Early marriage is a social phenomenon that occurs a lot among teenagers, especially in rural areas such as Waiara Village, Kewapante Subdistrict. Early marriage is still a social problem that is often found in various regions, including in Waiara Village, Kewapante Subdistrict. This study aims to examine the effect of early marriage on adolescent education. The approach used was qualitative through in-depth interviews with teenagers who married young, their parents and educators in the village. The research findings revealed that early marriage has a negative impact on adolescents' education, such as increased dropout rates, low levels of engagement in further education and decreased motivation to learn. In addition, the huge responsibilities that come with early marriage often make adolescents focus more on household affairs than education. This study recommends government and community interventions to increase understanding of the importance of education and the adverse effects of early marriage

Abstrak:
This study examines the impact of green talent management practices on HR performance quality in eco-friendly hotels in Central Java, Indonesia, using a phenomenological approach. Through in-depth interviews with 24 participants across six star-rated hotels, direct observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions, the research explores how green HRM practices influence employee performance and career development opportunities for young talent. The findings reveal that eco-friendly hotels have implemented various green talent management practices including environmentally-conscious recruitment, sustainability training, green performance management, and employee involvement in environmental initiatives. These practices positively impact multiple dimensions of employee performance: task performance through improved resource efficiency; contextual performance through enhanced teamwork; adaptive performance through increased innovation capability; and environmental performance through strengthened pro-environmental behaviors. The effectiveness of these practices is influenced by top management commitment, integration with business strategy, training quality, organizational culture, and resource availability. Young employees perceive involvement in green initiatives as valuable for developing leadership skills, expanding professional networks, and enhancing market competitiveness, although they identify the need for clearer sustainability-focused career paths. The study contributes to GHRM and talent management literature by explicating the mechanisms linking green talent management with performance outcomes in the hospitality industry context, while providing practical implications for hotel managers seeking to enhance both environmental sustainability and human resource performance. The research underscores the importance of a holistic approach to green talent management that aligns environmental priorities with employee development and organizational strategy.

Abstrak:
Introduction: This study explored the role of mass media in enhancing tsunami preparedness among young adults on the southern coast of Central Java, a region highly vulnerability to tectonic events. Mass media, with its extensive reach and persuasive influence, played a significant role in disaster communication, shaping public awareness and preparedness.
Methods: Guided by Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) and neuroscience perspectives, the research examined how cognitive and emotional responses to disaster information influenced preparedness behaviors. A survey was conducted with 175 respondents aged 18-24 from Calaca, a high-risk tsunami zone. Among these, 91 respondents had prior disaster experience, with 60.38% relying on mass media as their primary source of emergency information.
Findings: The survey results showed that 74.9% of respondents indicated readiness for disaster preparedness. The study integrated the ELM framework with cognitive neuroscience, emphasizing modification to critical element such as ability to process information and the nature of cognitive processing. These adaptations supported more effective, persuasive disaster communication.
Originality: The finding underscored the potential of mass media as powerful stimulus, shaping cognitive responses and preparedness behavior. This research contributed to understanding the interplay between disaster communication, cognitive processes, and behavioral outcomes, offering insights for designing targeted interventions to enhance preparedness.

This study aims to analyse the relationship between the level of health knowledge and the use of herbal therapy in hypertensive patients in Aldehia (One-Sere, Casmuto, Suli-Ua), Suco Buruma, Posto Administrativo Baucau, Municipiu Baucau, Timor Leste in 2024. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of hypertensive patients in Aldehia (One-Sere, Casmuto, Suli-Ua), Suco Buruma, Posto Administrativo Baucau, Municipiu Baucau, Timor Leste in 2024. The sample was selected by random sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire with variables of health knowledge, use of herbal therapy, and other factors that influence the decision to use herbal therapy.65% of hypertensive patients have a low level of health knowledge and 67.5% do not use herbal therapy. There was a significant relationship between the level of health knowledge and the use of herbal therapy. Statistical tests showed that a better level of health knowledge tended to be associated with increased use of herbal therapy, with a significant p-value (p = 0.000), which suggests that health knowledge influences patients' decision to adopt herbal therapy. Education level was significantly associated with herbal therapy use (p = 0.015), where higher education level increased the likelihood of herbal therapy use (Exp(B) = 2.034). This study shows the importance of improving health knowledge and education in influencing the use of herbal therapy among hypertensive patients.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role as a driver of Indonesia's economy. The management of MSMEs in Indonesia has the problem of limited knowledge to calculate the right cost of goods sold because they do not understand the concept of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). To deal with these problems, MSME actors need to understand the concept of COGS Sold to optimize profits and minimize business losses. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies. Meanwhile, the community service analysis technique consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The result of this research from community service is to provide relevant knowledge to the community about the urgency of financial records in entrepreneurship. Through this activity, the public's understanding of the concept of COGS in optimizing MSME businesses has increased

This study aims to empower farmer groups in applying appropriate technology to rice farming productivity in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research methods used include field surveys and analysis of productivity data from farmers who apply this technology compared to those who do not. Primary data was collected through structured interviews with farmers and direct observation in the field during the research period. Data analysis was carried out by comparing rice production results, efficiency of using agricultural inputs, and farmer income before and after adopting appropriate technology. The research results show that the adoption of appropriate technology significantly increases rice productivity in terms of the number of harvests per hectare and reduces the costs of certain inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides. In addition, farmers who apply this technology also report better income increases compared to conventional methods. These findings support the importance of implementing appropriate technology in improving food security and the economy of farmers in rural areas such as Sukajadi Village. This research contributes to expanding understanding of the practical benefits of appropriate technology in the context of rice farming in Indonesia.
