This study examines citizenship as a constitutional right in Indonesia, focusing on the foundational principles of citizenship, the roles of state institutions, challenges in the enforcement of rights, and relevant case studies. The research employs a doctrinal legal methodology with a normative approach, incorporating legislative, case law, conceptual, historical, and comparative perspectives. Data is collected from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources through a literature review. The analysis reveals that the foundational principles of citizenship are enshrined in the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia (UUD 1945), which includes the right to participate in government, the right to decent work, and other social rights. State institutions such as the President, the People's Consultative Assembly (DPR), and the judiciary play crucial roles in the enforcement of constitutional rights. However, several challenges persist, including human rights violations, injustices within the legal system, and barriers to political participation. Case studies related to administrative issues in the 2024 elections, human rights violations in Papua, and the controversy surrounding the Omnibus Law on Job Creation illustrate practical issues in the implementation of constitutional rights.

Abstrak:
Credit approval prediction is one of the critical challenges in the financial industry, where the accuracy and efficiency of credit decision-making can significantly affect business risk. This study proposes an outlier detection method using the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) combined with Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) to improve prediction accuracy. GMM is used to detect outliers with a probabilistic approach, allowing for finer-grained anomaly identification compared to distance- or density-based methods. Furthermore, the data cleaned through GMM is processed using XGBoost, a decision tree-based boosting algorithm that efficiently handles complex datasets. This study compares the performance of XGBoost with various outlier detection methods, such as LOF, CBLOF, DBSCAN, IF, and K-Means, as well as various other classification algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning. Experimental results show that the combination of GMM and XGBoost provides the best performance with an accuracy of 95.493%, a recall of 91.650%, and an AUC of 95.145%, outperforming other models in the context of credit approval prediction on an imbalanced dataset. The proposed method has been proven to reduce prediction errors and improve the model's reliability in detecting eligible credit applications.

The widespread use of smartphones has given rise to the phenomenon of phubbing, where individuals prioritize their devices over face-to-face interactions. The purpose of this study is to explore phubbing as a communication ethics challenge and its impact on emotional well-being in personal relationships. The method used in this study is a literature review involving national and international indexed journals obtained through Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center), Taylor & Francis, Springer, Elsevier with a span of 2017-2024. The findings of this study reveal that phubing can have a negative impact on interpersonal relationships and individual psychological well-being. This behavior can damage communication, reduce the quality of personal relationships, and trigger psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and feelings of loneliness. Therefore, interventions in guidance and counseling are needed to deal with phubbing more comprehensivel.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a narrative study method, involving six new santri who were interviewed about their experiences when they first arrived at the pesantren. The results show that new santri often feel shocked and lonely due to the significant differences in the environment compared to their homes. They face challenges in managing their time, adapting to a busy routine, and interacting with new people. Support from peers and pesantren administrators proved important in helping them overcome culture shock. This article suggests the need for guidance and counseling programs to accelerate the adjustment process of new santri, and emphasizes that this experience can be a valuable lesson for them in facing new environments in the future.

Abstrak:
This study investigates the relationships between tax audit intensity, the probability of fraud detection, and tax evasion while examining the moderating role of tax officials' service. The research reveals that tax audit intensity significantly reduces tax evasion, confirming its effectiveness as a deterrent. However, the hypothesis regarding the probability of fraud detection's impact on tax evasion was rejected, indicating that the likelihood of detection does not directly influence taxpayer behavior in this context. Additionally, the study found no significant moderating effect of tax officials' service on the relationship between tax audit intensity, fraud detection probability, and tax evasion. These findings suggest that while audit intensity is crucial for enhancing compliance, the quality of service provided by tax officials does not substantially alter taxpayer responses to enforcement measures. The results underscore the need for tax authorities to prioritize strengthening audit processes and detection mechanisms while recognizing that service quality, though important for building long-term trust, may not significantly influence immediate compliance behavior. Future research should explore other moderating factors that could impact taxpayer decisions in varying economic and cultural contexts.

This research aims to examine the phenomenon of quarter life crisis among university students in Semarang City, which was triggered by the TikTok trend “Aku Ga Bisa Yura.” The scope of this paper includes an analysis of the five phases of quarter life crisis, starting from the feeling of being trapped, the desire to change the situation, to the crucial actions taken, as well as how individuals build a life according to their values and interests. The method used is a phenomenological study with in-depth interview techniques with five subjects representing various experiences and problems related to quarter life crisis. The results of the discussion show that students feel the complexity of facing the transition to adulthood, and although faced with uncertainty, they are able to take positive steps to achieve life goals that are more in line with themselves. The conclusion of this study confirms that quarter life crisis, although challenging, can be a process that results in significant personal development, and points to the need for further understanding of the influence of social media in shaping students' perceptions of this crisis. This research also suggests conducting a broader study involving students from different regions and other social media platforms.

This research aims to examine the state's responsibility in protecting Indonesian migrant workers in an effort to fulfill human rights. Indonesian migrant workers have an important role in the nation's economic development. As a contributor to the country's foreign exchange, legal protection for Indonesian migrant workers abroad is very important. The placement of migrant workers abroad has increased. The increasing interest of Indonesian migrant workers abroad is in line with the growing complexity of problems faced by Indonesian migrant workers in the form of human rights violations, verbal, physical, and sexual harassment, and other violence. The urgency of this research is to determine the role and responsibility of the state in protecting Indonesian migrant workers, especially those abroad, based on existing laws and regulations, such as the existence of Law Number 18 of 2017. This research is normative legal research. Updates and research results carried out by the government regarding the protection of Indonesian migrant workers have been regulated in Law Number 18 of 2017. Forms of protection are carried out starting before placement, during placement, and after placement. From the research conducted, it was concluded that the state's responsibility and protection for Indonesian migrant workers still need to be improved.
