The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the preaching message of Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi on the Oki Setiana Dewi Official YouTube channel with the title: It's time for millennial migration, here are Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi's tips. Qualitative research methods through a case study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation and data analysis with reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study: da'wah messages include: (1) hijrah means jihad to be better. (2) hijrah challenges: (a) food, namely having to provide healthy and halal food, (b) fun, namely wasting time for nothing, (c) fashion, which is difficult to cover the genitals, (d) social media, namely often sharing bad things on social media. (3) a good way of migrating with umrah which is supported by the support of the scholars, good physical condition, sufficient finances and sufficient knowledge to carry out umrah.

Toko Tuah Bunda adalah salah satu toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan pakaian yang menjual beberapa macam jenis produk seperti gamis, oneset, tunik, dress, dan rok. The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained.  The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.

Wings Air is one of the airlines operating in Indonesia. Wings Air (PT Wings Abadi) is a domestic airline based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Wings Air has won the trust of air transportation users with its Low cost Carrier and can accompany transportation users to routes that are not covered by other airlines. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of paid baggage at Wings Air on the interest of passengers at H.Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport.
                This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies. The instrument used as a data collection tool was in the form of a questionnaire, for indirect interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Hypothesis Testing, Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination.
                The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of the application of paid baggage by Wings Air on the interest of H.Hasan Aroesboeman Ende Airport passengers, as evidenced by hypothesis testing, it is known that the value of t count > t table, namely 12.999> 1.98422 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05 . The percentage based on the coefficient of determination test is known that R square is 0.633, this means that the influence of the application of paid baggage for Wings Air on the interest of passengers at H.Hasan Aroesboeman Ende Airport is 63.3%.

Acts of domestic violence can happen to anyone, but only a small portion emerges to the surface, while some are still submerged or unrecognized. This condition is influenced by the community's opinion that domestic violence is an internal family problem and should not be exposed, some people still cover up this condition because they maintain social status for them. Family unity and harmony can be disrupted if quality and self-control cannot be controlled, which can eventually lead to domestic violence resulting in a sense of insecurity, discomfort and injustice in the household. Cases of domestic violence show a trend that continues to increase from year to year. The purpose of implementing the activity is to increase awareness of the importance of the mental health of victims of domestic violence in Latuhalat Country. Besides that, the goal of this socialization is that the public knows the forms of domestic violence, the cycle of domestic violence, the impacts of domestic violence and how to overcome them.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sebuah organisasi nirlaba dalam menyusun pelaporan keuangan secara otomatis melalui penerapan sistem pelaporan keuangan sederhana. Panti Asuhan atau LKSA adalah lembaga yang bergerak di bidang sosial yang termasuk Entitas Nirlaba. Lembaga nirlaba merupakan lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan masyarakat yang tidak bertujuan untuk mencari keuntungan (Profit) namun dalam kegiatannya juga memerlukan dana untuk operasionalnnya sehingga memerlukan adanya laporan keungan. Seperti jenis organisasi nirlaba lainnya, LKSA juga dituntut untuk dapat menyajikan laporan secara akuntabel dan transparan. Penelitian ini di lakukan di LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma yang di awali dengan melakukan analisis situasi mengenai kebutuhan sebuah aplikasi keuangan sederhana. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan perancangan sistem pelaporan keuangan sederhana berbasis excel dan menerapkan dalam proses penyusunan pelaporan keuangan LKSA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Aplikasi keuangan sederhana yang telah di rancang dapat digunakan oleh LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan sehingga penyusunan laporan keuangan dapat dilakukan secara lebih mudah dan efisien. Selain itu laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan juga telah sesuai dengan standar akuntansi nirlaba dan menggambarkan kondisi keuangan LKSA secara lengkap, sehingga pertanggungjawaban atas sumber daya yang diberikan dapat lebih tergambarkan melalui laporan keuangan tersebut
 

Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals. MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak administration includes payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP), extracurricular money (including: scouts, computers, volleyball and drum bands) and Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) money up to the preparation of financial reports every day, every month to every years to be reported to interested parties, such as the school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation, and all these payments are still recorded manually. This system has a weakness, namely in terms of recording school administration payments it is less effective because it has to record in triplicate, namely on student payment cards, daily data payment report books, and monthly data payment report books, as well as the process of finding data and submitting student payment reports is not fast.
With the existence of a system, it is hoped that later the design can assist in the transaction process for paying tuition fees, UTS, UAS and all expenses at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak, besides being able to produce software applications that aim to increase productivity and support facilities in administrative activities, especially tuition payments. , UTS, UAS and expenditure transactions at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak and the recording process becomes more effective because recording is only once during the school financial administration payment process and speeds up the process of searching for data and submitting school financial administration payment reports

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan Alfamart Se-Kecamatan Sawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, t-test, analisis determinasi dan uji f-test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan Alfamart Se-Kecamatan Sawan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t-test menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan Alfamart Se-Kecamatan Sawan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t-test menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil uji F didapat nilai F-hitung > F-tabel, (17,659 > 3,29), ini menandakan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,050.

The impact of Covid-19 requires the teaching and learning system at home, so the term Distance Learning (PJJ) appears. This study aims to determine how to prepare Vocational High School's teachers in implementing PJJ. Trying to reveal data and conditions in the field about teachers' understanding of PJJ, how to implement PJJ, as well as supporting factors and obstacles during the learning process.
The research method used a qualitative approach. The researchers used purposive sampling, the sample is selected according to what the researchers want, so that the sample represents the desired characteristics. The data collection instruments that be used were questionnaires and interviews.
From observations and interviews, SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu is ready to apply PJJ. This can be seen from schools that provide internet funds every month, providing computer laboratories for students who do not yet have adequate technological facilities. The school also keeps in touch with parents regarding student progress during the PJJ. Teachers who innovate and conducted IT training to improve the ability to use technology online. In addition to the readiness of facilities and services provided by schools to students, school faces challenges in implementing practical learning. The implementation of blended learning that has been applied has not been able to have a significant impact on improving student skills. With good readiness and challenges that still have to be faced, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation as to whether PJJ is indeed effectively implemented at the vocational high school level.

One of the services at Sentani Airport is service at the departure and arrival terminals which are handled by TIS (Terminal Inspection Service) officers. This unit is tasked with carrying out inspections of operational support facilities in the curbside area, RPA, and passenger waiting rooms that have been provided by the airport manager.
         This study aims to determine how big the influence of service quality on passenger satisfaction at Sentani airport and how big the level of passenger satisfaction with services at Sentani airport. The research was conducted on September 02-October 29, 2021 at Sentani Airport, this research is a quantitative study, the population in this study were passengers at Sentani Airport where the passengers had experienced the facilities at the departure terminal and arrival terminal, while the sample in this study this is 100 respondents.        The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire and observation. This study has one variable consisting of the independent variable service quality (X) and the dependent variable passenger satisfaction (Y). Data collection using simple linear regression analysis through SPSS.
        The results showed that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the quality of terminal services at Sentani Airport based on passenger satisfaction with the t-test results found to be 0.000, which means the value is significantly less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the R2 test found that service quality affects passenger satisfaction, which is 0.646. So this means that service quality affects passenger satisfaction by 64.6% and in the category of a strong correlation and the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables.
