Abstract. The purpose of this article is to discuss the role of the educational environment in character education. The analysis method used is an effectual causal analysis model by reviewing rational relationships, which analyzes the causal relationship between the educational environment in character education and sources from the review literature. The results of this discussion show that the environment has a great influence on character education. The conclusion of this article is that the implementation of character education needs to be supported by a good educational environment.Keywords: environment, learning, Character education
 
Abstrak. Tujuan artikel ini ialah membahas mengenai peran lingkungan pendidikan dalam Pendidikan karakter. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah model analisis causal efektual degan meninjau hubungan rasional, yang menganalisa hubungan sebab akibat antara lingkungan Pendidikan pada Pendidikan karakter dengan sumber dari literatur review. Hasil pembahasan ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya lingkungan memberikan pengaruh besar dalam Pendidikan karakter. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini yakni untuk penyelenggaraan Pendidikan karakter perlu ditopang oleh lingkungan Pendidikan yang baik.Kata kunci: lingkungan, pembelajaran, Pendidikan karakter

Elementary school children are susceptible to various diseases related to PHBS such as diarrhea, DHF, etc. Currently PHBS in Indonesia is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to PHBS in elementary school children in the working area of ​​the Pakuan Baru Health Center, Jambi City, in 2022. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. Sampling by simple random sampling, a total sample of 105 fifth grade students. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observations. Analysis using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that respondents with good PHBS were 64.8%. The results of the analysis show that The role of parents is related to PHBS p=0.003. And the role of health workers is not related to PHBS p=0.227. There is a relationship between the role of parents with PHBS in elementary school children, while the role of health workers is not related to PHBS.
 
 

The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.
 

Berdasarkan data WHO tahun 2013 kejadian balita pendek atau biasa disebut dengan stunting merupakan salah satu masalah gizi yang dialami oleh balita di dunia saat ini. Pada tahun 2017 22,2% atau sekitar 150,8 juta balita di dunia mengalami stunting. Balita stunting di masa yang akan datang akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai perkembangan fisik dan kognitif yang optimal. Berdasarkan rekap data e-PPGBM pertanggal 27 november 2019, dari 10.755 balita yang didata, terdapat sebnyak 1517 balita stunting di kabupaten aceh singkil, dari survey awal yang dilakukan penulis 10 dari 15 anak mengalami stuning atau bertumbuh pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Terjadinya Stunting Di Desa Tanjung Mas Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Aceh Singkil Tahun 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita yang berkunjung pada posyandu didesa tanjung mas kecamatan simpang kanan pada bulan April – Juni Tahun 2020. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi penulis yaitu 33 orang. Jumlah Sampel dalam Penelitian ini diambil secara total sampling yang berjumlah 33 orang. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini mayoritas responden berpendidikan SD memiliki anak yang tidak mengalami stunting yaitu sebanyak 12 (36, 4 %) dengan p value 0,001. Mayoritas responden yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik memiliki anak yang tidak mengalami stunting yaitu sebanyak 15 (45,5 %) dengan p value 0,000. Mayoritas responden yang memberikan ASI Eksklusif memiliki anak yang tidak mengalami stunting yaitu sebanyak 22 (66,7 %) dengan p value 0,000. Mayoritas responden dengan pendapatan kategori tinggi memiliki anak yang tidak mengalami stunting yaitu sebanyak 22 (66,7 %) dengan p value 0,00. Diharapkan bagi kepala desa tanjung mas untuk memperhatikan anak yang mengalami stunting di Desa Tanjung Mas dan ikut serta dalam mencegah terjadinya stunting dengan Program kesehatan.  

Background:Puskesmas in the JKN/BPJS system have a major role in health services. If the puskesmas services provided are good, then JKN participants will use health services more at the puskesmas. Puskesmas Kumun is one of the puskesmas that has a wide working area and serves 9 villages. The number of BPJS participants in puskesmas has reached 61%, but the use of national health insurance shows a less percentage. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of national health insurance at the Kumun Health Center.
Method: This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach, with a sample of 100 samples. This research was conducted in the district of Kumun Debai. Sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data obtained by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate (chi-square) tests.
Result:Based on the statistical test in this study, it showed that the factors related to the utilization of the national health insurance were knowledge (p=0.019), education (p=0.000), occupation (p=0.013), income (0.011), and health facilities. And there is no relationship between attitude (p = 0.069), and trust (p = 0.054) with the use of the national health insurance.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between the variables of knowledge, education, occupation, income, and health facilities with the use of national health insurance at the Kumun Community Health Center in Sungai Penuh City.

Low back pain during pregnancy occurs due to changes in pregnancy hormones which increase relaxant hormones that affect the flexibility of the ligament tissue which ultimately increases joint mobility in the pelvis and will have an impact on spinal and pelvic instability and cause back pain. One way to reduce low back pain is to do pregnancy exercises. Pregnancy exercise can relieve lower back pain that is felt by pregnant women because in pregnancy exercise there are movements that can strengthen the abdominal muscles, make the elasticity of the muscles and ligaments in the back and relax, so that pregnant exercise can reduce lower back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in Panei District 2021. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-post-test design with one group test. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in Panei Tongah Health Center many as 30 people. The sample in this study amounted to 28 people. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Paired-Samples T Test. The average lower back pain before treatment was 3.32 and the Std. Deviation was 0.772. The average low back pain after treatment was 2.25 and the Std. Deviation was 1.005. There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in Panei Tongah Health Center in 2021 with a value of p = 0.000 p <0.05. It is recommended for further researchers to develop other variables in order to get better results Panei Tongah Health Center.

Waste that cannot be recycled and processed properly will be very dangerous for human health and the environment. Based on data from the Environmental Service of Jambi City, garbage in Jambi City reached a total of 465,693,805 kg/day, and the largest waste generation data was in Alam Barajo District where the waste generated was 75,409,004 kg/day. This research is an observational study that uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional method. The population of Alam Barajo sub-district is 30,786 families. The sampling technique is a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using thetest Chi-Square, the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.122), support from community leaders (p = 0.607), support from health workers (p = 0.227) with waste management household. There is a relationship between knowledge and household waste management in Alam Barajo sub-district and there is no relationship between attitudes, support from community leaders, support from health workers and household waste management.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Instrinsik,Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kompetensi dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Objek Penelitian ini adalah PT. Askrindo Cabang Semarang. Unit sampel danpopulasi adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Askrindo Semarang. Denganmengambil sampel 94 karyawan dari 122 Karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda denganasumsi klasik. Hasil persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 0,260 X1 + 0,187 X2 + 0,181 X3 + 0,362 X4. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa dan pembahasan, makadapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Motivasi Instrinsik berpengaruhpositif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh positifterhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan, (4) Komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci : Motivasi Instrinsik, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kompetensi, Komitmen karyawan
