Evaluation of SMILE in Data and Information Management (Case Study of BPJS Employment, Tanjung Morawa Branch) Using the User Compatibility Method. Effective data and information management in financial institutions such as BPJS Employment requires an application system that meets user needs. This research aims to evaluate SMILE at the Tanjung Morawa BPJS Employment Branch using the User Compatibility method, which assesses the extent to which the application meets the user's needs, abilities and expectations. This research method involves a survey of SMILE users at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch, taking into account aspects of usability, efficiency and user satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation of smile users. The evaluation results show that SMILE at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch has a high level of compatibility with users. The research results show that all EUCS independent variables (indicators), consisting of Content (Content), Format (report), Accurancy (accuracy), Timeliness (speed of presentation), Ease of Use (easy to use), which have a significant relationship with user satisfaction SMILE. Users find this application easy to use, improves work efficiency, and meets their expectations regarding data and information management. However, several recommendations for improvement were also put forward, including increased training for users, improved integration with other systems, and improved data security. This study makes an important contribution to further understanding the extent to which SMILE meets user needs in internal environments. The evaluation results and recommendations produced can serve as guidelines for developing and improving smile in the future.
 
 

This article discusses the importance of building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In an era of increasingly rapid digitalization, MSMEs need to adopt e-commerce platforms to expand their market reach and increase their competitiveness. However, to achieve sustainable growth, a strong and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem needs to be built. In this article, the author identifies the opportunities that exist in building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports MSMEs. One of the main opportunities is access to a wider global market, which can open the door for MSMEs to sell their products to customers around the world. In addition, e-commerce platforms also provide opportunities for MSMEs to utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making.
 
 

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the service quality of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) delivery services. The results show a positive influence of SOP implementation on the service quality of JNE's delivery services. Clear and easily understood SOPs help JNE employees complete tasks consistently and efficiently, reducing the likelihood of errors and omissions. Additionally, employee commitment and discipline in applying SOPs, along with support and supervision from management, are crucial in improving service quality. The suitability of SOPs with the needs and conditions of the company is also a key aspect to be considered. Based on these findings, it is recommended that JNE continuously improve the quality of its SOPs and ensure their implementation by employees. Furthermore, enhancing other factors such as infrastructure, technology, and human resources is essential to achieve sustainable excellent service.

This research uses a qualitative approach by applying library studies or primary data used are books and texts that contain thoughts from Kierkegaard about existentialism and the transformation of self-identity. In late adolescents of generation Z, Kierkegaard's view of spirituality can provide an understanding of the importance of a meaningful life and having a clear purpose. Existentialism can help Generation Z late adolescents to understand and face the existential challenges faced by Generation Z late adolescents, such as finding the meaning of life, facing certainty, and determining their identity.

Dalam tulisan ini berisi penjelasan tentang uraian kejadian, status hukum dan dalilnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan adalah dengan metode penelitian perpustakaan serta pendekatan induktif dan analitis dengan menjelaskan uraian kejadian, kemudian menganalisa, dan setelah itu menyimpulkanya berdasarkan kajian literatur. Tulisan ini meyimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, Pemberian hadiah disertai dengan niat agar ada terjadinya timbal balik suatu saat merupakan suatu kebolehan. Kedua Bertukar hadiah dengan undian diperbolehkan dengan syarat hadiahnya jelas dan sudah ditetapkan harganya. Ketiga, Bertukar hadiah dengan cara mengundi siapa yang mendapat hadiah terbaik dan siapa yang mendapat hadiah terburuk termasuk dalam kategori perjudian apabila disertai dengan adanya kewajiban membayar bagi peserta.

This study aims to design, create, and assess an electronic market at the Marine and Fisheries Agency of Central Tapanuli Regency as a means to improve the economy of coastal towns. The main objective is to increase market access, product value, and income of coastal communities in the marine and fisheries sector. This R&D system development process uses the Waterfall approach, with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method used to assess user satisfaction. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, CSS, Figma, and MySQL. Suggestions for the long-term development of this e-marketplace include collaboration, local adaptation, and user education.

Exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months in Bekasi Regency in 2021 was 72.59%. The results of preliminary studies based on the results of interviews, there has been no handling of increasing breast milk volume production with the marmet technique. The purpose of UNU's research is to determine the effect of marmet technique on breast milk production in postpartum mothers at TPMB R, Cibitung in 2023. Pre-experimental research method, one group pretest posttest. The population amounted to 30 postpartum mothers with a research sample of 30 respondents, with total sampling. Research instrument observation sheet of breast milk volume. Univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon test. The results of the study found that postpartum maternal milk production before marmet technique intervention was given, milk production with less category as much as 73.3%, while after marmet technique intervention milk production with less category as much as 40%. Wilcoxon test results obtained p-values of 0.002 < ? 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of giving marmet techniques on postpartum mother's milk production.
