The revitalization of Dadaha Square in Tasikmalaya City has had a significant positive impact on the social and economic growth of the local area. Socially, this revitalization has succeeded in enhancing interactions among residents, creating a more inclusive environment, and supporting various community activities such as sports, arts, and recreation. Additionally, it has strengthened the collective identity of the community. Economically, the revitalization of Dadaha Square has provided new opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with an increased number of visitors positively affecting the growth of the informal economy, particularly for street vendors. This positive impact also contributes to the growth of the tourism and service sectors in Tasikmalaya City. However, the sustainability of these benefits requires effective public space management and appropriate regulatory support for informal economic actors. Further studies are needed to monitor the long-term effects of this revitalization.

Efisiensi layanan merupakan aspek penting yang mendukung keberhasilan operasional, terutama di tengah keterbatasan sumber daya dan meningkatnya permintaan. Optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya diperlukan agar kinerja layanan tetap optimal dan berkualitas. Teknologi memegang peran vital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, memungkinkan organisasi untuk menjaga kualitas layanan meskipun dengan keterbatasan yang ada. Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya, sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi, berusaha meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dengan mengadakan denah kampus. Program ini bertujuan memudahkan mahasiswa baru dan pengunjung dalam menemukan lokasi di lingkungan kampus secara lebih cepat dan tepat. Melalui metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari civitas akademika untuk menciptakan solusi navigasi yang efisien. Papan denah yang dipasang di titik strategis kampus diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan pengalaman pengguna, mengurangi kebingungan, serta mendukung kegiatan akademik dan administratif yang lebih efektif. Inisiatif ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kampus secara keseluruhan.

This study aims to identify the spatial structure and distribution of service facilities in Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. As one of the areas experiencing rapid development, Kahuripan Village has a strategic location that influences spatial dynamics, especially in social and economic aspects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through field surveys, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the spatial structure in Kahuripan Village tends to follow a multiple center pattern, with two main centers functioning as government centers and economic centers. The distribution of service facilities, such as education, health, trade, and worship, is quite even and adequate. A good road network also supports mobility and access to these facilities. The conclusion of this study is that Kahuripan Village has great potential to continue to develop as a new service center, with development directed at micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as improving accessibility and sustainability of land use in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW).
 

This research aims to explore the role of Emergency First Aid (PPGD) education as a tool to strengthen life skills in junior high school (SMP) students. PPGD education is very important to equip students with the basic knowledge and skills needed in emergency situations. At the junior high school level, many students still do not understand how to handle emergency situations, so this educational program is designed to increase their readiness to respond to various emergencies quickly and effectively. This research also highlights challenges in implementing the PPGD curriculum, such as availability of resources, teacher training, and effectiveness of teaching methods. In addition, the level of awareness of students and schools about the importance of PPGD skills was also analyzed, considering that low understanding can hinder the effectiveness of this program. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution to improving students' life skills through more integrated health education in schools. PPGD education that is successfully implemented is expected to make junior high school students better prepared to face emergency situations, and able to provide fast and appropriate first aid.

Bintan Regency is a Regency with the largest decrease in the open unemployment rate for the 2022-2023 period in the Riau Islands. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Bintan Regency Regional Government in reducing unemployment in Bintan Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Bintan Regency Manpower Office has mostly implemented its strategy well from the organizational strategy already having good strategies and policies. The program strategy has a positive impact on the workforce in improving skills and prioritizing the placement of local workers. The resource support strategy is adequate both in terms of human resources, finance, technology and infrastructure. Institutional strategy, responsible for performance targets and exercising its authority in reducing unemployment.

Adanya platform penjualan elektronik atau yang lebih sering dikenal dengan e-commerce banyak memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli. Tidak hanya perusahaan besar yang melakukan penjualan melalui e-commerce, namun pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) dalam bebeapa tahun terakhir sudah memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk menjual produk mereka kepada pelanggan. Lookmanstore.id adalah salah satu pelaku UMKM yang sudah menggunakan platform e-commerce dalam satu tahun terakhir. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan Lookmanstore.id sudah melakukan strategi pemasaran seperti melakukan iklan, membuat video promosi dan juga melakukan potongan harga untuk produk yang dijual namun terkadang hal ini kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Maka dari itu diperlukan pemahaman data penjualan yang baik sebagai dasar untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran agar memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Selain itu penyajian visualisasi data menjadi faktor tersendiri agar lebih efektif dalam membantu dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai tren penjualan saat ini, mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, mengoptimalkan strategi penjualan dan menentukan stok produk. Sehingga pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan dashboard interaktif dengan menggunakan Looker Studio dalam melakukan analisa dan visualisasi data penjualan pada Lookmanstore.id yang dapat membantu dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang data penjualan.

The golden age of children, which is often called the Golden Age, is when children are between 0 and 6 years old. At this stage of development, children grow and change rapidly. The aim of this community service is to improve students' fine motor skills through origami paper folding activities, including eye and hand coordination abilities, finger flexibility, and accuracy in carrying out fine movements. This project uses the ABCD (Asset Based Communities Development) strategy or method, which is a community development approach that emphasizes the assets and qualities that the community already has. In general, the results of the activity of improving fine motor skills by using origami for kindergarten students at Dharma Wanita Association 3 Tambak Lekok, namely the target of solving the problem in using origami paper to make carrots, are children who have never previously known and make ornamental plants from the material. origami paper, but in the activity of Improving Fine Motor Skills Using Origami for Kindergarten Students of Dharma Wanita Association 3 Tambak Lekok with enthusiasm to follow and learn together in making carrots from origami materials. Because with this creative activity, children of their age become increasingly curious about what they didn't know before, thus encouraging and encouraging them to learn together in paper folding activities.

Blood donation is an important process that involves taking some blood from a donor to donate and store it in a blood bank. This blood can then be used for transfusions for those in need, such as in cases of accidents, major surgery, or certain illnesses. In Indonesia, blood donation is very important, especially because of the high maternal mortality rate due to bleeding during childbirth. The need for blood continues to increase as the number of accidents and illnesses requiring blood transfusions increases. Although blood donation has great benefits for the recipient, many people do not realize that donating blood regularly also brings various health benefits to the donor. This study aims to increase public understanding about the importance of blood donation through interviews and research at Sunan Giri University, Surabaya. Interview results show that blood donation not only saves lives, but also helps maintain the health of donors and encourages a spirit of mutual cooperation in society. Through education and increasing awareness, more people are expected to be involved in sustainable blood donation activities.

Acts of sexual violence have now become a crucial issue regarding the moral decline in society. Sexual violence is a situation where a person experiences harassment in the form of inappropriate words and physical contact without mutual consent, resulting in discomfort for the victim.In fact, Article 28B Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution states, 'Every child has the right to survive, grow, and develop, and has the right to protection from violence and discrimination.' However, in reality, many communities that still uphold patriarchal values often offer socially manipulative solutions, such as asking the victim to marry the perpetrator. Reflecting on this article, every human being has the right to be protected from acts of violence. However, the widespread sexual crimes against teenagers and the failure and injustice in handling such cases have become serious issues. Motivated by the spirit to prevent and address the problem of sexual violence, the service team implements sexual violence prevention education for the younger generation. This program is a child-friendly initiative that not only addresses sexual crimes but also serves as an educational platform. It is not limited to handling victims but also aims to break the vicious cycle involving teenagers as perpetrators of sexual violence. Therefore, this program is expected to answer, assist, and raise public awareness about the critical issue of sexual crimes in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT Bahrul Fikri Depok, khususnya di kelas 1 dan 4. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan fleksibilitas kepada sekolah untuk mengikuti standar pendidikan nasional, dengan fokus pada pengembangan potensi siswa melalui proyek pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta bagian kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT Bahrul Fikri belum maksimal, terutama karena masih kurangnya pelatihan yang diterima oleh guru. Meskipun demikian, kurikulum ini telah diterapkan secara bertahap di kelas 1 dan 4. Hambatan dalam implementasi mencakup kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta perbedaan antara teori dan praktik dalam pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, dukungan dari pemerintah dalam bentuk penyediaan media pembelajaran dan pelatihan bagi guru menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan. Peran kepala sekolah juga sangat penting dalam proses ini, dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan mencari solusi. Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berjenjang diharapkan dapat membantu guru lebih memahami dan mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, meskipun implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT Bahrul Fikri masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, hambatan ini dapat diatasi dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan fasilitas yang ada serta dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak.
