Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji perlindungan hak cipta lagu dan musik yang digunakan secara komersial oleh orang lain berdasarkan Undang-Undang Hak Cipta dan peran dari Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional terhadap penggunaan karya ciptaan bagi perlindungan hak cipta. Lagu dan musik ialah karya ciptaan yang mudah disalahgunakan secara ilegal, sehingga dalam hal ini perlindungan terhadap hak cipta sangat dibutuhkan. Seperti yang terjadi di Surabaya, tempat hiburan karaoke menggunakan karya ciptaan berupa fonogram tanpa ada izin dari pencipta lagu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui perlindungan yang dapat dilakukan terhadap penggunaan karya ciptaan di tempat karaoke dan peran Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional (LMKN) dalam perlindungan karya cipta. Jenis penelitian bersifat yuridis normatif, dengan kajian pustaka dan pendekatan perundang-undangan yang digunakan dalam sumber penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan karya cipta untuk penggunaan komersial diatur dalam Undang-Undang Hak Cipta Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 56 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Royalti Hak Cipta Lagu dan/atau Musik. Upaya perlindungan hak cipta dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu upaya pencegahan dan penindakan. Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual yang berada di bawah Kemenkumham telah membentuk suatu lembaga untuk melindungi dan menegakkan hukum yang mengatur penggunaan karya berhak cipta yang dibuat oleh pemerintah. lembaga non-APBN yang dibentuk adalah LMK (Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif) dan LMKN (Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional) sebagai lembaga yang diberdayakan untuk mengelola hak cipta. LMK dan LMKN bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan dan mendistribusikan royalti. Dengan demikian, dalam perlindungan hak cipta, lembaga ini memainkan peran tertentu, karena berwenang untuk mengelola hak ekonomi pencipta.Kata kunci:  Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the copyright protection of songs and music that are used commercially by other people based on the Copyright Act and the role of Management Institutions. Songs and music are creations that are easily misused illegally, so in this case, copyright protection is needed. In Surabaya, karaoke entertainment venues use  phonograms without the permission of the songwriters. The purpose of this research is to regulate the protection that can be carried out against the use of works of creation in karaoke venues and the role of the National Collective Management Institute (LMKN) in protecting copyrighted works. This type of research is normative juridical, with literature review and statutory approaches used in research sources. The results of this study indicate that the protection of copyrighted works for commercial use is regulated in the Copyright Law 2014 and Government Regulation Number 56 of 2021 concerning the Management of Song and/or Music Copyright Royalties. Efforts to protect copyright can be carried out in two method, prevention and enforcement efforts. The Directorate General of Intellectual Property  is under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights has established an institution to protect and enforce laws governing the use of copyrighted works created by the government. The non-APBN institutions formed are the LMK (Collective Management Institute) and LMKN (National Collective Management Institute) as institutions empowered to manage copyrights. LMK and LMKN are responsible for collecting and distributing royalties. In copyright protection, this institution have a role, because it is authorized to administer the economic rights of the creator. 

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the E-Planning application in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra, the obstacles in implementing the e-planning system. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using interviews in data collection. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative research type with locations in North Sumatra BAPPEDA. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that in practice the implementation of the e-planning system has been carried out well, but there are several obstacles, namely, human resources that are not evenly distributed in regional development planning, inconsistency in development planning due to political pressure and frequent changes that occur. The way for North Sumatra BAPPEDA to overcome these obstacles is by conducting training, implementing e-planning and following changes quickly and precisely.

The Human Resources Department has the responsibility to oversee and manage human resources and everything related to the strategy of recruiting quality employees and the period of time when the Human Resources Department is looking for new candidate replacements. The importance of the ability to recruit quality employees for the Human Resources Department is one of the factors in improving professional human resources, and recruitment problems can be resolved well, thus reducing existing issues. This study aims to determine the strategy of recruiting quality employees at the Quest Prime Hotel and to overcome obstacles in the employee recruitment process at the Quest Prime Hotel. This research is a qualitative study that takes place at the Quest Prime Pemuda Hotel in Semarang. The subject of this study is the Human Resources Manager. The methods used in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation, thus obtaining accurate data. The form of recruitment process implemented by the Human Resources Department is by analyzing the required positions, screening the workforce, conducting interviews and selections, and making decisions, so as to obtain new employees with quality standards.

Education plays an important role in the progress of the nation and state. In the development of the country's national education, it certainly requires policies that are able to make education more advanced. The role of policy itself is very crucial because it can help someone make decisions by providing information collected through research and analysis processes, classifying and clarifying problems that reveal discrepancies in goals and efforts, suggesting new possibilities and suggesting how to interpret ideas or ideas into a policy that is easy to implement and implemented. After policy making is carried out, of course it is necessary to apply or implement it to see the results of the policy. The purpose of implementing the policy itself is to set a direction so that the policy objectives can be implemented. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of policies in the education system itself by reviewing the stages and approaches in implementing educational policies.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P seperti <em>Product, Price, Promotion, Place</em> terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada UMKM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa di Setia Budi Kota Medan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan metode <em>accidental sampling</em>, menggunakan rumus Cochran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Lokasi penelitian di UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi Medan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Bauran pemasaran 4P berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (4) Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (5) Tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. Hal tersebut disebabkan konsumen mengabaikan Harga, Promosi, Tempat dari produk yang dikonsumsinya.</p><p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of the 4P marketing mix on Purchasing Decisions at MSMEs, such as Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The population of this study was consumers who had purchased the Syifa Potato Donut UMKM in Setia Budi, Medan City. Researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method, using the Cochran formula with a total sample of 99 respondents. The research location is at the Syifa Setia Budi Potato Donuts MSME, Medan. This study found that (1) 4P Marketing mix has a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. (2) Product positively affects purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Price does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (4) Promotion does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (5) Place does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. Consumers OF Donut Potatoes Syifa ignore prices, promotions, and places of the products they consume.</em><em></em></p>

The aim of this study to provide the importance of the benefits of databases in schools today, because in this sophisticated era, database needs are needed to make it easier to make reports, retrieve and store data that was originally made manually which is time consuming and prone to data errors. . With the application of a database system, everything can be done easily and quickly, and the resulting data will be accurate. The research method used is a qualitative method by observing and recording reality through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the benefits of using databases in schools today are the quality of the data and information accessed according to what is input, and the most important benefit is classifying data and information so that it is easier for teachers to understand, anticipating the occurrence of data similarities or data instability. Bintang Collection bergerak di bidang konveksi memproduksi pakaian wanita, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan pakaian wanita ini. Bintang Collection perlu melakukan peramalan permintaan produknya melalui desain produk dan mutu/kualitas produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa desain produk, mutu terhadap  peramalan permintaan pakaian wanita di Bintang Collection Tegal.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel non random sampling, dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Data sekunder yang diperoleh akan dihitung dengan metode moving average. Data primer akan di analisa dan di uji dengan SPSS versi 25.Peramalan produksi tahun 2023 sebanyak 44.289 pcs dan permintaan sebanyak 38.289 pcs, diperkuat dengan hasil uji t Desain produk terhadap peramalan permintaan,  nilai thitung sebesar 1,850 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 1,850 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig.  0,019 < 0,05 artinya H1 diterima. Peramalan produk cacat tahun 2023 sebanyak 8.003 pcs. Hasil  diperkuat nilai thitung sebesar 9,980 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,980 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H2 diterima. Untuk meramalkan permintaan, Bintang Collection harus meramalkan desain dan mutu. Hasil survey ini diperkuat oleh hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung 66,318 yang artinya lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima. Hasil uji F diperoleh ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima terdapat pengaruh desain produk dan mutu secara simultan terhadap peramalan permintaan.

Dyscalculia is a skill disorder in exploring mathematics, whether it's exploring the concept of numbers, operating numbers, and their application. Students with dyscalculia are students who have a diagnosis of the central nervous system which can affect their learning process, especially in mathematics. As for the research method In this study the researcher used a type/research approach in the form of Library Research.

This study aims to use dictation to improve students' listening skills in Indonesian and to determine the effectiveness of dictation in improving students' listening skills in descriptive texts. This research is a collective action research. This research uses the dictation method to improve the skills of listening to descriptive texts in Indonesian subjects. Action research for this course consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of the classroom action research showed that students' listening skills improved by using the dictation method. Dictation is a method commonly used to measure students' writing ability. With dictation, students must be able to understand the meaning of what they hear and then write it down while dealing with time constraints.In the end, using the dictation method can improve the writing skills of students in lower grades who initially could only write by looking at the writing on the blackboard or copying, now they are starting to be able to write slowly.
