The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives.  Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values ??such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values ??with them and provide concrete examples of how these values ??are applied in everyday life.

Law enforcement is closely related to society, in terms of success or failure. Law enforcement is also said to be effective if all components of the legal system function well. In this research the athor discuses the effectiveness of arti cle 273 of Law NO 22 of 2009 on traffic accidents and also the obstacle factors. From the number of accidents, it can be saids that Article 273 is not yet effective because the graph of the decline in the number of accidents has not fallen drastically. This is cool, there are several factor, includings: the irrelevance of the condition of existing facilities and facilities in traffic life and the public lack of undestanding of the law.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of smartphone use on the creativity of the class of 2019. This study used a causal-comparative type of research. The population in this study were students of guidance and counseling class of 2019 SWCU. In this study, the authors used a sampling technique using total sampling. The sample in this study was the student guidance and counseling class of 2019 SWCU. In the data collection technique, each instrument uses a Likert scale. The analytical technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics SPSS 21.0. The results showed that the results of the simple linear regression test that had been carried out were known to be greater than ttable (14,806 > 2.002) with a sig. 0.000 value less than 0.050 (0.000 < 0.050). This means that there is a significant positive effect of smartphone use on creativity. So the hypothesis which states "there is a significant influence on the use of smartphones on the creativity of Guidance and Counseling students for the class of 2019". The variable of smartphone use contributes to creativity by 79.7%, and the rest (20.3%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competency and information technology utilization on the quality of regional property reports (a case study at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province). The method used in this study is quantitative, using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. In analyzing the data using SPSS 25 software, the sampling method used was purposive sampling of 52 ASN respondents from the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that the competence of human resources and the use of information technology affect the quality of regional property reports at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province..

ABSTRACT, Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers often find Ground Handling officers who do not use ear protection and drive GSE vehicles that exceed the maximum speed of 20 KM, causing the GSE vehicle to suddenly die. This researcher aims 1) To determine the role of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. 2) To find out the obstacles for Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in an effort to improve safety on the air side and to find out solutions in solving the obstacles for Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers.
This study uses a qualitative method. The tools used were the researchers themselves, with the results of observations in the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit, interviews and documents as supporting documents to answer the research questions, the researchers conducted a 3-stage analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that 1) The role of the Apron Movement Control Unit (AMC) at Tambolaka Airport, Sumba Barat Daya, is located at domestic and international airports which play a very important role in aviation security and safety including providing instructions and supervising all vehicles and personnel traveling serves to oversee the movement of aircraft in the area of ??aircraft that are currently operating on the Apron and Runway. 2) Obstacles in the Apron Movement Control Unit (AMC) Tambolaka Airport, Southwest Sumba, namely the obstacles experienced when carrying out supervision, there is still a lack of ear protection when monitoring the performance of baggage handling personnel and Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. naturally the Apron Movement Control (AMC) officer while carrying out surveillance on the apron, the officer found a GSE vehicle that was traveling beyond the maximum limit of 20 km so that it experienced a sudden engine shutdown, not knowing about the rules on the air side.

The low level of understanding of the community members in general regarding the provisions regarding fundamental rights attached to community members when involved in legal issues, the purpose of this legal counseling is to provide knowledge and understanding of the law, especially the provisions concerning the rights of community members when involved in legal issues. The method used in this legal counseling is the lecture and discussion method. The result of this legal counseling is to increase legal knowledge and awareness, legal counseling must be carried out periodically with additional material on law enforcement, both preventive and repressive.

The selling price is an attempt to balance the desire to get maximum profit from a large increase in sales and a decrease in sales volume when the selling price charged to consumers is too expensive. This study aims to determine the effect of Production Costs and Production Costs on Selling Prices of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in North Padang District. Source of data used in this research is primary data. In using primary data when processing data, the data is found directly by circulating a list of statements (questionnaire). The population of this study is based on data from Padang city SMEs in 2021, namely the North Padang sub-district. The number of samples used in the study were 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results, it was found that Production Costs had a positive and significant effect on the Selling Price of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in North Padang District, and the Cost of Production had no effect on the Selling Price of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in North Padang District.
 

Minat belajar merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Karena apabila anak tidak memiliki minat belajar atau tidak mampu meningkatkan minat belajar maka proses pembelajaran pun akan sulit untuk diterima. Oleh karena itu peran orangtua Kristen sebagai pendidik sangat penting guna meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun. Situasi sosial dalam penelitian ini yaitu Dusun Tabik yang terletak di Desa Jelimpo Kecamatan Jelimpo Kabupaten Landak. Ada beberapa masalah yang ditemukan di Dusun Tabik seperti kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat menyebabkan anak lebih memilih bermain media sosial atau bermain game online ketimbang belajar, proses pembelajaran di sekolah yang kurang aktif sehingga anak merasa bosan dan tidak memahami pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran yang tidak terserap dengan baik, dan belum mampu calistung (baca, tulis, hitung). Melihat persoalan tersebut, maka peneliti ingin meneliti peran orangtua Kristen sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Menjelaskan peran orangtua Kristen sebagai pendidik; (2) Memaparkan upaya meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun; (3) Menjelaskan peran orang tua Kristen sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun.
Metodologi penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu metodologi penelitian kualitatif – studi lapangan dengan pengumpulan data observasi wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diharapkan adalah dengan terlihatnya peran orangtua Kristen sebagai pendidik dan meningkatnya minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun di Dusun Tabik Desa Jelimpo Kecamatan Jelimpo Kabupaten Landak. Rumusan teori yang ditemukan yaitu minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun akan meningkat apabila orangtua mampu menjalankan perannya sebagai pendidik dengan baik. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu orangtua Kristen harus mampu menjalankan perannya sebagai pendidik dengan sikap hati yang rela berkorban demi anak guna meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 13-15 tahun di Dusun Tabik Desa Jelimpo Kecamatan Jelimpo Kabupaten Landak.

This research was conducted using qualitative methods and exploratory literature review, where after a number of journal references were collected, a theoretical study, research results and discussion of this literature review article were carried out in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concentration. This research presents the results of a study of business opportunities from the use of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). IoT can be implemented in various fields of the modern economy, for example: health, environment, defence, quality control, transportation, logistics, clean water, building / construction, industrial production / manufacturing, energy sources, agriculture and plantations. By utilizing IIoT, companies can benefit from technology investments made from saving operational costs and increasing company revenue. The suggestions for this research include the need to develop the implementation of IIoT in various fields so that it is more effective, efficient and provides convenience to companies. Future research needs to analyze opportunities, challenges and directions for future research work related to IIoT regarding the benefits of using IIoT technology including real-time, coexistence, interoperability, optimal security and privacy.
