Community service activities to provide knowledge about assisting in the preparation of financial reports at UD. Palwa group. This activity was carried out on May 4 2023 to May 11 2023. The method of activity is by presenting material, discussions, training and mentoring. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presents material on preparing financial reports, the practice of making financial reports manually and digitally, solicits participant feedback regarding the quality of the training including material understanding, activity benefits and activity implementation satisfaction.
 

Penggunaan bahasa akan terus berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan dan perkembangan zaman. Bahasa gaul, bahasa yang populer di kalangan remaja, telah mulai menggeser bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa sehari-hari. Pada dasarnya, para remaja ini masih menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, makna dan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik, sopan, dan santun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari menjadi kabur akibat penggunaan bahasa gaul. Penelitian ini menggunakan media wawancara dan kuesioner dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan target mahasiswa Teknik Lingkungan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Mahasiswa menjawab beberapa pertanyaan dan pertanyaan yang diberikan mengenai penggunaan bahasa gaul. Hasil dari pertanyaan yang diberikan sebagian besar responden menjawab dengan beberapa alasan, yaitu mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang ada, membuat obrolan terasa lebih santai, mengikuti teman atau lingkungan sekitar, nyaman dengan lawan bicara, merasa keren, dan kata-katanya mudah diingat. Terdapat beberapa juga responden yang tidak menggunakan bahasa gaul. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar generasi muda zaman sekarang menggunakan bahasa gaul untuk memudahkan mereka dalam berkomunikasi dan menciptakan suasana obrolan yang santai. Akan tetapi, bahasa gaul tersebut tidak membuat mereka melupakan keberadaan bahasa Indonesia. Meskipun mereka menggunakan bahasa gaul, mereka juga tetap menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar.

Usaha kecil dan menengah merupakan kelompok pelaku ekonomi yang mempunyai peranan penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, karena dapat mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan, memajukan perekonomian di suatu wilayah serta mampu bertahan ketika terjadi goncangan krisis ekonomi karena skala usahanya yang kecil sehingga lebih mudah dalam melakukan penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik manajerial, teknologi informasi, modal, integrasi rantai pasokan dan pemasaran terhadap ketahanan organisasi pada UKM Sepatu dan sandal di Kota Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengrajin sepatu dan sandal di Kota Medan.  Metode penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan metode probably  sampling. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan jurnal. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis SEM. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang pengrajin. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh  karakteristik manajerial, teknologi informasi, modal, integrasi rantai pasokan dan pemasaran terhadap ketahanan organisasi pada UKM sepatu dan sandal di Kota Medan.

In this study MSME innovation as an additional stimulus because innovation is thought to increase competitive advantage, understanding the relationship between performance and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises can help the company's competitive strategy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals. related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the strategic decisions made by MSME actors were still not quite right, on average MSME actors made short-term strategic decisions. Meanwhile, the innovation of MSME actors is very qualified to have a competitive advantage and competitiveness. The results of the research have implications for the first two things in the behavior of MSMEs, it is hoped that they will continue to improve their abilities creatively, innovatively and adaptively, both parties the government is expected to continue to improve and equip MSMEs facilities evenly and improve mentoring programs / training for MSMEs.

The existence of grocery stalls is synonymous with small businesses that provide consumers' daily needs at affordable prices.  The existence of modern retail that mushroomed like a large market caused competition to threaten the existence of traditional retail. More and more large markets are also taking advantage of the era of technology and social media so that they are involved as online markets. The onslaught of the times and the advancement of modern retail has caused grocery stalls that are friendly to the community to be threatened. Although it varies in order to meet the needs of the community, it certainly creates negative and positive sides, especially for grocery stalls so that it requires various strategies to survive and develop at this time.
 
 
 

The Region V Airport Authority Office as UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) within the Ministry of Transportation is under the auspices and is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Director of Air Transportation. The function of the Region V Airport Authority is to supervise, control, and regulate aviation activities. This research aims to find out (1) How is the quality of the Inspector's supervision of flight security in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) The obstacles faced by aviation inspectors in the avsec field and the efforts made by inspectors in conducting surveillance in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, in February - March 2023, this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The data in this study used primary and secondary data, data collection in this study was by interview, observation and documentation. And the tringulation technique to test the reliability of the data. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) the quality supervision of inspectors on aviation security in the terminal area is good as evidenced by training, field practice and has followed applicable regulations such as PM 41 of 2011 which contains airport authority inspectors only as regulators who carry out supervision of activities in the field. (2) and the obstacles faced by inspectors in the terminal area, namely limited security area cooking permits for this obstacle, the inspectors have carried out surveillance of the avsec and if the inspectors find that the person is categorized as endangering flight activities, the inspectors take action against the person without having to contact the avsec on duty in the terminal area, office busy hours for the office busy hours themselves, the inspectors use breaks or office hours to keep monitoring in the terminal area, and finally the culture as the inspectors themselves are firm and give an appeal that the actions they take are wrong.

One form of progress in internet technology is the use of financial technology in payment systems where payment transaction methods are facilitated by the phenomenon of a cashless society or payments using electronic money. MSMEs also experience this impact which emphasizes the importance of internet use. QRIS is the latest innovation in digital payments, namely the Quick Response Code Indonesian standard. QRIS, which was intiated by Bank Indonesia, provides convenience intransactions anywhere and anytime. This study aims to find out how the implementation of financial technology in QRIS as a Digital Payment System in the MSME Sector in Binjai Cuty. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques, namely using observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies which will be analyzed through the author’s observations to answer the formulation of the research that the researcherts conducted in order to socialize the implementation of the use of QRIS in several MSMEs in the city of Binjai, namely street vendors such as Dayana Ponsel, Seafood Meatball Traders, Takoyaki Kimono, Geprek Chicken Vendors Adek Sri who are in the city Binjai. Through the interview method of several respondents from street vendors, the results of the study proved that 20% of MSME actors already use the the payment system using QRIS, but 80% of MSME traders do not know what QRIS is. QRIS helps merchants (MSMEs) to make payments mor ppractical, fast and secure and with the convenience of these transactions people choose to shop and will indirectly increase income for MSME players.

The government is committed to empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) in Indonesia, MSMES are a form of small business whose existence plays a very important role in empowering the community to have independence in the economic sector. Through this community service activity, the goals and targets to be achieved in community service activities are business legalization for MSME actors.
