This article investigates the relationship between sleep quality and the management of chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. By analyzing data from patient surveys and health records, the study finds that poor sleep quality is associated with worsened disease management and higher healthcare utilization. The findings suggest that improving sleep quality should be an integral part of chronic illness management strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

The availability of blood with unbalanced blood needs causes blood service facilities to lack blood stock. The deferral in donating blood is one of the reasons for the shortage of blood stock. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of donors who experienced deferral in donating blood due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency in 2019–2022. The research design used is descriptive-quantitative through a secondary data survey. Data was obtained from the SIMDONDAR application regarding the number and characteristics of donors who experienced deferral in donor selection due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency during the 2019–2022 period. The data were analysed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that the delay in donor selection was due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency for the 2019–2022 period, with as many as 3,385 donors with low haemoglobin levels totaling 2,492 people and 893 people with high haemoglobin levels. Characteristics of donors who experience delays in donating blood due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency in 2019–2022, based on age: most occur at the age of 25–44 years with a total of 198 people (51%); the most gender is female with a total of 208 people (54%); blood type occurs in O (+) in 148 people (38%); and type of work occurs in private employees in 138 people (36%).

This study aims to identify and describe the children's cartoon show "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV through the point of view of the 2012 KPI Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcasting Program Standards (P3SPS). The theories used in this research are broadcasting theory, program theory, child theory. -children, and the theory of P3SPS.This study uses a qualitative method by collecting information about the status of a symptom, namely the state of the symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was conducted. Data collection is done by observing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that there was an alleged violation of the children's cartoon program "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV on August 6 2019 when reviewed through P3SPS. The alleged offenses included assaulting a rabbit, dropping a bowling ball from top to bottom and hitting it on the head, throwing a cactus pot in the face with a racket and throwing a tart.The broadcast will have an impact on changing the attitudes and behavior of children who watch it, especially in terms of imitation and encourage youth to learn about inappropriate behavior and/or justify such inappropriate behavior as commonplace in everyday life. So Siarab programs in Indonesia must comply with the broadcasting law and P3SPS must be a guideline for/in making television program production so as to produce shows that are appropriate according to the existing classification, and are beneficial to the people of Indonesia.

In accordance with the title of this community service program "Utilization of Information Technology to Increase Student Creativity". Skills training activities are supported by lectures, questions and answers and of course direct practice in the computer laboratory. Training modules will be provided to participants as a tool for practical activities in the laboratory. The aim of implementing this community service program is to improve students' skills in using the internet and the benefits and activities that can be carried out using the internet, so that it can increase students' creativity in using the internet, especially to have a positive impact on internet use for students. This form of training is a very effective form of providing refreshment and additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology outside of the learning process received at each school.

Sistem manajemen K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) merupakan bagian dari keseluruhan manajemen, prosedur dan sumber daya yang diperlukan untuk struktur organisasi, perencanaan, tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan, pengembangan kinerja, implementasi, evaluasi dan manajemen risiko, serta aktivitas kerja dalam proyek konstruksi. Tingkat kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada proyek konstruksi gedung masih sering terabaikan, sehingga membutuhkan regulasi atau standar operasional prosedur (SOP) untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja yang tidak diinginkan. Proyek XYZ yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi yang perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai sistem manajemen K3. Dalam menganalisa menggunakan metode DMAIC untuk meningkatkan dan mengoptimasi terhadap analisa proyek kontruksi dengan memperhatikan yang terjadi di proyek. Hal ini bertujuan dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem manajemen K3 metode DMAIC maka dapat dilakukan pencegahan atau perubahan regulasi mengenai potensi kecelakaan kerja, mengidentifikasi risiko dominan yang berpotensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja serta penanggulangannya. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner didapatkan nilai sebesar 62,67% permasalahan terhadap Perencanaan K3. Selain itu, pengolahan data lebih lanjut mengungkapkan adanya potensi kerusakan pada alat, bahan dan mesin yang digunakan, seperti yang dapat dilihat pada diagram Ishikawa (fishbone diagram). Pada pendekatan DMAIC menunjukkan perlunya membuat SOP dan kemudian mensosialisasikan pelatihan bagi pekerja untuk mengurangi cedera di tempat kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberian santunan ketika penumpang Transjakarta mengalami kecelakaan. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu penelitian dengan membahas bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan. Sumber bahan yang diperoleh berasal dari peraturan perundang-undangan, wawancara dengan pihak yang berkaitan untuk menjawab segala pertanyaan dalam pemenuhan penyusunan penelitian dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Melihat dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta hasil wawancara dengan staff maka dapat disimpulkan bawasannya pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan terlaksana dengan baik meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya terjadi beberapa kendala. Walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan terdapat beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dialami sudah cukup mengatasi kendala yang terjadi, tetapi harus ditingkatkan kembali.

One of the harmful effects of limited green space is high air pollution. As many as 7.78% of residents who live in East Jakarta suffer from ISPA. This problem can be overcome by building green open spaces around settlements. This study aims to analyze and evaluate green open spaces located in the Pulogadung Industrial according to the Minister of Industry's regulation towards the green-blue open space concept. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study are that the Pulogadung industrial area has land that functions as a green open space of 30.49 hectares, or around 6% of the entire area. Based on the Minister of Industry regulation, a minimum green open space is 10% of the total area. It proves that green open space in the Pulogadung industrial area must meet the assessment criteria. The Pulogadung industrial area has green-blue open space. However, it does not fulfill the green-blue open space concept according to the ATR/BPN ministerial regulations in terms of fulfilling socio-cultural and aesthetic functions because it does not provide recreational facilities, and tree planting does not show a symmetrical pattern. ABSTRAKSalah satu dampak buruk dari RTH yang terbatas adalah polusi udara yang tinggi. Sebanyak 7,78% warga yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta Timur menderita penyakit ISPA. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan cara membangun ruang terbuka hijau di sekitar permukiman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dan mengevaluasi ruang terbuka hijau yang berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Pulogadung berdasarkan peraturan menteri perindustrian menuju konsep green-blue open space. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pembahasannya adalah Kawasan industri pulogadung memiliki lahan yang difungsikan sebagai ruang terbuka hijau sebesar 30,49 Ha atau sekitar 6% dari total luas areal. Berdasarkan peraturan menteri perindustrian, minimal luas RTH yaitu 10% dari keseluruhan luas kawasan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa RTH yang berlokasi di kawasan industri pulogadung belum memenuhi kriteria penilaian. Kawasan industri pulogadung memiliki ruang terbuka hijau-biru namun belum memenuhi konsep green-blue open space sesuai peraturan menteri ATR/BPN dalam hal pemenuhan fungsi sosial budaya dan fungsi estetika karena tidak menyediakan fasilitas rekreasi dan penanaman pohon tidak menunjukkan pola simetris.

The technology applied to this computer network is commonly called WLAN (Wireless LAN). WLAN is a local network of wireless areas that uses radio waves as a transmission medium. The conveniences contained in this technology are the triggers for choosing the use of technology in computer networks. 
Of all the conveniences offered by wireless, there is a weakness in the application of this technology, namely the security side, which still has many loopholes to be attacked by other parties. Many unauthorized clients can access hotspots, if this happens, it will directly or indirectly harm the ISP (Internet Service Provider). By implementing the Ruckus Cloudpath Application configuration and the use of RADIUS features on the user side.
Based on the results of research, the best security system at this time uses the WPA RADIUS (Wireless Protection Autentication Remote Authentication Dial in User Services) method.

Banyak cara yang digunakan untuk membuat komunikasi semakin mudah, Salah satu perubahan paling menonjol pada teknologi komunikasi jaringan komputer adalah penggunaan teknologi wireless. Teknologi yang diterapkan pada jaringan komputer ini biasa disebut WLAN (Wireless LAN). WLAN adalah suatu jaringan lokal area tanpa kabel yang menggunakan gelombang radio sebagai media tranmisinya. Kemudahan-kemudahan yang terdapat pada teknologi ini yang menjadi pemicu pemilihan penggunaan teknologi pada jaringan komputer.
Dari semua kemudahan-kemudahan yang ditawarkan wireless ini terdapat suatu kelemahan dalam penerapan teknologi ini yaitu sisi keamanan yang masih banyak terdapat celah untuk diserang oleh pihak-pihak lain. Banyak client yang tidak sah dapat mengakses hotspot,  jika sampai hal ini terjadi maka secara langsung atau tidak langsung akan merugikan pihak ISP (Internet Servis Provider). Dengan menerapkan konfigurasi Aplikasi Ruckus Cloudpath dan penggunaan fitur RADIUS di sisi pengguna.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sistem keamanan terbaik pada saat ini menggunakan metode WPA RADIUS (Wireless Protection Autentication Remote Authentication Dial in User Services).
