This study examines the compliance of law enforcement officers with human rights (HR) principles during investigative practices in Indonesia using a quantitative approach. Despite Indonesia's commitment to HR protection, significant gaps persist in the enforcement of rights, such as access to legal counsel and humane treatment. The study aims to evaluate the level of HR compliance, identify influencing factors, and propose actionable solutions to improve investigative practices. The research employed a survey methodology involving 400 respondents, including law enforcement officers, suspects, witnesses, and lawyers. Key indicators analyzed include the treatment of detainees, the right to information, access to legal representation, and mechanisms for reporting HR violations. The collected data were analyzed statistically using descriptive and inferential methods to identify compliance patterns and underlying factors. Findings reveal that HR compliance during investigations remains moderate. While 62% of respondents acknowledged adherence to the right to information, only 45% reported consistent access to legal representation, and 38% experienced inhumane treatment. Factors such as officer training, independent oversight mechanisms, and the integration of technology positively influence compliance. However, challenges like case resolution pressure and limited public awareness of reporting mechanisms hinder broader compliance. The study contributes theoretically by highlighting the multifaceted nature of HR compliance, emphasizing the roles of training, oversight, and technology. Practically, it provides recommendations for policymakers to enhance HR-focused training, promote the use of technology in investigations, and improve the accessibility and transparency of reporting systems. Limitations include geographical constraints and potential biases in self-reported data, suggesting avenues for future research to adopt longitudinal approaches and broader samples. This research advances understanding of HR compliance in law enforcement and offers practical insights for fostering fair and HR-centered investigative practices in Indonesia.

It highlights how AI enhances student engagement, provides real-time feedback, and improves learning outcomes. The study concludes that AI-driven education fosters better student performance and learning efficiency.

This research aims to analyze the efficiency of modern communication systems in transaction activities at Warkop Berkah, a micro-enterprise that has adopted digital technology. The main focus of the research is the implementation of modern communication systems, such as cashless payments via digital wallets, QR codes, and Point-of-Sale (POS) applications, which aim to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business competitiveness. This research also identifies various challenges faced in implementing this technology, including the need for employee training, implementation costs, and adaptation by customers who are still accustomed to conventional systems. The research results show that modern communication systems have a significant impact in increasing operational efficiency at Warkop Berkah. Transaction processes become faster, the risk of calculation errors is reduced, and financial transparency increases. In addition, this technology provides a better customer experience by offering convenience, security and comfort, especially for the younger generation who are more familiar with technology.  However, technology adoption also faces obstacles, such as dependence on stable internet connections, resistance from certain customers, and technical challenges in system maintenance. To overcome this challenge, the research recommends several strategies, including intensive training for employees, customer education, diversification of payment methods, and improving technological infrastructure. Real-time monitoring of transaction data is also proposed as a step to optimize operational performance and maximize customer experience. By implementing the right strategy, Warkop Berkah can utilize modern communication systems to support the sustainability and competitiveness of its business. This research contributes to understanding the importance of digitalization in micro and small businesses (MSMEs) in facing the challenges of the digital era. In addition, this study provides practical insights for micro business owners who want to adopt modern technology to increase efficiency and business growth amidst increasingly fierce competition.

In Indonesia, the Village Head Election is the implementation of people’s sovereignty to choose village heads in a direct, public, free, confidential, honest, and just manner as stated in Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs No. 27 of 2020. This paper aims to analyze deviant behavior in the Village Head Elections that may bring harm to other people that involve the role of supernatural beings committed by Village Head Election participants. The importance of learning magic for the Village Head Election includes: (1) to influence the opinion of society who have suffrage rights; (2) to manipulate the obtainment of votes; (3) to make other Village Head Election participants die and/or sick; and (4) to influence the opinion of Village Head Election organizers. This paper employed the juridical empirical research method in the field of the legal anthropology scientific discipline. It used the behavioral approach. This paper aims to understand how mystical practices may influence election results that should ideally be carried out in a just and honest manner as well as to increase awareness of the risk of unethical behavior in the election process. Results showed that mystical things are always closely related to the culture of the Indonesian nation from era to era, including in its political culture. It can be seen that in every leadership of national figures, mystical activities are practiced. Contestants will visit shamans by sending voodoo to their political opponents so that they can win the political contestation. Apart from that, there are those who carry out rituals that are believed to be effective as a way to win the contestation in the political realm. The novelty of this research is that authors not only analyze the magical aspect of the Village Head Elections but also how magic is believed and implemented at the national level. The implication of this case is that it is rather difficult to prove magical cases. Thus, it leads to the occurrence of widespread suspicion among all parties.

This study aims to explore the development of student character through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMA Takhasus Al Quran Wonosobo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this project was carried out in two stages, namely the training stage and the work presentation stage, which effectively developed student character in accordance with Pancasila values. In the training stage, students are trained to work together and collaborate, while in the work presentation stage, they are given the opportunity to display work that reflects creativity and independence. In addition, this study also identified supporting factors such as adequate facilities and infrastructure and available budget, as well as inhibiting factors such as the lack of interest of some students in project activities. These findings indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is an effective strategy in shaping student character at SMA Takhasus Al Quran Wonosobo, with the hope that it can make a positive contribution to the development of character education in Indonesia.

Hypertension is one of the leading non-communicable diseases causing global mortality, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. The elderly, as a group vulnerable to hypertension, often lack access to education and motivation to engage in physical activities. This study aims to raise awareness among the elderly about hypertension prevention through physical activity in the form of hypertension exercises and education on the benefits of tomato juice. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method conducted in Perumahan Batara RW 13, Tasikmalaya City, targeting elderly individuals at risk of hypertension.Data were collected through participatory observation and informal interviews, then analyzed based on success indicators. The findings show that this program successfully enhanced community knowledge about hypertension, encouraged active participation in physical activities, and motivated participants to utilize tomato juice as a preventive measure against hypertension. The high enthusiasm of participants during discussions and their willingness to adopt healthy lifestyles indicated the program's success. With improvements in implementation aspects, this program has the potential to be adopted in other regions as a community empowerment strategy to enhance elderly health.

The issue of waste, especially plastic waste, has become a crucial problem in Indonesia, leading to ecosystem damage and environmental pollution. SDN 2 Cikalang, located in Tasikmalaya City, is one of the schools that has not yet implemented optimal plastic waste management. An Ecobrick outreach program was conducted to enhance the knowledge of fifth-grade students about plastic waste management through Ecobrick innovation. An Ecobrick is a plastic bottle filled tightly with plastic waste, which can be used as a construction material to replace bricks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Ecobrick outreach program in increasing students' knowledge of plastic waste management. The research methods included pre-test, material delivery, hands-on practice, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a 45% increase in students' knowledge, with a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p value = 0.000). This indicates that a hands-on education approach is effective in improving students' understanding of plastic waste management through Ecobrick.

The debugging process is a critical step in software development, especially for the Windows operating system, which offers various tools and techniques to address software issues. This study explores debugging strategies such as logging, memory analysis, real-time debugging, reverse engineering, and compilation-based techniques to identify and resolve problems such as memory leaks and unresponsive applications. Results indicate that selecting the right debugging method depends on the type and complexity of the problem, with a combination of methods often yielding the best outcomes. This study provides practical guidance for Windows users to enhance debugging effectiveness in resolving system and application issues.

By analyzing financial reports, management can determine the right steps so that company goals can be achieved. In analyzing the company's financial performance based on the calculation of financial ratios at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk required data is a financial report consisting of financial position (balance sheet) and profit and loss statement. The company's Current Ratio was recorded at 195.83%, which indicates that the company has high enough liquidity to meet its short-term obligations. However, in the following year, namely 2023, the Current Ratio will increase to 233.94%. The company's Debt to Equity ratio was recorded at 41.85%, the company's NPM was recorded at 8.31%, which indicates that the company succeeded in converting around 8.31% of its total revenue into net profit. However, in the following year, namely 2023, NPM will decrease to 7.49%. Receivable Turnover (RTO) financial ratio analysis provides an understanding of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk's efficiency in managing its receivables from 2022 to 2023.
