This article aims to educate about the dangers of bullying at school so that it can reduce and prevent bullying cases at school. Bullying is any form of oppression or violence carried out intentionally by one person or group of people who is stronger against another person with the aim of hurting and is carried out continuously. This still happens a lot in the school environment, so the Slipi Complex Group KKN Team held an outreach on the theme of bullying at school. So that school officials, students and students can reduce bullying at school and can follow up on problems experienced by students for the sake of children's mental health. This activity uses a qualitative method using a field study approach. According to Dedy Mulyana, field research is a type of research that studies phenomena in their natural environment, which was held on August 22 2023, targeting students at Muhammadiyah 26 Middle School, West Jakarta.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a condition where the heart function is disturbed and is unable to pump enough blood that causes the heart to not provide oxygen to meet the needs of the tissue so that the patient experiences shortness of breath or dyspnea. Objective: To implement a nursing intervention for providing a Semi-fowler position to increase the oxygen saturation on the Congestive Heart Failure patient with dyspnea. Method: This study was a case report (case report) with nursing intervention providing Semi-fowler position, was carried out for 3 times on different days. Results: The oxygen saturation before granted a semi-fowler position on the first and second observations were 94% then on the third observations were 95%. Later after 3 times provided a semi-fowler position, the oxygen saturation up to 98% at the first-time observation and 99% at the second and on the third observation. Conclusion: there is an increase in oxygen saturation on the Congestive Heart Failure patient with dyspnea after 2 times given a semi-fowler position on a different day.

Of the many students today, many of them have forgotten their obligations as God's creatures. If left unchecked, it is feared that negative things will arise for students. So it is very important to instill the values of moral education in every student. This research was made with the aim of knowing the implementation of morals to the Creator in the daily lives of students. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, which is in the form of a questionnaire and literature study. The subjects in this research were 30 active students in semesters 1-8 at public and private universities. Etymologically, morality means character, character, and behavior. What is meant by morality to God is the act that should be done by God's servant (His creatures) to the Creator. It can be said that morality towards Allah is when one acknowledges and realizes that there is no God except Allah SWT. (Noble) moral behavior towards Allah, namely faith, piety, sincerity, gratitude, repentance, dhikr, prayer and trust. As God's creatures who are so weak and powerless, we as students are encouraged to be moral (noble) to God. From the results of the questionnaire it can be concluded that the majority of students have implemented ethical behavior towards Allah in their lives.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan fenomena globalisasi telah menjadi pemicu perubahan budaya kerja di sektor pemerintahan, termasuk dalam lingkup Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian di Kota Tanjungbalai. Adopsi digitalisasi data menjadi solusi yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing di sektor perdagangan dan perindustrian. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini mengeksplorasi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data konvensional dan mengulas dampak positif dari implementasi digitalisasi, terutama dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan strategis. Proses sosialisasi digitalisasi data di Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian mengharuskan pendekatan yang holistik dengan melibatkan pihak terkait dan pengguna, termasuk kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal yang memiliki keahlian khusus. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, tim yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa mengimplementasikan sosialisasi digitalisasi data dengan langkah-langkah terstruktur, mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan kegiatan, pembentukan tim, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya melibatkan penerimaan positif dari Disdagper, permohonan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan aplikasi, dan perubahan positif dalam pengelolaan data. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa melalui komitmen terhadap inovasi, Disdagper berupaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adaptif, efisien, dan mampu bersaing dalam era digital.

Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disdagper) di Kota Tanjungbalai memegang tanggung jawab dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan sektor perdagangan dan perindustrian. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah terkait dengan aspek Pengelolaan Pasar, terutama dalam pengutipan retribusi yang masih menggunakan metode manual dan belum terintegrasi secara digital. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perancangan sistem informasi bernama "Siap Bawa Untung Aksi Lapangan (SiBuntal)" yang menggunakan teknologi Trigger dan Log berbasis web. Solusi yang diusulkan melibatkan identifikasi dan implementasi Trigger untuk mengotomatisasi proses retribusi, serta penggunaan Log untuk menciptakan jejak audit yang terperinci. Tujuan penelitian mencakup peningkatan efisiensi administratif, akurasi pengumpulan data keuangan, dan ketanggapan terhadap dinamika pasar. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pasar, pengembangan sistem berbasis web, dan integrasi teknologi Trigger dan Log. Hasil sementara menunjukkan pencatatan Log yang memberikan informasi jejak yang mudah dilacak, serta verifikasi otomatis melalui pemanfaatan Trigger. Dengan diterapkannya teknologi ini, diharapkan Disdagper Kota Tanjungbalai dan pemangku kepentingan pasar dapat mengelola retribusi dengan lebih efisien, responsif, dan transparan

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that the forms of violence experienced by children are physical violence such as: being kicked, hit, thrown with wood, slapped and even hung, resulting in children feeling depressed by the violence they experience and children who experience this rarely communicate with their friends. The sources that trigger physical violence against children are poverty, violence also occurs because the parents are stressed or have complicated problems. This opens opportunities for MSMEs in terms of expanding the marketing of their products. One of them is implementing an omnichannel marketing business strategy through the Instagram platform. This research aims to describe the use of omnichannel marketing by MSMEs in East OKU Regency using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that omnichannel marketing can shape MSME branding so that it can increase E-WoM (electronic word of mouth) so that product sales by MSME players experience an increase. This research is expected to be able to provide input regarding the use of omnichannel marketing business strategies for MSMEs.

Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. The demand for electrical energy continues to increase along with the increase in economic growth in Indonesia, where currently almost all equipment used by humans depends on electrical energy. The steam power generation system is one of the power generation systems that are commonly used in industries and other power plants. In general, a steam power generation system consists of several main components, namely: pumps, steam turbines, boilers, generators and condensers. Boilers are composed of several components such as pipes, chimneys,   superheaters, steam drums, economizers, and other important components. One of the most important components in the boiler system is the boiler pipe which plays a role in helping the combustion process to be used in the boiler. Loss of boiler pipe thickness due to corrosion is one of the important factors that really need to be considered in the boiler combustion process at PLTU. Loss of thickness of the boiler pipe in the combustion process that is too large can cause pipe leakage which results in the interruption of the combustion process in the boiler pipe. So to overcome this problem, checks are carried out to carry out maintenance on the boiler pipe to avoid leaks in the boiler pipe. After the calculation, the average reduction in pipe thickness due to corrosion is 0.1465 mm/yr

Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat implementasi manajemen teknologi, berfokus pada pengajaran dan implementasi aplikasi shopee, tujuan pada kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai penjualan online kepada masyarakat, kegiatan ini dilakukan di uinsu dan di rumah si pelaku usaha, Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran pelayanan. Pembelajaran layanan  merupakan pendekatan menyajikan suatu penerapan praktis dari pengetahuan baru dan berbagai keterampilan melalui proyek/tugas terstuktur dan kegiatan lainnya. Untuk itu, tim menyajikan teori dan praktik secara berurutan. Teori disajikan pada awal pelatihan kemudian disusul dengan aksi praktik. Objek pengajaran menyiapkan gadget berbasis android dan melakukan pengecekan jaringan agar mudah mengakses internet. Kami sebagai tim berharap semoga dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan ilmu dan wawasan dan tentunya pelaku usaha yang belum menggunakan teknologi dalam usahanya bisa menggunakannya karena kegiatan ini. Jadi tidak tertinggal dari pengusaha pengusaha lainnya apalagi diera digital ini semua manusia menggunakan digital dalam aktivitasnya.
