Hypertension is a condition when systolic blood pressure >140 mmHg or diastolic >90 mmHg. Soy milk and carrot pudding is expected to be able to meet the needs of snacks tp prevent the hypertension. The research aims to determine the effect of soy milk substitution, addition of carrots and interaction of the two factors (soy milk substitution and carrot addition) on the acceptability of pudding, also know the fat, potassium, sodium and isoflavone content in the best formula. The research used a pure experimental method with 6 treatments, namely soy milk substitution (70% and 80%) and carrot addition (60%, 70% and 80%), which were tested on 50 untrained panelists. Data were analyzed statistically using the Two Way Anova test and the Duncan test. The results of the research showed that the substitution of soy milk had an effect on the color, flavour and taste of the pudding, the addition of carrots had an effect on the color and taste of the pudding and there was no interaction effect between the two factors on the color, flavor, taste or texture of the pudding. The best pudding product was found in the S2W3 formula (80% soy milk substitution and 80% carrot addition) which contains 1.36% fat, 28.11 mg potassium, 34 mg sodium and 21.8 mg isoflavones per 100 grams of ingredients.

This analysis delves into the potential benefits and challenges of utilising extensive language models in education, considering perspectives from both students and educators. These models' current status and applications are briefly reviewed, emphasising their use in generating educational material, increasing student engagement, and personalising learning experiences. The discussed challenges include the need for educators and students to develop skills and literacies to understand and navigate the technology and its limitations. Employing a strategic and pedagogical approach that stresses critical thinking and fact-checking is a crucial component of effectively integrating these models into educational institutions. AI applications in education often encounter additional challenges, including potential biases, the necessity for ongoing human oversight, and the risks of misuse. However, these challenges may present educational opportunities for students to become familiar with social biases, complexities, and risks associated with AI. The essay presents solutions for effectively addressing these challenges to ensure the responsible and ethical use of large language models in education.

Poetry translation is a complex and challenging process, as poetry is a rich and unique form of language that often uses poetic words and sentence structures. This study aims to analyze the translation methods used by students of English Language Education Study Program in translating poetry from Indonesian to English. This research uses a case study method involving 15 students of English Education in North Sumatera who are currently undergoing a translation course. The research data were obtained through analyzing the poetry translations produced by the students. The results showed that the students used various translation methods, but the most commonly used method was literal translation. Students also managed to maintain the meaning of the original poem in their translations, but they sometimes struggled to convey the emotional and aesthetic nuances of the poem. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concludes that PBI students still need to develop their skills in translating poetry. This can be done by providing more in-depth learning about the theory and practice of poetry translation, as well as providing opportunities for students to practice translating poetry with guidance from experienced lecturers.

Masih terjadinya stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap penyandang disabilitas menandakan minimnya kesadaran hukum Masyarakat akan perlindungan yang diberikan pemerintah atas hak-hak yang mereka miliki. Bahkan, para penyandang disabilitas pun jarang memperoleh kesempatan untuk mendapatkan edukasi ataupun penyuluhan atas hak-hak mereka khususnya hak yang menyangkut harta kekayaan mereka. Hal ini yang mendorong Tim PkM untuk melakukan penyuluhan hukum pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 14 Oktober 2023 di Jalan Benteng Betawi 110, Poris Plawad Cipondoh, Kecamatan Tangerang, Kota Tangerang dengan Yayasan Difabel Mandiri Indonesia (YDMI) sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini. Metode penyuluhan hukum dilakukan dengan mempresentasikan materi, dilanjutkan sesi tanya jawab dan dibantu seorang juru bahasa isyarat dalam menerjemahkan kepada para peserta. Penyuluhan hukum yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan wawasan hukum dan kesadaran hukum para penyandang disabilitas akan hak-hak yang mereka miliki atas harta kekayaan mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah para penyandang disabilitas mampu mengetahui hak mereka atas harta kekayaan mereka. Para penyandang disabilitas juga memahami keterbatasan yang mereka miliki tidak menjadi penghambat atau penghalang dalam pelaksanaan hak mereka sehingga perlu ada bantuan dari para professional misalnya menghadirkan juru bahasa isyarat dalam melakukan suatu perbuatan hukum di hadapan Notaris dan/atau PPAT.

This study discusses the perceptions of students in the Internship Course with a focus on the Microteaching experience in the context of English Language Education. The study aims to explore how Microteaching affects the preparation and skills of prospective English language educators, as well as its impact on students' understanding of practical theory and confidence. Through a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected from 15 English Language Education students who took the Internship Course with Microteaching activities through the use of a questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of students responded positively to the Microteaching experience, stating an increase in teaching skills (60.00%), understanding of practical theory (46.67%), and confidence (66.67%). Although some felt the need for improvement in theoretical understanding and levels of confidence, the overall results showed that Microteaching provides a clear perspective on the reality of teaching English in the field (80.00%). Thus, the Microteaching experience in the Internship Course provides a strong foundation for the development of teaching skills and understanding of practical theory, as well as increasing confidence for prospective English language educators, providing an important basis for the development of curriculum and educational programs in the future

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. The type of research used is quantitative with primary data sources and data collection through questionnaire instruments from a simple randomly drawn sample of 36 respondents, and analyzed using simple regression. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. Therefore, the hypothesis proposed in this research is proven and accepted.

Onde-onde ketawa cookies with substitution of rice flour and addition of carrot puree is one of the innovations in making dry cakes made from wheat flour with substitution of rice flour and addition of carrot puree. The aim of this research is to find out; 1) the effect of the interaction between the substitution of rice flour and the addition of carrot puree on the level of liking for onde-onde ketawa cake; 2) the effect of rice flour substitution and the addition of carrot puree on the level of liking for onde-onde ketawa cake; 3) the effect of adding carrot puree on the level of liking for onde-onde ketawa cake; 4) the composition of the onde-onde ketawa cake with the substitution of rice flour with the addition of carrot puree is the most preferred. The research method used is an experimental type of research with the substitution of 10%, 20% and 30% rice flour and the addition of 5% and 10% carrot puree. The liking test was carried out on 50 untrained panelists using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data obtained was then analyzed using the double ANOVA test and the Duncan test as further tests. The results of this research show that; 1) The interaction between the substitution of rice flour and the addition of carrot puree has a significant influence on the level of liking for onde-onde ketawa cakes. 2) vi Substitution of rice flour has an effect on the level of liking for onde-onde ketawa cakes; 3) The addition of carrot puree has an effect on the level of liking of onde-onde ketawa cake. 4) Substitution of 10% rice flour and addition of 10% carrot puree produces the most preferred characteristics of onde-onde ketawa cake.

Ikan hiu adalah kelompok hewan yang menarik dan menakutkan di dunia laut. Mereka termasuk dalam kelas Chondrichthyes bersama dengan pari dan hiu bersirip. Mereka dapat ditemukan di berbagai perairan dan memiliki peran penting sebagai indikator kesehatan ekosistem laut. Namun, populasi ikan hiu terancam karena penangkapan ikan ilegal dan kurangnya konservasi. Dalam proses mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan spesies hiu, peneliti membuat program dengan menggunakan teknik pengenalan visi komputer, seperti Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), dapat sangat membantu. Salah satu arsitektur CNN yang efektif adalah ResNet50, yang terbukti berhasil dalam klasifikasi gambar. Dengan menggunakan 4720 data citra ikan hiu dari 14 kelas model ResNet50 berhasil mencapai akurasi 86% dalam klasifikasi spesies ikan hiu. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi spesies hiu dengan baik, kecuali pada beberapa kelas tertentu yang perlu diperbaiki.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1)  hasil pengembangan e-modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik, 2) kelayakan e-Modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik, 3) respon siswa terhadap e-Modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik.  Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Hasil prototype e-modul hidangan penutup berbasis Glideapps diuji kelayakannya dari aspek materi dan media  oleh  masing-masing 2 validator ahli materi dan ahli media. Data kelayakan e-modul dan respon siswa dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisoner secara offline menggunakan angket terbuka berskala likert rentangan 1-5. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Jasa Boga SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) hasil e-modul diunduh secara online melalui link mencakup materi hidangan penutup, 2) kelayakan aspek materi e-modul mencapai 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan kelayakan aspek media mencapai 84% dengan kategori sangat layak, 3) respon siswa terhadap uji coba e-modul mencapai 89% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian e-Modul berbasis Glideapps sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah dan upaya pelaku usaha dan peran sistem digital bagi pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan permintaan konsumen di Distrik Abepura. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2019-2022 pada 15 Driver Gojek  dan 85 Bisnis makanan di Distrik Abepura . Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masalah yang dihadapi pelaku usaha pada masa Covid-19 adalah penurunan pendapatan dan upaya yang dilakukan pelaku usaha untuk mengatasi masalah adalah dengan melalukan inovasi, penjualan online dan menjual makanan kekinian. Peran Aplikasi sistem digital sangat membantu dan meningkatkan permintaan konsumen driver gojek dan bisnis makanan di Distrik Abepura sebesar 30-50 persen . Tahun 2023  bisnis makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di aplikasi gojek di wilayah Distrik Abepura sebanyak 175 usaha. Belum semua usaha menggunakan sistem digital atau penjualan secara online karena belum semua penjual memahami cara penjualan dengan sisem digital atau penjualan secara online. Program pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah, dunia akademisi, pakar sehingga penggunakan sistem digital dapat digunakan  dengan cara  tepat.
