Abstrak:
The intense competition in the fashion industry drives brands to seek more effective and efficient marketing strategies. One increasingly adopted approach is affiliate marketing. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of affiliate marketing strategies in increasing fashion product sales for the JINISO brand. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach on the JINISO brand, supported by secondary data such as sales reports, digital promotion activities, and affiliate performance. The results indicate that affiliate marketing significantly improves JINISO’s product sales. By leveraging a wide network of affiliates—including influencers, bloggers, and digital marketers JINISO successfully reaches a broader audience through personalized and credible promotions. This strategy also demonstrates highcost efficiency, as it is performance-based, meaning commissions are only paid when a sale occurs. Additionally, the data-driven approach enables the company to evaluate campaign effectiveness regularly and adjust it based on market preferences. Affiliate marketing is a marketing strategy that leverages consumer trust in affiliates while offering flexibility in budget management. Future recommendations include expanding the affiliate network, enhancing the quality of promotional content, and innovating the affiliate program to remain attractive and competitive amidst the dynamic fashion industry landscape.

Abstrak:
The Khulafaur Rasyidin era (632–661 CE) was a pivotal period in Islamic history, marked by the leadership of the first four caliphs: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali. The political thought of this era emphasized principles of justice, consultation (shura), and the application of Islamic law (sharia) in governance. Each caliph adopted distinct approaches to state administration, such as Abu Bakr's emphasis on collective consultation and Umar's establishment of a more bureaucratic governance structure. Despite political and social challenges, including territorial expansions and internal conflicts, the political foundations of the Rashidun Caliphate underscored the importance of just leadership and the unity of the Muslim community. This political philosophy significantly contributed to the development of Islamic governance rooted in justice and sharia.

Abstrak:
This study investigates the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) on firm value, with Green Innovation (GI) as a moderating variable. The research is based on secondary data from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, analyzed using path analysis with a moderated regression approach in SPSS. The findings reveal that ESG has a significant but negative impact on firm value, suggesting that ESG investments may be perceived as cost burdens in the short term. Meanwhile, EMA does not have a significant effect on firm value, indicating that its role in firm valuation remains unclear. The moderating role of GI does not significantly strengthen the relationship between ESG and firm value, while the interaction between EMA and GI negatively affects firm value, implying that green innovation strategies may introduce additional financial burdens. These findings highlight the complexity of sustainability investments and emphasize the need for a balanced approach to ESG and EMA implementation to optimize long-term firm value. The study contributes to legitimacy and stakeholder theories by demonstrating how sustainability strategies can influence financial outcomes. It provides practical insights for businesses to develop more effective ESG disclosure and EMA implementation strategies that align with investor expectations and long-term firm sustainability
