Purpose: The objective of this study is to assess the usability of the Baraya Travel application, highlighting areas for enhancement to improve the online ticket booking experience for users. By concentrating on the Baraya Travel app as the research subject, the study intends to offer valuable insights for its developers. It emphasizes user feedback and recommendations to improve interface navigation, application speed, and the addition of new features, ultimately increasing convenience and ease of use. This study aims to provide an extensive examination of the app's performance, identifying precise areas where improvements can be made.
Methods: Using the Usability Testing methodology, particularly emphasizing the System Usability Scale (SUS), this study employs a quantitative research strategy. Surveys were administered to 409 Baraya Travel application users to gather primary data concerning usability aspects including user interface navigation, application responsiveness, and user convenience. The statistical analysis utilized both descriptive statistics, encompassing measures of central tendency and variability, to summarize the data, and potentially inferential tests like correlation analysis or t-tests, to investigate relationships and disparities between variables. The selection of statistical analysis aimed to offer a thorough interpretation of the data and extract meaningful insights into the usability of the Baraya Travel application. Furthermore, the utilization of the SUS evaluation metric provided a standardized measure to evaluate usability and facilitate comparisons across studies, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the evaluation process.
Result: The examination of the SUS questionnaire indicated that users of the Baraya Travel application provided an average score of 75.26. This score suggests that the application demonstrates a commendable level of usability, earning a "Good" rating and a Letter Grade of "B". Nonetheless, there remains potential for enhancement to reach the desired standard of perfection. Users offered invaluable feedback and suggestions, highlighting the necessity for enhanced user interface navigation, improved application speed, and the implementation of additional features to augment convenience and user-friendliness.
Novelty: This research provides valuable insights for Baraya Travel application developers, emphasizing areas for improvement based on user feedback and suggestions. It contributes to the progression of online ticket booking systems, with the goal of enriching the overall travel experience for users. Highlighting the significance of user-friendly interfaces, efficient application performance, and convenient features is crucial for enhancing user satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Subsequent research endeavors could explore further factors influencing user satisfaction and loyalty in the context of digital travel applications.

Abstract. The purpose of this article is to discuss the role of the educational environment in character education. The analysis method used is an effectual causal analysis model by reviewing rational relationships, which analyzes the causal relationship between the educational environment in character education and sources from the review literature. The results of this discussion show that the environment has a great influence on character education. The conclusion of this article is that the implementation of character education needs to be supported by a good educational environment.Keywords: environment, learning, Character education
 
Abstrak. Tujuan artikel ini ialah membahas mengenai peran lingkungan pendidikan dalam Pendidikan karakter. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah model analisis causal efektual degan meninjau hubungan rasional, yang menganalisa hubungan sebab akibat antara lingkungan Pendidikan pada Pendidikan karakter dengan sumber dari literatur review. Hasil pembahasan ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya lingkungan memberikan pengaruh besar dalam Pendidikan karakter. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini yakni untuk penyelenggaraan Pendidikan karakter perlu ditopang oleh lingkungan Pendidikan yang baik.Kata kunci: lingkungan, pembelajaran, Pendidikan karakter

The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounting information system of the payroll cycle process in the Ayu Furniture industry. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Observation and documentation techniques are directly carried out at the research location in the Ayu Furniture industry. Analysis carried out by the method (PIECES) Performance, Information, Economy, Control, and Efficiency. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative, namely by describing the payroll accounting information system that exists in the company which includes activities in the payroll system, related functions, documents used, accounting records used, network procedures that make up the system and internal control system. The results showed that the payroll process in the Ayu Furniture industry uses a manual system, this can lead to potential fraud or negligence at the stage of attendance and submission of employee salaries, although the system has been running smoothly and effectively in terms of service, performance, information and economy.

: Counseling and screening anxiety in adolescents is an important activity in supporting adolescent mental health. Counseling activities aim to provide relevant understanding and information about anxiety in adolescents, including definitions, causes, impacts, and effective management strategies. Through interactive methods, participants are given the opportunity to share experiences and gain a better understanding of anxiety. Meanwhile, anxiety screening in adolescents aims to early detect adolescents who may experience anxiety. Using structured questions and questionnaires, mental health professionals can evaluate adolescents' anxiety levels and direct them to appropriate sources of help. Early detection of anxiety allows adolescents to get appropriate interventions and prevent further negative impacts. Counseling activities and anxiety screening in adolescents have significant benefits. Education helps reduce the stigma associated with anxiety and provides youth with the knowledge and skills to recognize and deal with anxiety in healthy ways. Anxiety screening allows teens to get help earlier and prevent anxiety from getting worse. By actively involving adolescents in counseling and screening activities, they can feel supported and gain a better understanding of anxiety. It is hoped that through these activities, youth can develop positive stress management skills, improve mental well-being, and live a more balanced and productive teenage years.

The low students' avarage number of mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 1 Candung ranged from 82.14% to 89.29%. To overcome this problem, researchers tried to conduct research by applying the EXO OLO TASK learning model in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental research with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cawang. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and VIII.1 as the control class. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in the form of an essay test. The results of the study using the t-test obtained t_count=1.92 > t_table=1.674, so H0 was rejected. For Minitab software testing at a significant level of a = 0.05, Pvalue = 0.002 is obtained, meaning Pvalue <a, so H0 is also rejected. So it can be concluded that students' mathematical critical thinking skills using the EXO OLO TASK learning model are better than students' mathematical critical thinking abilities using conventional learning in class VIII SMPN 1 Cdungung.

Sebuah perusahaan yang berdiri pasti mempunyai rencana untuk mencapai tujuan, maka dari itu diperlukan adanya sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan rencana tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti fokus terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi pegawai pada PT. BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri yaitu mengenai faktor motivasi ekstrinsik, semangat kerja, dan disiplin kerja.
        Untuk memperoleh informasi lebih dalam, peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada pihak yang terkait. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif karena meneliti sebab (variabel bebas) dan akibat (variabel terikat). Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan R square (R²). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang, namun peneliti hanya mengambil 33 orang sebagai sampel dan mengecualikan pimpinan cabang.
        Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semangat kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Serta motivasi ekstrinsik, semangat kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

PIP is a program created to help students from low-income families to continue to receive educational services until they graduate from secondary education. The problem that often occurs is that there are underprivileged students who are not listed as recipients of the aid or scholarship. The purpose of this study was to apply the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE II) in the case of underprivileged students who received assistance. PROMETHEE II is a method of sorting or prioritizing in multi-criteria analysis, namely a decision-making technique from several choices.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Catering Berbasis Web di Rumah Makan Ndek Ranto. Sistem pemesanan makanan di rumah makan ini biasanya masih ditata secara manual yang membuat semakin menurunnya efisiensi kerja dari instansi ini. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Catering Berbasis Web di Rumah Makan Ndek Ranto merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kembali efisiensi kerja dan persaingan dunia bisnis yang saat ini semakin ketat dan telah berubah menjadi serba digital, sehingga dengan adanya website ini akan memudahkan proses pemesanan serta pemasaran catering dapat lebih mudah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penyusunan sistem ini adalah ini adalah menggunakan metode waterfall. Alasan penggunaan metode ini karena metode waterfall menggunakan metode sekuensial sistematis pada saat membangun sistem. Proses metode waterfall (yaitu pekerjaan sistem) dijalankan secara berurutan. Karena penerapannya secara bertahap, sistem yang dihasilkan akan berkualitas baik, sehingga tidak fokus pada tahapan tertentu. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain karena struktur penyimpanan data yang salah dan tidak tersimpan dengan benar, informasi dari penyedia informasi terbatas dan data tentang catering tidak termanajemen dengan baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Makassar berdasarkan Kepmendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 1999. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan PDAM Kota Makassar periode 2015-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja keuangan  PDAM Kota Makassar berdasarkan 10 indikator yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kepmendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 1999 pada tahun 2015 memiliki nilai kinerja aspek keuangan sebesar 66,67 dengan katagori “Baik”, pada tahun 2016 memiliki nilai kinerja aspek keuangan 83,31 dengan katagori “Baik Sekali” dan pada tahun 2017 memiliki nilai kinerja aspek keuangan 81,67 dengan katagori “Baik Sekali”. Sehingga secara umum dapat disimpulkan rata-rata kinerja aspek keuangan PDAM Kota Makassar menunjukkan kinerja “Baik Sekali” dengan nilai rata-rata 77,22.
