Bisnis keluarga adalah jenis usaha unik yang menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dan peluang. Tiga isu utama yang sering muncul dalam bisnis keluarga adalah prinsip kepemimpinan, kepemilikan, dan manajemen. oleh karena itu anggota keluarga sebagai pemegang ssaham memiliki peranan oenting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam konteks ini, pemegang saham minoritas dalam perusahaan keluarga sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam memperoleh perlindungan hukum yang memadai. Keterbatasan perlindungan hukum ini dapat berdampak pada hak-hak pemegang saham minoritas dan integritas operasional perusahaan keluarga secara keseluruhan. Dalam jurnal ini membahas bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang saham minoritas dalam perusahaan keluarga yaitu di PT Citra Muamalat Mandiri dikaitkan dengan prinsip-prinsip manajement perusahaan keluarga. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif empiris dengan pendekatan deduktif.
Pengumpulan data berupa teori-teori berbagai sumber dan kemudian menghasilkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT Citra Muamalat Mandiri dalam melindungi pemegang saham minoritas sudah sesuai dengan UU yang berlaku.
 

Outbond training ini diikuti oleh 91 peserta yakni karyawan PT Capella Medan.  Kita telah melalui Pandemi yang telah berlangsung hingga 3 tahun, dimana Hubungan antar divisi / unit yang semakin renggang sehingga Komunikasi yang semakin jauh karena dilaksanakannya pertemuan online, Kolaborasi yang tidak maksimal dan tidak menyeluruh akibatnya masih banyak Banyak divisi yang belum bisa proaktif secara optimal dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian kinerja menurun sehingga perlu ada perbaikan dengan melaksanakan  Outbond Training  agar tiap unit /divisi dapat membaur dan melebur Kembali menjadi lebih kompak dan harmonis.  Komunikasi menjadi lebih terjalin Kembali serta mesra dan harmonis sehingga kinerja semakin meningkat.. Mengoptimalkan peran serta kayawan dalam hal bekerja secara proaktif dimana dituntt bisa berubah dalam setiap kondisi, punya integritas dan inisiatif, bersinergi satu dengan yang lain serta memiliki sense of belonging yang tinggi dan akhirnya bisa menyatakannya dalam ACTION.

This research was conducted to analyze the phrases in the procedural text in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Kurikulum Merdeka. This study focuses on analyzing phrases based on categories or word classes used in procedure texts. The purpose of this research analysis is to examine the use of adverb phrases, numerals, adjectives, nouns, and verbs in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Merdeka Curriculum. This study uses a methodological approach in the form of a qualitative descriptive approach and a theoretical approach in the form of a syntactic approach. The data in this study were taken from fragments of phrases in procedural texts in the Indonesian book Moving Together Class V SD Kurikulum Merdeka. The results of this study are that there are 9 noun phrases or nouns, 8 adverb phrases or adverbs, 2 verb or verb phrases, 2 adjective phrases or adjectives, and 1 numeral phrase or number word. The benefit of this research is to find out the types of phrases in the procedural text in the book Indonesian Moving Together for class V at the Merdeka Curriculum Elementary School as well as provide initial knowledge about phrases to fifth-grade elementary school students as an introductory knowledge to continue to the next level of education.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk, security risk, time and convenience risk and psychological risk on consumer decision behavior to buy online. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased online at least twice in the last 3 months. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that risk is positively related to online consumer buying behavior. Risk or perceived by consumers is an important factor for online purchases. Security risk and financial risk must be low in order to get high and positive online buying behavior from online buying consumers. The smaller the risk the greater the purchase of online purchases. Risk Time and convenience show a positive relationship. The smaller the time risk and the perceived convenience, the greater the consumer's interest in making online purchases. Psychological risk shows a positive relationship to online purchases and shows that the role of the internet is getting bigger

<p>Perpustakaan merupakan bagian dari sumber belajar yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap sekolah atau perguruan tinggi. Karena memudahkan pesertadidik mencari informasi atau ilmu pengetahuan melalui perpustakaan. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi membuat manusia berfikir untuk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efesie,salah satunya yaitu membuat sistem konvensional menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem Informasi Perpustakaan pada SMAN1 Bunguran Selatan ditinjau dari pencarian buku,pendataan buku,pendataan anggota,peminjam dan pengembalian buku. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan adalah model <em>waterfall</em>, serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP <em>(PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), </em>database server <em>MySQL </em>dan menggunakan <em>Framework CodeIgniter</em>. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web yang memiliki fitur transaksi, sehingga memudahkan dalam pendataan peminjaman dan mengembalian buku, serta akan meningkatkan kinerja dan memudahkan dalam mengelola data buku.</p><p><em>Libraries are part of learning resources that must be owned by every school or college. Because it makes it easier for students to find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently, one of which is to make conventional systems into computerized systems. This study aims to create a library information system at SMAN1 Bunguran Selatan in terms of book searches, book data collection, member data collection, borrowers and book returns. The method used in designing the library information system is the waterfall model, and uses the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, MySQL database server and uses the CodeIgniter Framework. The results of this study are a web-based library information system application that has transaction features, making it easier to collect data on borrowing and returning books, and will improve performance and make it easier to manage book data</em>.  </p>

Kanker payudara merupakan penyebab utama kematian yang pada umumnya terjadi pada wanita. Kanker payudara merupakan kanker yang paling banyak di derita masyarakat Indonesia sekaligus kanker yang paling banyak mengakibatkan kematian. Kasus-kasus baru kanker payudara 70% didominasi dengan kanker payudara yang sudah pada stadium lanjut. Metode Variable-Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) merupakan sistem pakar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dalam pendeteksi gejala awal kanker payudara. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh, aplikasi mobile dirancang untuk digunakan sebagai prediksi penyakit kanker payudara dengan stadium awal. Aplikasi tersebut melakukan pemindaian atau melakukan input mammografi dengan fitur image processing dan perhitungan sistem pakar sesuai dengan jawaban pengguna berdasarkan gejala yang timbul. Berdasarkan pengujian accuracy, precision, dan recall pada sistem pakar memperoleh hasil 100%. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji alpha, semua fitur dapat berjalan dengan baik.

The application of understanding short hadiths in shaping the prosocial behavior of children at RA-B Al-Mardiyah needs to be developed in accordance with the behavior exemplified by the Prophet. . So the researchers took the initiative to conduct research at the institution with the aim of knowing the application of understanding short hadiths in shaping children's prosocial behavior and to find out the forms of children's prosocial behavior in RA-B Al- Mardiyah. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study research. While the data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions.
The results of the study indicate that (1) the method used by teachers at RA-B Al- Mardiyah through the 6M method, namely, reciting words, repeating readings, alternating reading between teachers and students, reciting together, moving both hands and sing with joy. (2) Forms of children's prosocial behavior include helping behavior, sharing, working together, donating, being honest, generous and prioritizing the rights and welfare of others.

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is an infectious disease that is often found in general practice. Urinary tract infection (UTI) can be defined as the presence of bacteria in the urine where these bacteria may invade the tissues of the urinary tract. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. This research was conducted in June 2021, in the medical records section of the Kotaraja Health Center, Jayapura City. The population in this study were all patients with UTI who were treated at the Kotaraja Publical Center in June - December 2020 with a total of 30 patients. The results showed that there were more female patients than male, namely 17 people (57%). most patients came from the age group 26-35 years as many as 11 people (37%). The most dominant type of antibiotic prescribed was ciprofloxacin in 24 patients (80%). The most dominant group of prescribed antibiotics was Fluroquinolone as many as 24 patients (80%). The most widely used dose of antibiotic preparations was Ciprofloxacin 500 mg for 24 patients (80%). The most frequent duration of antibiotic administration was 5 days for ciprofloxacin as many as 20 patients (67%). Conclusion: The most frequently used antibiotic at the Kotaraja Publical Center is Ciprofloxcacin

The diversity of terrestrial plants in Indonesia are very huge, including production crops such as palm oil (Elaeis sp.), teak (Tectona grandis L.), lemon (Citrus limon L.) and Aloe vera. The quality of production crops is influenced by the diversity of soil microorganisms, namely the Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF). AMF plays an important role in the growth and development of the host plant. This study aims to determine the diversity of AMF in the rhizosphere of some production crops at SEAMEO BIOTROP, West Java. Research methods are soil sampling and preparation, soil sieving, AMF spore extraction and morphological identification. As a result, spore density tends to be uniform in all four plants (3 spores per 10 gram). The highest to lowest relative abundance percentage of spores on Glomus sp. (52.17%), Acaulospora sp. (34.79%) and Gigaspora sp. (13,04%). Soil, host plant and AMF factors affect the diversity of AMF.

This is an interesting phenomenon to observe. The purpose of this study is to explore the Big Five personality (OCEAN) in this movie. This study used descriptive qualitative methods to collect data, classify, identify, and analyze dialogues and monologues in the movie. As a result, this article shows that Neuroticism shows the highest level because the emotional personality is related to conflicts in the movie whose players often change emotions, while Openness to experience is at the lowest point, Alice is given a new opportunity in the movie when she kills the jabberwocky.
