Berkembangnya usaha kripik buah yang mampu memenuhi permintaan dipasar domestik, Kayavit berusaha untuk bisa mengekspor hasil produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui  bagaimana strategi yang digunakan oleh Kayavit untuk menembus pasar global?dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan strategi efektif UMKM Kayavit untuk Go International? Metode penelitian ini adalah  kualitatif, dengan studi kasus sebagai pendekatan, tehnik wawancara yang digunakan melibatkan  informan utama pemilik usaha dan informan pendukung adalah pekerja UMKM  Kayavit KotaMalang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kayavit sudah berhasil menembus pasar luar negeri yaitu Singapura dan Malaysia. Kendala yang dihadapi Kayavit dalam menembus pasar internasional adalah belum terpenuhinya semua permintaan global  karena kapasitas produksi yang tidak cukup besar. Birokrasi terkait produk ekspor yang rumit dan pesaing luar negeri yang menjual produk sejenis dengan harga yang lebih murah.Kontribusi penelitian untuk membantu petani sayur dan buah dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, UMKM Kayavit mengembangkan keripik sayur dan buah yang berkualitas dengan membeli bahan baku dari petani lokal.

This article discusses effective sentences in Indonesian for successful communication, particularly in two common situations encountered in professional and educational environments. Case analyses involve examining real-life cases from various communication situations in daily life. These cases may include situations in both professional and educational settings. This analysis will assist researchers and readers in understanding the application of effective communication concepts in practical contexts, as well as reinforce understanding of the importance of effective sentences in communicating in the Indonesian language.

Industri Kulit di Indonesia masih menjadi prospek bisnis yang dapat memberi dampak positif terhadap keutuhan ekonomi nasional masa kini. Produk akhir hasil industri kulit masih sangat dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sandang dan cinderamata, sehingga sektor ini mendapat soroten positif di tengah pasar internasional. Pada proses industri kulit terdapat proses penyamakkan yang dapat menghasilkan limbah berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Pada PT XXX, Malang, krom (III) adalah salah satu jenis senyawa limbah yang perlu dikurangi kadarnya karena berbahaya dan beracun. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan upaya dalam mengurangi kadar krom ini, mulai dari metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Prosedur kualitatif mencakup proses oksidasi krom (III) menjadi krom (VI) dan presipitasi, sedangkan untuk prosedur kuantitatif dilakukan perhitungan jumlah krom yang telah teroksidasi dengan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini disimpulkan bahwa prosedur kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dirancang pada penelitian ini dapat berhasil dilakukan, yang mana pada akhirnya sebanyak 2–4,15% kandungan krom (VI) berhasil diisolasi dari limbah kulit

This training aims to enhance the ability of teachers in East Waringin Timur City to write scholarly articles, enabling them to contribute more effectively to the educational development in the region. In an effort to achieve this goal, the outreach team will undertake various activities, including interviews with teachers, curriculum analysis, surveys, literature research, and communication with schools. This study will provide a deeper insight into the needs and expectations of teachers regarding scholarly article writing, as well as facilitate the development of a Scholarly Article Writing training program tailored to the local educational context. It is expected that the results of this outreach will bring about positive benefits in improving the quality of education in East Waringin Timur City.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya risiko keterlambatan pembayaran piutang usaha yang melebihi batas waktu ketentuan umur piutang pada PT. XYZ Bandung yang disebabkan karena adanya pembayaran yang dilakukan secara termin. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan piutang dan pengendalian internal. Teknik yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui informasi secara langsung/wawancara dan observasi. Teori yang mendukung tahapan manajemen dalam siklus piutang dan pengendalian komponen internal berbasis COSO menjadi dasar penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa PT. XYZ Bandung telah berhasil menerapkan pengendalian internal dan prosedur pengelolaan piutang, tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam penyiapan dokumen, pencatatan akuntansi secara manual, dan birokrasi perusahaan pelanggan. Dalam hal pengendalian internal, dapat terlihat pada persentase jumlah piutang tak tertagih selama periode 2018-2021 yang semakin mengecil yaitu tahun 2018 sebesar 3,9 %, tahun 2019 sebesar 2,5%, tahun 2020 1,7%, dan tahun 2021 sebesar 1,5%. Hal ini terjadi karena PT. XYZ Bandung melakukan addendum kebijakan pada sistem pembayaran termin yang semula tiga termin menjadi empat termin. Dengan demikian perusahaan lebih diuntungkan karena dana yang diinvestasikan dalam piutang lebih kecil dan umur piutang lebih pendek.Kata Kunci : Piutang Usaha; Pengelolaan Piutang; Pengendalian Internal; Pembayaran Termin; Teori COSO

AbstrakKegiatan ini berfokus pada penyuluhan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting untuk mewujudkan pembangunanberkelanjutan di Desa Wonoplumbon, Mijen, Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untukmeningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai bahaya stunting dan dampaknya terhadaplingkungan dan kesehatan, serta memberikan informasi mengenai tindakan pencegahan dan penanganan stuntingyang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dengan materi yang disampaikanmelalui presentasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatanpengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai bahaya stanting dan pentingnya tindakan pencegahan danpenanganan yang tepat. Abstract:This activity focuses on providing education on the prevention and handling of stunting to achieve sustainabledevelopment in the village of Wonoplumbon, Mijen, Semarang. The purpose of this activity is to increaseawareness and knowledge of the community regarding the dangers of stunting and its impact on the environmentand health, as well as to provide information on the appropriate prevention and handling of stunting. The methodused in this activity is education with materials presented through presentations, discussions, and question-andanswersessions. The results of this activity show an increase in community knowledge and awareness regardingthe dangers of stunting and the importance of appropriate prevention and handling. Additionally, the communityis open to applying sustainable development by processing organic waste into fertilizer and creating compostfrom household waste. It is hoped that this activity can provide a sustainable positive impact for the communityand the environment in the village of Wonoplumbon, Mijen, Semarang.Keywords: stunting, prevention, healthy environmen

The research discusses the principle of language politeness in the film Layangan Putus. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to: (1) describe the application of the maxim of wisdom in the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters, (2) describes the application of the maxim of generosity in the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters, (3) describes the application of praise maxims in the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters, (4) describes the application of the maxim of humility in the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters, (5) describes the application of the maxim of agreement in the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters,  (6) describes the application of sympathy maxims in the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters, and (7) describe the implications of the research results on the application of the principle of language politeness to Indonesian learning in junior high schools.
The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data taken from the dialogue of Layangan Putus film characters. Data collection uses listening methods and note-taking techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, data feed, and conclusion drawing.
The results of research on the application of the principle of language politeness in Layangan Putus film showed that (1) The maxim of wisdom using utterances giving help, advising, refusing help, taking, explaining, replacing the other party, calling, comforting, informing, allowing, serving, hurting the feelings of the other party, and threatening, (2) The maxim of generosity using speech intends to realize the wishes of the other party, delivering, giving food, giving gifts, obeying requests, giving fruits, and sincere, (3) The maxim of praise using utterances of praise, mocking, cursing, and berating, (4) The maxim of humility using speech intends to minimize praise and maximize self-condemnation, admit mistakes, and apologize, (5) The maxim of the agreement using utterances intending to agree, nodding the head, rejecting orders, refusing solicitations, refusing to chat, and refusing requests, (6) The maxim of sympathy using the utterances of condolences and congratulations, (7) The results of this study have implications for Indonesian learning in junior high school grade IX, especially the discussion text material in Basic Competencies 3.10 Examining opinions and arguments that support and that are contra in the discussion text related to the actual problems that are read and heard.

Science process skills, critical thinking, and self-confidence are life skills that take an important role in everyone’s life, so they need to be developed at an early age. All of those competencies were not yet developed well in grade 1F students in the elementary school SD XYZ Tangerang. The aim of the research was to analyze the application of Discovery Learning model in order to improve grade 1F students’ ability in science process skills, critical thinking, and self-confidence. The research method was class action research. The research was applied to 29 students in the grade 1F elementary school SD XYZ Tangerang as the subject of the study. Students’ progress in their science process skill, critical thinking, and self-confidence was measured by a set of rubrics. The results showed a significant improvement in the students from the first, second, and third cycle. The average science process skill score in the first cycle was 54.60, in the second cycle was 79.60, and in the third cycle was 87.64. The average critical thinking score in the first cycle was 63.51, in the second cycle was 77.01, and in the third cycle was 85.63. The average self-confidence score in the first cycle was 59.77, in the second cycle was 76.72, and in the third cycle was 82.18. Based on the result, it was concluded that Discovery Learning model can improve the science process skill, dan self-confidence in the Science Lesson for grade I F students in the elementary school SD XYZ Tangerang.

This research used a qualitative method. The data were utterances uttered by characters in the Paranorman movie, whereas the contexts were dialogues. The research used the Paranorman movie script and movie as sources. The researcher was the primary instrument, with the data sheet as a secondary. The researcher collected data through analyzing documents by note-taking. The data were analyzed using a reference. The results of the research are as follows. First, other characters in Paranorman use four types of impoliteness strategies. They are bald on record impoliteness, positive impoliteness, negative impoliteness, and sarcasm. Second, each impoliteness strategy has its own representation. Direct, clear, and unambiguous statements are used to express impoliteness. Positive impoliteness occurs as disassociating from others, calling the other names, and using of taboo words. Negative impoliteness occurs as condescending, scorning, or ridiculing the other. Sarcasm or mock politeness is only performed by using insincere politeness. This is the most representation. Third, the movie shows three responses: no response, accepting, and countering the face attack. Countering a face attack has two parts: offensive and defensive.

Diversity in culture, ethnicity, language is not only a wealth or treasure in living together, but can also threaten unity, harmony and harmony. Conflicts between cultures, ethnicities and languages ​​often occur in social life. This had a negative impact not only on inter-ethnic life, but also on religious life. The purpose of this research is to examine the threat aspects of cultural diversity, as an opportunity to build and strengthen a sense of brotherhood, love for one another and uphold mutual respect and respect for differences as a capital of religious and social life by students of SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. Researchers use a descriptive approach. Data sources are students of grades 1, II and III. The researcher chose 3 students as representatives of the population. In addition, data was also taken from teachers and school principals. The technique of determining informants uses purposive sampling technique. Researchers also refer to research results that have been published in national journals in order to map the novelty of this research. The data collection technique is an open interview. The instrument used by the researcher is a list of questions. The analysis technique goes through three stages namely reduction, display and data verification. The author concludes that tensions and conflicts are caused by low understanding and awareness in responding to differences in ethnicity, language and culture. Development of local culture in schools as a constructive step in developing religious values. Therefore, it is necessary to revive local cultural values ​​as a living laboratory for students so that they can be used as a basis for developing an attitude of religious moderation in the wider community.
