Computer-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS) have become a vital element in managing organizational finances in the digital era. To explore the role and benefits of computer-based AIS in increasing efficiency, accuracy and transparency of financial reports. By integrating information technology in the accounting process, AIS enables real-time data collection, processing and analysis, thereby supporting faster and data-based decision making, while also identifying challenges faced in implementing AIS, such as user training needs and issues. data security. That computer-based AIS not only speeds up transaction recording and information management, but also increases collaboration between departments and allows for more accurate and timely reporting. Therefore, computer-based AIS has proven to be an important strategic tool for organizations to improve financial performance and competitiveness in increasingly competitive markets.

This study aims to explore the effect of social media marketing and celebrity endorsement on consumer buying interest in Wardah Beauty products. The research was conducted from April to June using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test using IBM SPSS 25 software. Partial test results show that social media marketing (X1) has a significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y), with a calculated T value of 4.092> 1.661 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, celebrity endorsement (X2) has no significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y), with a T value of 1.469 < 1.666 and a significance of 0.145 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the effect of social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y) has been tested using the F test, which shows a significant effect with an F value of 12.771> F table 3.090 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) together have a positive influence on consumer buying interest (Y) in Wardah Beauty products.

Until now, SSB Purwodadi is very burdensome for its owners and administrators because SSB still depends on the owner for its operational costs from SSB students. SSB Purwodadi is located in Purwodadi sub-district, located in Pasuruan district. This Ssb was founded from the awareness of the community around the location and football coaches who want to encourage the realization of positive habit activities in sports, especially football. In children's football, students who were initially physically and healthless through football became physically strong, physically fit, and their confidence and cooperation could be established. As well as spiritual values and honesty will emerge. And for trainers after this service is held, they can train and teach well, correctly and professionally, of course. And hopefully football seeds can be born with a good football magazine and a good training program and there is valid data in the football learning process. And from the student and coach questionnaire survey, we can find out that after doing service, there is a score of 22 out of a total score of 25 scores from 5 questions, which indicates that there is 88% of the total of 100 percent of the overall score and this service has a good impact

This community service aims to develop superior agribusiness products based on local wisdom in Batuputih Laok Village, Batuputih Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. The implementation method includes five main stages: needs identification and analysis, program and action plan development, training and counseling, program implementation, and monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The results show a significant increase in agricultural productivity and quality due to the integration of modern agricultural technology with local knowledge. Corn productivity increased by 30%, and the quality of tobacco produced improved, leading to higher selling prices. Support from the government, research institutions, the private sector, and active community participation were key factors in the program's success. In conclusion, this program successfully improved farmers' welfare and strengthened the village's agribusiness capacity sustainably.

<p>Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi dampak langsung dari konten viral yang dibuat oleh <em>buzzer</em> @kuliner_salatiga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kuliner UMKM dan dampak tidak langsung melalui interaksi konsumen. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah model hubungan antara viral konten oleh <em>buzzer</em> terhadap keputusan pembelian dan hasil penelitian ini dapat diaplikasikan di organisasi maupun daerah lainnya. Untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris, 201 responden mengisi kuesioner online dan data dianalisis menggunakan <em>Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling</em> (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten viral buzzer @kuliner_salatiga berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, peran keterlibatan konsumen secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara konten viral <em>buzzer</em> dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini menawarkan wawasan yang berguna dalam mendorong penggunaan konten <em>buzzer</em> untuk pemasaran bisnis kuliner, dan pentingnya keterlibatan <em>buzzer</em> dengan pengguna sehingga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.</p><p><em><span>The primary objective of this research is to investigate the direct impact of viral content created by the @kuliner_salatiga Buzzer on the purchasing decisions of culinary MSME products and the indirect impact through consumer interactions. The novelty of this study lies in the model of the relationship between viral content by Buzzer and purchasing decisions, which can be applied in other organizations or regions. To obtain empirical evidence, 201 respondents completed an online questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research findings indicate that viral content by the @kuliner_salatiga Buzzer has a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Additionally, consumer involvement partially mediates the relationship between Buzzer's viral content and consumer purchasing decisions. These findings offer valuable insights into encouraging the use of Buzzer content for culinary business marketing and the importance of Buzzer engagement with users to influence consumer purchasing decisions.</span></em></p>

This research was motivated by class V students at SD Negeri 1 Gedebeg who seemed bored and not interested in implementing learning evaluations because evaluations were considered a burden and class teachers also felt that the learning evaluations given still seemed monotonous because usually the evaluations used were only written tests in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions. This research aims to describe the use of quizizz paper mode-based evaluation tools in increasing the enthusiasm and learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 1 Gedebeg, Blora Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects being class V teachers and class V students with a total of 15 students. Data collection techniques in this research include tests, questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research using quizizz paper mode based evaluation tools can increase learning outcomes with learning success (class accuracy) of announcement text material using the quizizz paper mode platform by 82% and can increase student enthusiasm with indicators of response, attention, willingness, concentration and awareness to involve themselves in learning which on average has a very high level of enthusiasm.

This qualitative research focused on the timeliness and correctness of the public services of Birth Certificates and Unmarried Letters in the Tlogomas Sub-district to describe the reality of the efficiency of its service effectiveness in providing excellent service. In conducting it, the research gathered primary and secondary data and concluded that the sub-district provided its public services timely and accurately by guiding to Standard Operational Procedures. This research result meant that the Sub-district of Tlogomas providing its public services and effectively reaching its service aims was successful. The effectiveness of those public services brought the sub-district to excellent service in terms of both attitude and attention that were efficient as the officers would be able to be kind and mindful. Therefore, it was viable that the effectiveness of Birth Certificate and Unmarried Letter services in the Sub-district of Tlogomas has already been efficient in delivering public services excellently.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berfokus pada ketepatan waktu dan akurasi proses pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang sesungguhnya tentang efisiensi efektivitas pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima di Kantor Kelurahan Tlogomas. Untuk menunjukkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah pada Kelurahan Tlogomas sudah dilakukan secara tepat waktu dan akurat dengan berpedoman pada SOP. Artinya, Kelurahan Tlogomas berhasil menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik dan mencapai tujuan pelayanannya dengan efektif. Efektivitas pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah membawa Kelurahan Tlogomas pada pelayanan yang prima dari sikap dan perhatian dimana kedua segi ini efisien karena petugas bisa bersikap baik dan perhatian sebagaimana mestinya. The first research objective is to analyze the effect of motivation variables on employee performance, the second is to analyze working environment variables on employee performance and the last is to analyze the effect of motivation and working environment on employee performance of PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach, which comes from the philosophy of positivism. This method is used for the purpose of researching certain populations and samples. The data analysis methods used are data quality instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results partially show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variables on employee performance and partially also show that there is a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on employee performance. Simultaneous or joint research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation and work environment variables on employee performance.

Bangle (Zingiber cassumunar Roxb) merupakan salah satu tanaman obat Indonesia yang banyak dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk bahan pembuatan jamu dan pengobatan tradisional seperti mengobati demam, luka, dan nyeri perut. Senyawa metabolit sekunder dari rimpang bangle diketahui memiliki berbagai macam aktivitas biologi, salah satunya adalah sebagai antijamur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa bioaktif dari fraksi etil asetat rimpang bangle serta menguji aktivitasnya terhadap jamur Candida albicans dengan metode difusi sumuran. Tahapan isolasi senyawa meliputi maserasi sampel menggunakan pelarut aseton yang selanjutnya ekstrak aseton diekstraksi partisi cair-cair dengan campuran n-heksana:metanol (1:1), kemudian fraksi metanol dipartisi kembali dengan etil asetat:air (1:1), fraksi etil asetat selanjutnya difraksinasi dengan kromatografi kolom cair vakum dengan elusi bergradien menggunakan campuran pelarut n-heksana dan etil asetat yang ditingkatkan kepolarannya, dan pemisahan senyawa menggunakan kromatografi sentrifugal dengan eluen n-heksana:etil asetat (7:3). Senyawa hasil isolasi diuji fitokimia, kemudian  diidentifikasi komponennya menggunakan Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS). Uji fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa isolat memberikan hasil positif pada uji flavonoid. Hasil analisis LC-MS memperlihatkan bahwa isolat mengandung  komponen utama yang teridentifikasi sebagai flavenochromane C pada waktu retensi 6,65 menit, dengan luas area 77,51%,  rumus molekul C21H20O6 dan berat molekul 369,13. Hasil pengujian antijamur diketahui isolat menunjukkan aktivitas yang lemah terhadap C. albicans dengan zona hambat 5,25 mm.
