AbstrakKeberadaan kampus yang merupakan tempat dimana teknologi, ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi ditegakkan, menjadi komunitas di tingkat lokal yang berperan penting dalam berkontribusi menerapkan prinsip sustainability dalam ruang lingkup lingkungannya. Tim PKM UPBJJ-UT Malang melaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan yaitu pelatihan bagi civitas akademika dan masyarakat mengenai budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik untuk mewujudkan green campus. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan berlangsung dengan baik, dengan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta yang terlibat. Tanaman hias hidroponik yang ditanam dalam rangka mewujudkan green campus karena memiliki banyak manfaat bagi lingkungan yaitu selain bermanfaat bagi keindahan, dapat juga untuk menyerap polusi udara. Secara umum, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan oleh peserta pelatihan dari sembilan aspek persepsi peserta mengenai budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik.Kata Kunci: Green campus; Hidroponik; Polusi udara; Tanaman HiasAbstractThe existence of a campus, which is a place where technology, science and innovation are upheld, is a community at the local level that plays an important role in contributing to the applying of the principles of sustainability within the scope of its environment. The PKM UPBJJ-UT Malang team carried out empowerment activities, namely training for the academic community and the local community regarding hydroponic plant cultivation to realize a green campus. Based on the results of this service activity, it can be concluded that the activity went well, with high enthusiasm from the participants involved. Hydroponic ornamental plants are planted in order to realize a green campus because they have many benefits for the environment, namely being beneficial for aesthetics, and they can also absorb air pollution. In general, there was an increase in the knowledge of training participants from the nine aspects of participants' perceptions of hydroponic plant cultivation..Keywords: Green Campus; Hydroponics; Air pollutan; Decorative plants

Entrepreneurship is no longer something foreign to understand and even do, especially in the current era of globalization and digitalization. Many people understand entrepreneurship and there are even people who have become successful entrepreneurs, but how to become an entrepreneur, how to start or what to do is still unclear. Many people don't understand it, and the same goes for today's young people, there are still some who don't understand how to start becoming an entrepreneur. Even though there are also many young people in other big cities who have successfully owned several businesses. OnThis opportunity for Community Service wants to provide insight into understanding how to start becoming an entrepreneur at a young age by exploring the potential that exists in each person or by looking at the surrounding environment, hobbies and so on. So as to provide motivation for young people, especially those who join in King Generation Indonesian Bethel Church Jomblang Semarang Branch. The activity will be held by holding a seminar with presentations and opportunities for questions and answers. The hope is that with this activity, young people will be motivated to explore their potential and develop what they have to become young entrepreneurs

Abstrak:
This article discusses the development of Islamic banking in Muslim-majority countries, namely Malaysia. Malaysia was one of the first countries in Southeast Asia to establish an Islamic bank. The marketing management of Islamic banks in Malaysia is an interesting subject to study, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by taking several literature studies that are in accordance with the theme in accordance with the writing of this article.
The existence of Islamic banks in Malaysia is strongly supported by the Malaysian government so that Islamic bank funds in Malaysia come from the government, namely 90 percent of government funds, while funds originating from the public are only around 10 percent. In general, the performance of Islamic banking continues to grow with a market share of 29% which can be seen from three indicators, namely the number of assets collected, the amount of financing disbursed by banks (PYD), and third party funds (DPK). In 2018, asset growth was 12.57%, PYD 12.17%, DPK 11.14%, 2019 asset growth 9.93%, PYD 10.89%, DPK 11.93%, and in 2020 asset growth 13 .11%, PYD 8.08%, and DPK 11.88% with total assets of 608.9 trillion, pyd 394.6, and dpk 475.8.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Operational Factors, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety Against Guidance Services at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 pelabuhan Bitung This research was conducted on employees of the Shipping Agency working area of ??Tanjung Redeb as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26. Here’s the result from research of regression : Y = -0,219 + 0,308X1 + 0,200X2 + 0,192X3 + 0,349X4 + µ. The multiple linear regression equation can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the guidance is the safety variable with a regression coefficient of 0.349. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the results obtained are 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the guidance at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is influenced by operational variables, tariffs, facilities and safety which is 83.7% and other factors that affect the guidance of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is 16.7%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Operations, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety have a positive and significant effect on the PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung.

Abstrak:
The implementation of BIM has long been known to building but is still relatively new to road infrastructure. With various demands such as safety, comfort and maintenance budget, the traditional way of managing road infrastructure is considered inadequate. According to UNECE (United Nation Economic Commission for Europe), in large-scale of infrastructure project, more than 50 percent of contract modification - which is considered inefficient - are related to deficiencies, BIM provides an effective way to overcome this by integrating all the stakeholder since the design phase to post construction phase. This article reviews the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in road infrastructure, particularly in the design phase. The methodology used is by reviewing some journals discussing implementation of BIM in road infrastructure.

Abstrak:
Kasus positif Covid 19 pada perempuan ibu hamil. Melahirkan dan nifas di Indonesia terdapat puluhan sampai ratusan kasus. Meningkatnya kasus covid 19 menjadikan kebutuhan informasi dan pengetahuan yang baik bagi petugas dan keluarganya akan penatalaksanaan kasus maternal dan menapouse dengan covid 19. Dengan meningkatnya kembali kasus covid dengan klister baru membawa dampak tersendiri bagi masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan lansia. Terutama rasa cemas menghadapi kondisi tersebut. Rasa cemas yang timbul akan berdampak pada turunnya imun seseorang sehingga akan rentan tertular virus. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan imun dan mengurangi kecemasan yaitu dengan penerapan acupressure. Akupresur adalah salah satu terapi komplementar merupakan perpaduan antara self healing dan akupresur, dimana proses pemijatan mempunyai 2 reaksi, yaitu reaksi menguatkan (yang) dan reaksi menurunkan (yin). Pijatan-pijatan pada titik tertentu dalam terapi akupresur dapat merangsang gelombang syaraf sehingga mampu melancarkan aliran darah, merelaksasikan spasme, dan meningkatkan imun. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menerapkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya tentang Akupresur Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Tahan Tubuh Dan Mengurangi Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Dan Menopouse Pada Era Adaptasi Covid 19 ”. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan cara acupressure mandiri secara langsung maupun media online dan demostrasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat sebagai standar operasional dalam membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tetang cara acupressure untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan menurunkan kecemasan di masa pandemic saat ini.

PKM peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan sampah kepada pengelola wisata Pantai Tamban Desa Tambakrejo, Kab. Malang. merupakan pelatihan untuk menunjang pengelolaan sampah di Kawasan wisata. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah pengelola ekowsisata Pantai Tamban Desa Tambakrejo. Metode yang dilakukan dengan empat tahap yakni: 1) need-assessment dan komunikasi atas kesedian mitra dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, (2) pelaksanaan materi pengabdian masyarakat dengan metode ceramah, (3) melaksanakan praktik mengolah sampah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik dengan alat komposter, dan (4) evaluasi dengan angket yang telah di berikan setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil yang di dapat dalam pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut: Sebagian besar masyarakat di desa Tambakrejo belum pernah mengolah sampah organic. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan abdimas sudah Familiar dengan pupuk organik, namun hanya Sebagian kecil yang pernah membuat pupuk organik dengan kotoran kambing, bukan dengan memanfaatkan limbah sampah rumah tangga. Setelah diberikan pelatihan, peserta kegiatan dapat memahami jika membuat pupuk kompos organik itu mudah dan tidak memberatkan untuk memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga di sekitar mereka. Karena alat yang digunakan serta bahan emulator maupun bahan organik mudah digunakan serta dapat diakses dengan mudah. Selain itu, semua peserta setuju jika pelatihan ini memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat.

The community service program to improve the tourism economy at Tirang Beach, Semarang aims to increase community income through developing tourism potential on the beach. This program will be implemented through tourism product development activities, improving the quality of tourism services, and skills training for the surrounding community. The method to be used in this program is data collection through a survey to find out the tourism potential in Tirang Beach, and the needs and expectations of tourists. Furthermore, tourism products will be developed in accordance with existing potential, such as developing culinary specialties from the beach, developing handicrafts, and developing natural tourism activities such as snorkeling and diving. In addition, there will be improvements to the quality of tourism services, such as developing tourism infrastructure, making information boards, and training the local community in good and friendly tourism services to tourists. In addition, skills training will be conducted for the surrounding community to improve the quality of tourism products and services provided. The expected results of this program are increasing people's income through developing tourism potential in Tirang Beach, as well as improving the quality of tourism products and services provided. This program is also expected to attract tourists to visit Tirang Beach, so as to increase tourism potential in the area. With this program, it is hoped that the surrounding community will become more independent and be able to improve the economy through existing tourism potential. Thus, a healthier and more sustainable environment can be created through sustainable economic development.

Loyalitas Pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya adalah Inovasi, Kepercayaan dan Kemudahan. Dari ketiganya, mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Inovasi, Kepercayaan dan Kemudahan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa Gojek Online di kota Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah Loyalitas Pelanggan di kota Semarang dengan pengambilan sistem sampel dengan jumlah 100 responden (sampel). Variabel pada penelitian terdiri dari: Variabel bebas Inovasi (X1), Kepercayaan (X2), dan Kemudahan (X3) serta variabel terikat yaitu Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Model penelitiannya adalah analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dengan alat bantu statistic program SPSS V.22 diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda adalah Y= 0,533+ 0,223 X1 + 0,460 X2 + 0,245 X3 + µ. Hasil persamaan linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Inovasi terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (t hitung 2,580 > t table sebesar 1,98498), Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan ( t hitung 4,042 > t tabel 1,98498), Kemudahan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (t hitung 2,597 > t table 1,98498), secara individual Inovasi, Kepercayaan dan Kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Pengaruh ketiga variabel penelitian sangat kuat dengan nilai koefisien (R Square) yang diperoleh sebesar 61,9% terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan 37,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak terdeteksi pada penelitian ini.

Abstrak:
This study examines the creation of Customer Value with the supporting variables Relationship Quality and Cost-to-Cost as variables that can affect value. Customer Value for the company in building relationships in the future. This research takes companies that supply fabric dyes to textile companies by conducting interviews via email and in-person interviews. The method used is to examine qualitatively and quantitatively. In qualitative research, it examines the costs incurred which have a correlation with customer service and the estimated actual costs for individual services. Furthermore, quantitative measurements are carried out to check the quality of RQ, profitability from past customers, Customer Lifttime Value (CLV) by presenting the proposed framework. In the final section, an evaluation of the effect of RQ on CLV is carried out which results in the conclusion that RQ has an effect on driving customer costs and profitability in the future.
