Fruit flies remain a persistent threat to horticultural production, especially in tropical regions where seasonal shifts can significantly affect their population dynamics. This study investigated the species composition, diversity, and environmental drivers of fruit fly populations infesting Capsicum annuum and Solanum lycopersicum over a one-year period in Batu City, Indonesia. Using weekly sampling across four seasonal phases—dry-to-rainy transition, rainy season, rainy-to-dry transition, and dry season—fruit fly specimens were collected, reared, and identified. Environmental variables, including temperature, humidity, rainfall, light intensity, and pesticide application frequency, were monitored and analyzed in relation to fruit fly abundance using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and multiple linear regression. A total of four species were recorded: Bactrocera carambolae, Bactrocera dorsalis, Atherigona sp, and Silba sp, with the latter representing a new regional record for East Java. Population peaks occurred during the rainy season and its transitional periods, while significant declines were observed during the dry months. Regression models revealed that temperature and humidity supported population growth, whereas pesticide use had a consistently suppressive effect—particularly for B. dorsalis and Atherigona sp. However, the models explained only 20–50% of the variation, suggesting that additional ecological factors may be at play. These findings deepen our understanding of fruit fly ecology in tropical systems and highlight the importance of integrating climatic and agronomic data in pest management strategies. The discovery of Silba sp. further enriches current biogeographical knowledge and signals the need for adaptive, interdisciplinary approaches to sustainable pest control.

Supreme Court Regulation Number 7 of 2022 aims to realize the principle of fast, simple, and low-cost justice implementation. This article will discuss the effectiveness of the implementation of the Supreme Court Regulation in resolving divorce cases at the Class 1A Religious Court of Semarang, and the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the Supreme Court Regulation. This type of research is empirical juridical, with analytical descriptive research specifications. The sample is the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation Number 7 of 2022 in resolving divorce cases at the Class 1A Religious Court of Semarang in 2023-2024. The data used are primary data and secondary data, which are collected through interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of Supreme Court Regulation Number. 7 of 2022 in resolving divorce cases at the Class 1A Religious Court of Semarang is quite effective, but not yet optimal. The factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the Supreme Court Regulation are: (1) Internal factors: the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of E-Court, but there are still shortcomings in socialization, there are no pamphlets, guidebooks, brochures, visual media, and trial applications that can be accessed to practice using E-Court, (2) External factors: many people do not yet understand the procedures and benefits of E-Court, not all advocates have been able to adapt to the E-Court system, internet network access is uneven in various regions, and the background of human resources is diverse.

Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 bertujuan untuk mewujudkan prinsip pelaksanaan peradilan yang cepat, sederhana, dan biaya ringan. Artikel ini akan membahas efektivitas pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung tersebut dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Semarang, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, dengan spesifikasi penelitian diskriptif analitis. Sampelnya adalah pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 dalam penyelesaian perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Semarang tahun 2023-2024. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara wawancara, studi Pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor. 7 Tahun 2022 dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Semarang, cukup efektif, tetapi belum optimal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung tersebut adalah : (1) Faktor internal : tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan E-Court, namun masih ada kekurangan dalam sosialisasi, tidak ada pamflet, buku panduan, brosur, media visual, dan aplikasi percobaan yang dapat diakses untuk berlatih menggunakan E-Court, (2) Faktor eksternal : banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami prosedur dan keuntungan E-Court, para advokat belum seluruhnya bisa beradaptasi dengan sistem E-Court, akses jaringan internet yang tidak merata di berbagai daerah, dan latar belakang SDM yang beragam.

MSME business activities have workflows that meet standardization. One of the things angkringan.anyer does is carry out a raw material inventory procedure program. The aim of this research is to explain the procedure for supplying raw materials at angkringan.anyer. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the raw material inventory procedure at angkringan.anyer starts from shopping for raw materials located at Pasar Baru Anyer, as well as checking the availability of raw materials at Pasar Baru Anyer. to making a list of raw materials, providing a purchasing budget, ordering or purchasing raw materials, to making purchasing reports. Overall, all the procedures carried out have been adapted to the conditions existing in MSME businesses so that employees can follow the procedures.

Abstrak:
The holistic learning model in the Muhammadiyah subject at SMK Muhammadiyah Ngawen was developed to answer the challenges of education that tends to prioritize cognitive aspects without paying attention to the integration of spiritual, emotional, and social values. This study uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach to analyze the concept, stages, and implementation of the holistic learning model. The results of the study indicate that this model is able to integrate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions through contextual, experiential, and reflective approaches that are relevant to students' needs. The learning stages include self-understanding, relationship development, contextual learning, direct experience, reflection, implementation, and continuous development. This model also emphasizes collaboration with the Muhammadiyah community, utilization of technology, and strengthening the role of teachers as learning facilitators. Through a holistic approach, students not only understand Muhammadiyah values ??theoretically but are also able to apply them in everyday life, form an Islamic character with integrity, and become agents of positive change in society. This study makes an important contribution to the development of holistic education in Islamic-based schools.

Abstrak:
This study explores the factors influencing coffee cultivation and its impact on farmers' income in Jenetallasa Village. The research applies qualitative methods through semi-structured interviews with 30 coffee farmers and 3 coffee traders. Key factors such as land area, capital, labor, and environmental conditions are analyzed. The findings reveal that these factors significantly influence coffee yield and farmer income. The study highlights the necessity of improving agricultural practices and marketing strategies to enhance farmers' economic stability.

Abstrak:
Education in the digital era faces challenges in creating an interesting and effective learning process, especially in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) which is often considered monotonous. This study aims to develop Educaplay game-based learning media to increase student activeness in learning SKI. This research uses a Research and Development approach using the Dick and Carey model with a research sample of seventh grade students of MTS Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The results showed that the use of Educaplay game media can increase students' activeness, as well as improve their understanding of SKI material, despite challenges in technology adaptation and understanding abstract concepts. This research shows the importance of technological innovation in Islamic learning, especially in creating relevant learning experiences in the digital era.

Abstrak:
The management of public aspirations is a strategic task of the Public Relations (PR) department at the DPRD Secretariat to support information transparency and public participation. This study aims to examine the roles, challenges, and strategies of PR in managing public aspirations in Central Kalimantan Province. Using empirical and normative juridical approaches, primary and secondary data were qualitatively analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of communication mechanisms implemented. The findings indicate that PR serves as a mediator between the public and the DPRD through hearings, discussion forums, and digital platforms. In addition to gathering public aspirations, PR also educates the public on mechanisms for submitting opinions and the importance of public participation. However, this study identifies several challenges, such as limited access to information for remote communities, insufficient public understanding of aspiration submission procedures, and slow responses to incoming inputs. To address these issues, innovations are required, including the implementation of an online-based management information system, capacity building through training, and periodic evaluations of aspiration management processes. These strategies are expected to enhance transparency, accountability, and the effectiveness of aspiration management, ensuring that public aspirations are optimally accommodated in legislative processes and regional development planning.

Abstrak:
This study aims to explore the role of a spiritual approach based on the Quran and Hadith in shaping the character of students (santri) at Pesantren Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Gading Probolinggo. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to analyze activities such as the Ngaji of the Riyadussholihin book, congregational Tahajjud prayer, and congregational Dhuha prayer. The findings indicate that these religious activities have a positive impact on the character development of the santri. The Ngaji of the Riyadussholihin book deepens religious and ethical understanding, while the Tahajjud and Dhuha prayers teach discipline, steadfastness, and gratitude. Overall, the implementation of a spiritual approach based on the teachings of the Quran and Hadith has successfully contributed to the formation of santri with improved character, noble morals, and readiness to face life's challenges. This study emphasizes the importance of religious education in the holistic development of character, including spiritual, moral, and social aspects.

Abstrak:
The stagnation of human rights enforcement in Indonesia's Reformation Era has highlighted a critical imbalance: the current system prioritizes punishing perpetrators of serious human rights violations over addressing the recovery and well-being of victims. This research introduces The Constitution of Peace as a transformative, victim-centered model for resolving serious human rights violations outside the courtroom, aligning with the principles and soul of the 1945 Constitution. The proposed model comprises three innovative approaches: first, mediation facilitated by the National Human Rights Commission to foster dialogue and accountability; second, the provision of compensation, restitution, and assistance to victims through the Witness and Victim Protection Agency, ensuring tangible support for recovery; and third, an official apology by the relevant authority, accompanied by the fulfillment of economic, social, and culpability obligations. Together, these measures aim to correct the limitations of the current retributive framework by prioritizing restorative justice and victim empowerment. By embracing these victim-oriented solutions, this model not only addresses the legal and moral obligations enshrined in the 1945 Constitution but also fosters reconciliation and societal healing. The research underscores the transformative potential of the Constitution as a foundation for peace, justice, and the resolution of entrenched human rights challenges. It calls for a paradigm shift from punitive measures to a more holistic approach, ensuring that justice serves both the dignity of victims and the broader goal of national harmony.

Accounting records are an important part of every BUMDes, but many still do it manually and do not have financial reports. To overcome this, the community service team plans to provide support to Wotanmas Jedong Village through financial literacy training and accounting methods. This training is intended for BUMDes administrators and village treasurers, with routine assistance in each business unit. Evaluation findings show that participants' understanding is getting better, and they can now identify assets and organize financial data more neatly. In order to increase the effectiveness of the program, it is recommended to use an integrated accounting application and additional training related to asset management and accounting technology. Thus, this training not only develops the skills of BUMDes managers, but also ensures transparency and accountability in financial operations in line with applicable accounting standards.
