Penelitian ini merupakan studi mengenai metode dakwah syaikh yusuf al qaradhawi di dalam buku syaikh akram kassab. Karena yang diteliti adalah teks tertulis yang berupa korpus (data yang dipakai sebagai sumber bahan penelitian), maka pendekatan yang digunakan berdasarkan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode dakwah syaikh yusuf al-Qaradhawi. dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitiannya. Metode dakwah yang digunakan Syaikh Yusuf al-Qaradhawi adalah 1) Melalui Fatwa-fatwanya yang di tulis ke dalam berbagai majalah islam, seperti Majalah Mimbar al-Islam yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Wakaf Mesir, Majalah Nur Al-Islam yang diterbitkan oleh Organisasi Ulama Al-Azhar, 2) Melalui buku-bukunya seperti Al-Khasha'is Al-Amah fi Al-Islam, Al-Madhkal li Ma'rifah Al-Islam, Al-ljtihad fi As-Syari'ah Al-Islamiyah, dan Al-Madkhal Ila Dirasat As-Syari'ah Al-Islamiyah, 3) Melalui Syair seperti a) Syair Ratapan, b) Syair Patriotisme, c) Syair Penggambaran, d) Syair Sindiran, e) Syair Pujian, f) Syair untuk suatu moment, g) Syair cerita, h) Syair Percintaan , 4) Melalui Pertunjukan Teatrikal, Al-Qaradhawi sejak kecil telah gemar menulis tulisan teatrikal. Kala itu, Al-Qaradhawi sangat terpengaruh dengan para pendahulunya, terutama pangeran para penyair, Ahmad Syauqi dalam menulis dua teaternya yang terkenal "Mashra' Cleopatra" dan "Majnun Laila."

This study aims to investigate the role of management in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourist sector as a catalyst for local economic development in the Lebak District. The study` takes a qualitative methodology, with government agencies and MSME actors in Lebak District serving as research informants. The findings emphasize the importance of effective management techniques in the development and growth of MSMEs operating in tourist attraction regions. Strong government support through local rules, streamlined licensing procedures, and the availability of suitable business locations are all important elements impacting MSME development. However, problems such as limited availability to raw materials, marketing limits, and financial constraints. It is crucial to focus on improving management competencies for the MSME actor  in order to handle these difficulties and boost MSME development. This includes assisting with infrastructure development, developing human resource skills, and encouraging collaboration among government agencies, local communities, and MSME actors. Furthermore, the government should make the finance more accessible and provide business training programs to empower MSMEs in the tourism sector and drive local economic growth in the Lebak District. Effective management practices are critical for guaranteeing MSMEs' long-term viability and competitiveness in the fast-paced tourist business.

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

The bawon wage system is a system using rice reaping wages, namely (profit sharing). the distribution of bawon is 20% profit sharing for Bawon workers and 80% for rice field owners, the wage system applied in bandar jaya village is 5:1. describes a problem by examining existing data in Bandar Jaya Village, Rantau Rasau District and then analyzing it based on the Islamic Economic Perspective. Using the data collection method, observation, interviews, and documentation were found. From the results of this study, it was found that: (1) in Bandar Jaya Village, the bawon system was considered a very suitable wage system compared to daily and piece rate wages. They considered the value of rice to be more valuable than rice. other than that money for rice that has good quality can be made as seeds. And for owning land the bawon system can reduce the risks that might occur, such as fraud and the quality of work and the bawon system also strengthens the brotherhood of mutual help between landowners and Bawon workers. (2) seen from the Perspective of Islamic Economics The "bawon" wage system that has been used by farmers in Bandar Jaya Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, is a rice farming wage system that begins with a work agreement, categorized as valid and justifiable, although there is an element of ambiguity in wages because it is not yet known the full yield of the crop. However, the previous rice field owner was able to estimate the yield he would get. The development of technology today makes humans coexist with technology. Many human activities can be carried out through the internet network. One of them is the presence of the metaverse which is a technology that contains virtual interactions, digital objects, and decentralized humans from various platforms. Metaverse is used by many people as a medium for buying and selling transactions. Metaverse users generally sell their products in the form of NFTs. Various well-known brands have started promoting their products through the metaverse. The emergence of well-known brands in the metaverse is an opportunity for irresponsible parties to infringe brand rights. As was the case in Ryder Ripps v. Yuga Labs. Pollution, imitation, obscuration, and so forth of well-known trademarks are carried out by irresponsible parties. One of them is the doctrine of Trademark Dilution. Trademark dilution is the unauthorized use by other parties that can weaken the quality or characteristics of a trademark. This makes the question of how the protection of trademarks in the virtual space of the metaverse and what legal action can be taken when there is a violation of trademark rights. Not many countries have regulated the protection of digital trademarks specifically against trademark dilution, as well as Indonesia. This research will be conducted using a non-native juridical approach method with legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, international agreements, theories, and legal rules. The focus of this research is how metaverse with the platform in it can protect the trademark with the terms and conditions agreement of account users in the platform. The result of this research is that brands can be protected against infringement of rights to the brand as well as brand dilution by referring to the terms and conditions of account users listed in the platform. In addition, the legal action that can be taken is to file a lawsuit as determined by the platform and the removal of related content.

This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. For example, entertainment events and players who will pound the pestle on the mortar and the attributes used by players at the traditional party. The traditional party ended with a marked meal together by all the people who attended the traditional party. In the traditional mappadendang party there are meanings and values ​​contained in it, these meanings are applied in the form of actions such as gratitude to God and respecting and preserving the heritage of ancestors or ancestors. Likewise with the values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party, the values ​​of togetherness, kinship, entertainment, and religion are merged into one in a traditional party that continues to be preserved and becomes a way of life for the community.

Garbage is a problem that has become a global environmental issue. Problems that arise in each region can vary, whether it is about the accumulation of organic or non-organic waste. One solution to this waste problem is the existence of waste processing activities. Waste processing is part of waste management by reducing the amount of waste, in addition to utilizing the values contained in the waste itself (recycled materials, other products, and energy). Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. Through the study of literature, followed by the related waste in each village in the exploration, by the development of solutions for each problem. Organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer, non-organic waste, especially plastic can be a advantogous material to produce paving blocks. The results of this research are also compiled in the form of an educative and interesting ebook to inspire the community and encourage positive activities for the community.

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are upper and lower respiratory infections caused by infection or bacteria. According to WHO (2018), 40%-60% of the world's under-five population experience ARI. ARI occurs due to many factors, including LBW, Nutritional Status, Immunization Status, and Residential Density. This study aimed to determine whether there was a relationship between these factors and the incidence of ARI at the Batua Makassar Health Center. The design of this study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 90 children under five with a simple random sampling technique, and the measuring instruments used were questionnaires and KMS. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study using the chi-square test obtained a value of P = 0.049 (LBW), P = 0.013 (nutritional status), P = 0.000 (research status), P = 0.001 (density of residence) because the -value = <0.05 then Ha is accepted, it means that there is a relationship of several factors to the incidence of ARI in toddlers at the Batua Makassar Health Center. From the results of this study, it can be said that the condition of LBW, nutritional status, immunization status, and density of residence has a significant relationship. Families are expected to add information by actively participating in activities carried out by health workers on reducing factors that can cause ARI in toddlers.

One of the main contributors to the global spread of HIV is migrant workers. The purpose of this community service is to determine whether the community's efforts, especially at the Batua Health Center, prevent HIV/AIDS in families at risk of HIV/AIDS. This research was conducted with a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The study population was all patients who visited Batua Health Center, and 94 samples were taken. Data collection was carried out in August-September 2020. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics, adolescent behavior p = 0.486, sources of information p = 0.680, knowledge p = 0.003, and attitudes p = 0.589 relationship with adolescent behavior toward HIV/AIDS. Knowledge with p = 0.865 shows no significant relationship between knowledge and risk behavior toward HIV/AIDS.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>                       Teknologi informasi berkembang dengan sangat pesat. <em>F</em><em>inancial technology</em>, juga semakin digunakan masyarakat, terutama karena adanya gelombang revolusi industri 4.0. Salah satu bentuk <em>financial technology</em> yang dikenal dan digunakan masyarakat Indonesia yaitu <em>donation-based crowdfunding</em>. <em>Donation-based crowdfunding </em>dapat diartikan sebagai suatu media <em>financial technology</em> yang menggalang dana dari sejumlah banyak kontributor, berupa donasi kemanusiaan. Namun di Indonesia terdapat kelemahan dari praktik <em>financial technology </em>ini, dengan adanya  kecenderungan dari pemilik <em>campaign </em>  untuk menyelewengkan donasi yang telah terkumpul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah tanggung jawab yang dimilki oleh platform. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Pendekatan jenis ini berarti penelitian diadakan dengan melakukan penelitian melalui kepustakaan sebagai bahan penelitian yang utama. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa platform <em>donation-based crowdfunding </em>biasanya lepas dari tanggung jawab apabila terjadi penyelewengan dana atau semacamnya, sehingga pengaturan baru yang secara khusus mengatur mengenai <em>donation-based crowdfunding </em>berbasis sistem elektronik perlu untuk dibentuk.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: teknologi finansial, penggalangan dana berbasis donasi, pertanggungjawaban hukum.</strong><strong></strong></p><p>  </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>                       Information technology is developing very rapidly. Financial technology is also increasingly being used by the community, especially because of the wave of the industrial revolution 4.0. One form of financial technology that is known and used by the Indonesian people is donation-based crowdfunding. Donation-based crowdfunding can be defined as a financial technology medium that raises funds from a large number of contributors, in the form of humanitarian donations. However, in Indonesia there are weaknesses in the practice of financial technology, with the tendency of campaign owners to divert the donations that have been collected. This study aims to determine how the platform has responsibilities. This research was conducted using a normative juridical approach. This type of approach means that research is conducted by conducting research through the literature as the main research material. From the research conducted, it was found that donation-based crowdfunding platforms are usually free of responsibility in the event of misappropriation of funds or the like, so that specific regulations regarding donation-based crowdfunding based on electronic systems need to be formed.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: financial technology, donation-based crowdfunding, legal liability</em></strong></p>
