Abstrak:
In order to improve the quality and quantity of the learning process, the Medical Records Laboratory has supporting facilities, so that each student can carry out the practice of managing medical record documents and information in accordance with their competence. Information technology-based information systems are currently not available in the Medical Records Laboratory, so that when students do practicum it is not effective and efficient, therefore the availability of information technology-based information systems needs to exist. This study aims to determine the design of information systems, and build a medical record laboratory information system at Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic, including: Old and alternative system design, Database Design, ERD (Entity Relational Diagram), UML (Unified Modeling Language) Design, Interface Implementation. This research is qualitative research using the waterfall method. The results showed that the hierarchy of the information system for the Medical Records Laboratory of the Medica Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic was made by the Php program and was also accompanied by the use of a MySQL database integrated with a good security system. The process consists of Patient Registration, Polyclinic Data Collection, Doctor Data Collection, Drug Data Collection, and the Output consists of Patient data reports, Print Out Pasie data, Polyclinic data reports, Doctor data reports, Drug Data Reports. The conclusion of this research is that the design of an information system-based Medical Records Laboratory consists of 3 menus, namely patients, doctors and medical records officers.

Abstrak:
The information system was based on existing problems. This information system was computerized where borrowing and returning medical records is no longer manual. The purpose of the information system was to make it easier for officers to record, borrow and return. This model of tracer information system development for medical record files uses the waterfall method which includes requirements analysis and definition, system and design software, for the next stage, namely Implementation and unit testing and operation and maintenance, which is not carried out.

Abstrak:
This study has the main objective of knowing how the influence of E-WOM (electronic word of mouth) and the appeal of the decision to visit the Rest Area Heritage KM 260B. This study uses a quantitative research type with the SPSS version 22 method. The population used in this study is all visitors in the Heritage Rest Area with a sample of 101 respondents, consisting of 16 questions and obtained by distributing questionnaires to all Rest Area Heritage visitors. offline (paper) and online (google form). The results showed that the E-WOM variable had a positive effect on visiting decisions with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < probability 0.05 and a tcount of 5,458 > ttable of 1,985. The attractiveness variable has a positive effect on the decision to visit with a significance value (sig) of 0.009 < probability 0.05 and a tcount of 2.667 > ttable of 1.985, so it can be interpreted that the variation of all independent variables, namely E-WOM and attractiveness can affect the decision to visit

Abstrak:
Consumer behavior is the basis for consumers to make purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior is an activity that is closely related to the process of purchasing goods or services. In this study, the independent variable is consumer behavior (X), while the dependent variable is online purchasing decisions (Y). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of consumer behavior in making online purchasing decisions for the people of Brebes Regency on e-commerce shoppe. The type of research used is quantitative research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to the public or consumers randomly via google form, the number of population is unknown with a sample of 100 respondents who have been processed using SPSS 22. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, test normality, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t-test (Partial). Based on the t-test (Partial) shows a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions with a value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstrak:
The discussion in this research is related to employee performance, work discipline and work ethics. The type of research used is quantitative research, while the information required by researchers is obtained directly from the research object by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents. The data collection techniques used by researchers are questionnaire methods, documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test of the instrument, then the data analysis used is the basic assumption test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using the data processing computer program SPSS 22. The results of the research show that there is an influence of work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Pos Indonesia Padangsidimpuan Branch Office can be seen from implementing time discipline, regulatory discipline and responsibility discipline for each employee which can indirectly improve employee performance. There is an influence of work ethics on the performance of PT employees. Pos Indonesia Padangsidimpuan Branch Office can see the attitudes and behavior, appearance and way of speaking of each employee can also influence the performance of PT employees. Artikel ini akan mendiskusikan Strategi Advokasi Proaktif terhadap tindakan tata usaha negara sebagai alternatif kontrol administrasi negara. Hukum administrasi negara merupakan hukum yang bersinggungan dengan wewenang dan kontrol terhadap tindakan yang dilakukan tata usaha negara. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan metode pendekatan kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat tata usaha negara dan warga masyarakat. Data yang dikumpulkan baik data primer maupun sekunder dikumpulkan melalui buku, jurnal, dan artikel terdahulu, diteliti dan dicermati dengan tujuan menemukan jawaban terhadap masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum administrasi negara dalam tindakan yang dilakukan oleh tata usaha negara, peran warga masyarakat sangat penting dalam melakukan pengawasan. Apabila dalam tindakan tersebut terdapat berbagai permasalahan, advokasi perlu dilakukan dalam mencapai terciptanya kesejahteraan umum.

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ??in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

Abstrak:
The coastal abrasion disaster that occurred in the Meranti Islands Regency, precisely in the West Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency has threatened and brought losses, both in the form of physical and non-physical losses. In 2020, the length of coastal abrasion in Rangsang Barat District will reach 10.75 km2. West Rangsang District is an area located on the coast which has strong wave and wind currents. For this reason, coastal abrasion disasters that occur must be overcome by implementing structural and non-structural mitigation to minimize the risks arising from coastal abrasion disasters that occur. This study aims to look at the implementation of coastal abrasion disaster mitigation and find out the obstacles in mitigating coastal abrasion disasters in Permai Village, Rangsang Barat District. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. This study has the result that disaster mitigation efforts carried out in Permai Village, Rangsang Barat District have not run optimally. This is due to natural factors and limited budget owned by Permai Village.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented the telex release process in the implementation of the transportation of goods by sea. Telex release is the process of digitizing the bill of lading because the delivery of the document is sent via email from the carrier to the sender. However, the regulations governing the operation of sea transportation in Indonesia have not explicitly accommodated telex releases, even though in practice telex releases have been used in the implementation of sea transportation in Indonesia. Efforts that can be made to optimize the use of telex releases are by accommodating the principles contained in international instruments related to sea transportation law, making rules and norms related to the use of telex releases, considering Indonesia's membership in international organizations in the field of sea transportation, and creating the process of organizing sea transportation in Indonesia becomes more effective and efficient through the use of telex releases.

Kebutuhan air irigasi perlu diketahui karena merupakan salah satu tahap penting yang diperlukan untuk pengelolaan sistem irigasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maksud dari penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalisasi kebutuhan air irigasi dengan tujuan menghitung debit rencana (Q) pada daerah irigasi bodri serta mengetahui kebutuhan air daerah irigasi bodri. Untuk Daerah Irigasi Bodri tepatnya berada di Desa Triharjo, Kecamatan Gemuh, Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Luas daerah irigasinya seluas 7.705 Ha. Sumber air irigasinya berasal dari Sungai Bodri. Metode Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder terdiri dari data curah hujan, data topografi, data klimatologi, dan data debit dengan tahapan analisis analisa hidrologi dan klimatologi. Pada perhitungan debit banjir rancang menggunakan metode terpilih yaitu nakayatsu, hasil dari perhitungan nayakatsu menunjukan debit (Q) banjir rancang beberapa tahun kedepan, yaitu Q2 sebesar 44,021 m3/detik, Q5 sebesar 57,133 m<sup>3</sup>/dt, Q10 sebesar 65,913 m3/detik, Q25 sebesar 77,224 m3/detik, Q50 sebesar 85,828 m3/detik, dan QP sebesar 218,104 m<sup>3</sup>/dt. Untuk kebutuhan air irigasi bodri bendung juwero dihitung dengan analisa klimatologi didapat 455,82 m<sup>3</sup>/det dengan luas 7.705 Ha. Untuk rata-rata debit selama 10 tahun adalah 664,53 m<sup>3</sup>/det sisa debit tersedia 208,71 m<sup>3</sup>/det pada irigasi bendung juwero, untuk sisa debit tersebut dapat dioptimalkan atau digunakan dengan memperluas area irigasi sebesar 1.500 Ha dengan total kebutuhan air irigasi 118,32 m<sup>3</sup>/det.
