure. The professionalism of auditor judgment plays a role in ensuring that audit decisions are based on accurate analysis, while auditor independence is important to maintain integrity and objectivity in carrying out audits. In addition, internal control helps prevent and detect fraud early on. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach sourced from trusted journals and scientific publications. The results of the study show that the integration of these factors can increase the effectiveness of fraud disclosure. These findings also emphasize the importance of implementing modern technology, such as big data analytics and artificial intelligence, to strengthen the audit system. The conclusion of this study suggests the importance of a combination of various audit elements to support better organizational oversight. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, professional judgment, auditor independence, and internal control have a positive effect on fraud disclosure.

In the midst of the increasingly rapid digital era, MSMEs in Indonesia, including the “Naza” perfume MSME in Cikarang, face challenges in increasing productivity and competitiveness. This community service activity aims to assist “Naza” perfume MSMEs in increasing productivity through assistance in implementing digital marketing strategies and online payments. By using qualitative methods which include observation, surveys and in-depth interviews as well as direct assistance. This service activity found that perfume MSMEs in Indonesia, including “Naza”, experience obstacles in utilizing the potential of digital marketing and online payments and it turns out that the implementation of digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media and online payments through QRIS and E-Wallet has succeeded in increasing product visibility, expanding market reach and increasing effective and efficient transactions. This service activity concluded that the importance of effective and efficient assistance for MSMEs in dealing with digital technology and competitiveness in the digitalization era to achieve sustainable growth.

This article discusses the use of noun phrases in health news in Suara Merdeka newspaper in September 2024. The purpose of writing this article is to identify the use of noun phrases by analyzing the types of noun phrases in depth, research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on modificative noun phrases, coordinative noun phrases, and appositive noun phrases. The research method in writing this article uses a descriptive method, a theoretical approach to language, based on data collection using the simak catat technique, and using agih analysis to select data in the study. This research uses informal and formal data presentation techniques delivered in narrative or explanatory form, and presented in tabular form. The result of this research shows some discussion: (1) Identification of modificative noun phrases found as much as 29 data, (2) Identification of coordinative noun phrases found as much as 3 data, (3) Identification of appositive noun phrases found as much as 2 data. This research is expected to be useful as a learning medium, especially in the syntactic field unit, namely noun phrases.

This study presents an analysis of the characteristics of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the questions found in the chapter on human body structure and function in an eighth-grade textbook aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum used at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Bandung. The aim of this research is to identify the characteristics of HOTS questions contained in the textbook. The method employed in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, wherein the content is analyzed by grouping questions categorized as HOTS, analyzing the characteristics of HOTS question types, and categorizing the questions to determine whether they qualify as HOTS. The data is then recorded on an identification sheet. The results indicate that most of the questions meet HOTS criteria, accounting for 68%, while a smaller portion falls under the category of Lower-Order Thinking Skills (LOTS). The HOTS questions take four forms: case excerpts, images, graphs, and tables. Effective network management is the main need in the world of information technology, especially for companies engaged in network infrastructure. One of the devices that is often used to support network connectivity is MikroTik. This journal aims to design MikroTik configuration learning based on the OSI Layer Model at PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara, focusing on setting MikroTik so that it can be connected to the internet. The learning method is designed using theoretical and simulation approaches, including the introduction of the OSI Layer Model as the basis of network communication and the technical steps of MikroTik configuration, such as IP Address settings, NAT (Network Address Translation), DHCP Server, and basic Firewall. The simulation results show that the configuration carried out in accordance with the OSI Layer Model can improve network stability and efficiency. This learning is designed to provide practical and in-depth solutions for authors in understanding MicroTik-based network management.

Inappropriate learning models and lack of student interest and attention to physics learning result in unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to determine how the effect of Cooperative Learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on student learning outcomes. The research method used is meta-analysis, data collection for this research by reviewing and browsing online articles. The results of the study found that the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type Cooperative learning model obtained an overall average effect size of 1.61, which means that the STAD type Cooperative learning model can influence student learning outcomes in Physics subjects. Learning material that is very influential in the application of the STAD type is Circular Motion as seen from the effect size value which is in the high category with a value of 8.81. The grade level that obtained a high category in applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type learning model was SMK class X with an effect size value of 2.2.

This community service activity aims to develop ornamental plant agribusiness in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, North Sumatra, through the use of digital technology and increasing understanding of business legality. Bangun Sari Village has great potential in cultivating ornamental plants, but is still limited in terms of using technology for marketing and business management. Therefore, this activity involves training and workshops that focus on the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach, as well as providing knowledge regarding the importance of business legality. The results of this activity show that the majority of participants succeeded in adopting digital technology to market their products more efficiently, increase their awareness of the importance of business legality, and expand their market network to outside the region and international markets. Thus, this activity not only improves digital skills, but also encourages significant social change, with agribusiness actors starting to see the potential of ornamental plant agribusiness as a professional and sustainable business. In the future, it is hoped that the application of digital technology in ornamental plant agribusiness will become more widespread, provide new economic opportunities for society, and support the sustainable growth of the agribusiness sector at the local and national levels.

This study aims to test the viability and growth of mung bean (Vigna radiata) sprouts for 11 days. Mung beans were chosen as the object of research because of the ease of the germination process and high nutritional value. The methods used include preparing germination media with moistened opaque paper, as well as observing the parameters of normal, abnormal, and dead seeds. The results showed that in the first repetition, the number of normal sprouts reached 17 seeds with a germination power of 68%, while in the second repetition there were only 11 normal seeds. This study indicates that environmental conditions and proper treatment greatly affect seed viability. Thus, it is important to maintain optimal conditions to increase germination and plant growth results.
