This KKN activity is about the level of happiness and welfare of farmers in Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency.. This research is motivated by the low income of clove farmers during the rainy season which results in reduced welfare. Through research, there are several factors that reduce farmers' income, including infrastructure and cost factors. The aim of this research is to find out how influential clove income is on the welfare of farmers. The research method used is quantitative with the data source being the results of interviews. The research results show that there are several suggestions for farmers to handle clove management when the rainy season arrives. This research will hopefully have a positive impact on the level of happiness and welfare of clove farmers in Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency.

The importance of maternal and child health issues is the focus of sustainable development goals. In an effort to maintain the quality of mother's breast milk through booster products, Mom Uung will provide healthy babies. To reach it, you need the role of a brand ambassador so that breastfeeding mothers are interested in buying and using it. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand ambassador level on the level of buying interest of breastfeeding mothers who follow Mom Uung's Instagram account for products. This research uses the AIDA model, purchase intention, and brand ambassadorship as a basis for viewing the phenomenon from a theoretical and conceptual perspective. The research methodology uses a positivism paradigm with a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, this type of research is explanatory in nature to see the influence of brand ambassadors on interest in buying Mom Uung products by breastfeeding mothers as the unit of analysis. The sampling technique was purposive by attaching several criteria to respondents, in this case 100 breastfeeding mothers, obtained using the Slovin formula. Simple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. Research findings show that Nagita Slavina as the brand ambassador for Mom Uung products has a significant influence on the buying interest of breastfeeding mothers. In conclusion, there is an influence of brand ambassadors on purchasing interest. Therefore, it can be concluded that brand ambassadors influence consumer buying interest (breastfeeding mothers).

The importance of the manners possessed by health workers in supporting service quality at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City because health workers are the spearhead of services provided by the hospital to customers. Organic waste is the residue of naturally degradable material, usually from humans, animals, and plants. Every day there are many kinds of organic waste that can be processed through a variety of processing. One way is to use it as a medium for breeding or breeding BSF flies. (Black Soldier Fly). The team from the university teaches this activity using organic garbage that is used as the primary material for growing BSF flies. The expected results of this training are aimed at optimizing the commercial value of BSF fly flies with the use of organic waste from the market or households. The working procedures for cultivating maggot are: 1) Preparing the tools and materials, 2) Making room for the maggot, 3) Putting the garbage in the container that has been made, 4) Covering the maggo container with cloth, 5) The maggot container is placed in a moist place. By reducing waste production, we not only preserve the environment, but also open up opportunities to improve the economic well-being of individuals, families and even the school environment.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Financial target (ROA), Ineffective monitoring (IND) and Total accrual (TATA) on Financial distress. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out using documentation techniques. The population used in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2018-2022 using a purposive sampling method, so the number of samples for this research is 60 financial report data from Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for 5 years. Data was obtained by collecting data from the annual financial reports of Sharia Commercial Banks on each company's website. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis which has previously passed the multicollinearity test, model suitability test and hypothesis testing using SPSS software for windows. The research results show that Financial target(ROA) has a significant influence on financial distress, while Ineffective monitoring (IND) and Total Accruals (TATA) do not have a significant influence on financial distress. And simultaneously Financial target (ROA), Ineffective monitoring (IND) and Total accrual (TATA) have a significant effect on financial distress in Islamic commercial banks, with a Nagelkerke R Square value of 17.8%.

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables (training and compensation) on health performance in Kindergarten Hospitals. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study were 90 respondents who were taken using the saturated sample method. The data collectiontechnique used was the questionnaire technique which was distributed directly to the respondents, in this case the healthperformance of the Kindergarten II Dr. Soepraoen Hospital,Malang. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Thisresearch uses reliability test techniques, validation and classical assumptions. The resultsof this study indicate that the independent variables (trainingand compensation) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The problems raised in this study are (1) How is the use of Ngoko innocent language in the conversation in The Short Film Klalenan?; (2) How does the Javanese language function in The Short Film Klalenan?. In line with the problem, the aim of the research is to describe the use of various ngoko lugu language in The Short Film Klalenan, as well as to describe the use refers to the theory developed by Michael Halliday, regarding the 7 functions of language in the life if Javanese society. The results obtained in the research are (1) Exposure to the use of Ngoko innocent language in evey conversation in every episode, and (2) the use of language functions in conversation including (1) Instrumental, (2) Regulatory, (3) Interactional, (4) Personal, (5) Heuristics, (6) Imagination, and repeesentational function.

This research aims to analyze the effect of salary cuts for Public Housing Savings (Tapera) on the economic conditions and learning motivation of employee class students at Bina Sarana Informatika University (UBSI). Using a quantitative approach with survey methods, data was collected from 150 respondents who were employee class students at UBSI. The research results show that salary cuts for Tapera have a significant influence on students' economic conditions, but do not significantly influence their learning motivation.

Financial planning to encourage investment in SMAN 4 Depok students is carried out so that SMAN 4 Depok students understand the concept of financial planning and investment so that students start getting to know about investment from an early age. Qualitative methods were used in this study with data obtained from pre-test and post-test questionnaires to students of SMAN 4 Depok. The result obtained by researchers after conducting socialization is an increase in students' understanding of personal financial planning and investment so that they can make wise financial decisions early. The focus of material suggestions expected by SMAN 4 Depok students is advanced material related to investment, such as more specific submissions related to investment instruments. Based on the community service activities presented and the suggestions provided by the students, there is a keen interest in delving deeper into advanced investment topics. This proves that delivering financial planning and investment material with the right approach can enhance students' financial awareness and interest.

As human habits change due to advances in technology and information, technology is increasingly important in various aspects of life. Companies must keep up with development trends in the globalization era to develop their products and compete with fierce business competition. Artasari UMKM produces a variety of chips located in one of the villages in Purbalingga Regency. This UMKM still conducts sales and marketing traditionally. Bookkeeping and recording of transactions are still done manually, which causes many problems, such as consumers not trusting the results of calculations. A cashier information system is needed to improve operational efficiency and transaction security. It can help with data collection, bookkeeping, and recording transactions as well as creating financial reports as needed. In this research, the prototyping model is used to design a cashier application at UMKM Artasari. It is considered to help overcome this problem. This research is expected to improve the operational efficiency and security of UMKM Artasari transactions and increase consumer confidence in the calculation results. The result of the design is a system display consisting of several pages which include the login page, transaction data, sales reports, help, and prototype proof of transactions to be printed.
