Abstrak:
Industri genteng sangat mengutamakan tampilan dan ketepatan, sehingga kualitas produk harus menjadi perhatian utama. PT XYZ sebagai salah satu supplier genteng nasional saat ini tengah menghadapi permasalahan tingginya jumlah produk cacat terutama pada bagian roll forming machine. Jenis cacat yang paling dominan antara lain penyok sebesar 30%, dimensi tidak sesuai (dimensi NG) sebesar 26%, kerut sebesar 18%, berkarat sebesar 15%, tergores sebesar 7%, dan pudar warna sebesar 4%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada periode Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2024 dan memiliki persentase cacat yang cukup tinggi serta telah melampaui batas target perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis sumber permasalahan dengan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Melalui FMEA akan diperoleh nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) yang menjadi acuan utama dalam menentukan skala prioritas perbaikan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstrak:
Literacy and numeracy programs play a crucial role in improving education quality, especially at the elementary school level. This study aims to optimize literacy and numeracy programs through a structured mentoring approach at SDN Grujugan Larangan, Larangan Luar Village, Larangan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency. The research method used is action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is used to understand teachers' and students' perceptions of the mentoring program, while the quantitative approach is applied to measure the improvement in students' literacy and numeracy skills after participating in the program. The results indicate that structured mentoring significantly enhances students' literacy and numeracy skills, as evidenced by the increased average scores in reading, writing, and arithmetic. Furthermore, active teacher involvement in the mentoring process contributes to the program's success. Thus, implementing a structured mentoring program can be an effective model to improve the quality of primary education in rural areas.

Harapan Baru is a crab procurement business that serves as a critical link between fishermen and pond farmers. Crabs, as the primary commodity, are subject to significant price fluctuations and quality variations. This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

Pantai Amal Baru Village, East Tarakan District, Tarakan City, is a coastal area in Tarakan City that has abundant tourism potential and marine resources. The majority of the people of Tarakan City rely on resources in coastal areas as their livelihoods, especially as seaweed cultivators, fishermen, and coastal natural tourism drivers. Tarakan City has a fairly high potential for cultivating fishery commodities, one of which is seaweed resources, which are products of economic value as industrial raw materials that are urgently needed in the global market. However, seaweed cultivators face several problems, including capital, production costs, unstable market demand, unstable seaweed prices, and seaweed workers who do not have enough knowledge and skills regarding the improvement of seaweed processing in Tarakan City. This service activity was held in Pantai Amal Baru Village, East Tarakan District, Tarakan City, North Kalimantan Province on September 16, 2024 at 09.00-16.00 WITA. This activity was carried out at the seaweed cultivation site of Pantai Amal Baru with the participation of IRT, seaweed workers, and also small children. The methods carried out in this service activity are community education, improving the quality of seaweed cultivation, and documentation. This service activity describes the comprehensive objectives of the community service program which includes aspects of marine resource management and economy in the coastal community of Amal Baru Beach. This includes community education, improving the quality of seaweed cultivation, developing seaweed processing and increasing income.

This line of research aims to determine the effect of work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 3 Takalar. The method used in this line of research is Quantitative method with number of respondents 56 Teachers which made as sample with descriptive method with quantitative approach, where Data collection technique used questionnaires. The analysis used in the research line is simple linear regression test. The results of testing on a persial basis variable work environment on teacher performance there is a significant influence on teacher performance which is proven based on the results of persial test with significant value 0.006 < 0.05.

Ikterus atau jaundice merupakan perubahan warna menjadi kuning yang terjadi pada neonatus atau bayi baru lahir pada sklera mata, mukosa dan kulit karena peningkatan kadar bilirubin dalam darah. Dampak dari faktor penyebab ikterus pada bayi adalah apabila kadar bilirubin meningkat secara berlebihan dan tidak dikeluarkan tubuh, bayi lebih berisiko menjadi tuli, terkena lumpuh otak (cerebral palsy), kerusakan otak (kernikterus) dan bahkan kematian. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya ikterus bisa berasal dari faktor maternal, perinatal dan neonatal. Kejadian Ikterus neonatorum di Rumah Sakit Universitas Mataram menempati urutan kedua setelah BBLR. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor penyebab kejadian ikterus pada bayi di Ruang NICU Rumah Sakit Universitas Mataram. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi adalah seluruh bayi dengan usia 0-28 hari dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan faktor yang menyebabkan ikterus neonatorum pada faktor maternal dengan umur kehamilan aterm (<37 minggu) sebanyak (55,9%). Faktor perinatal yaitu jenis persalinan dilakukan dengan tindakan SC (Section Caesarea) sebanyak (58,8%). Faktor neonatal memiliki berat bayi lahir rendah (BBLR) (52,9%). Diharapkan orang tua dapat mengetahui tanda dan gejala sedini mungkin anak yang mengalami ikterus dan segera membawa ke fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya komplikasi ikterus.

This study aims to evaluate the role of green accounting in supporting environmental sustainability at PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research analyzes the company's sustainability reports. The results indicate that DSNG systematically records environmental costs and investments, including the conservation of 8,733 hectares of forest, the use of renewable energy, and the implementation of the NDPE (No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation) policy. DSNG also engages local communities through training and sustainable forestry programs. The implementation of green accounting enhances the company’s transparency, accountability, and reputation, while also contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Green accounting has proven to be a strategic tool for promoting comprehensive and long-term sustainable performance in the agribusiness sector.

Abstrak:
Ring of Fire and at the intersection of three tectonic plates. Efforts are needed to minimize earthquake damage, one of which is the use of a base isolator system. This study aims to determine the effect of using High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) with a diameter of 800 mm on the behavior of reinforced concrete structures in tall buildings under seismic loads. The research location is the 7-story Sapadia Hotel building in the city of Mataram. The research is conducted by analyzing a 3D model of the fixed base structure and the base isolator structure using numerical analysis. The results show an increase in the base displacement of the base isolator structure by 59% in the x-direction and 44% in the y-direction, while the inter-story displacement decreases by 36% in the x-direction and 69% in the y-direction. The use of base isolators can reduce the shear force by 35% in the x-direction and 15% in the y-direction. Based on the pushover analysis, the roof displacement values for the fixed base and base isolator structures are 0.159 m and 0.129 m respectively. These values can be used to determine the structural performance level according to ATC-40. The maximum drift value for the fixed base structure is 0.0055 m. For the base isolator structure, the maximum drift value is 0.0044 m, categorized as Immediate Occupancy (IO). This value can be used to determine the performance level of the structure based on ATC-40. The maximum drift value of the fixed base structure is 0.0055m. While in the base isolator structure, the maximum drift value is 0.0044 m which is included in Immediate Occupancy (IO). Thus, the use of base isolators in high-level buildings is able to reduce post-earthquake damage and the building is still safe to continue using.

The multiplication operation is a crucial topic in learning mathematics. Nevertheless, there were still students who considered the topic to be a difficult topic, one of which was for elementary and junior high school students at the Graha Asuh Jabal 165 Foundation, Bandung Regency. These problems occur due to the learning process that is not optimal. Therefore, the purpose of carrying out this service activity is to help students or service targets understand the concept on the topic of multiplication operations which are packaged in an attractive way so that students are motivated to take part in the learning process. The method for implementing this activity consists of three stages, namely: (1) the activity planning stage; (2) implementation stage; and (3) evaluation stage. The results obtained in this service activity are in the form of student responses which indicate that students are very enthusiastic in participating in the learning process, and make it easy for students in the process of calculating multiplication operations.

The development of composite material engineering is an effective solution for the development of green building-based materials that are being campaigned in various parts of the country today. The fundamental problem in composite engineering that is developing is the lack of use of environmentally friendly materials as the basic material for composite constituents. The use of natural fiber-based composite materials as reinforcement is one of the right solutions to answer the issue of green building in producing more environmentally friendly materials with much better mechanical resistance. The study aims to determine the flexural characteristics of sandwich panel beams of sengon (SPS) in comparison to Meranti beams. The material used as skin for SPS beams is a composite of sisal fiber polyester from Sumbawa Island. Test standard based on ASTM C393 (length 550 mm, width 50 mm, thickness 25 mm), with a total of 5 specimens each. The test results showed that the SPS beams had an average bending stress of 167.66 MPa, while the Meranti wood beams produced an average bending stress of 94.29 MPa. The amount of bending stress produced by SPS beams is 43.38% higher than meranti wood beams. The average deflection value of SPS beams is 20.34 mm, greater than the average deflection value of sengon wood of 15.42 mm. This shows that the use of sisal polyester composite skin on SPS beams can produce better mechanical characteristics compared to Meranti wood.ABSTRAKPerkembangan rekayasa material komposit merupakan solusi yang efektif bagi pengembangan material berbasis green building yang sedang dikampanyekan di berbagai belahan negara saat ini. Permasalahan mendasar dalam rekayasa komposit yang tengah berkembang adalah minimnya penggunaan material ramah lingkungan sebagai bahan dasar penyusun komposit. Penggunaan material komposit berbasis serat alam sebagai perkuatan (reinforcement) merupakan salah satu solusi yang tepat guna menjawab isu green building dalam menghasilkan material yang lebih ramah lingkungan dengan ketahanan mekanis yang jauh lebih baik pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik lentur pada balok sandwich panel kayu sengon (SPS) dengan pembanding balok kayu meranti (kayu kelas II). Material yang digunakan sebagai skin pada balok SPS adalah komposit polyester serat sisal yang dibudidayakan di Pulau Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Standar pengujian berdasarkan ASTM C393 (panjang 550 mm, lebar 50 mm, tebal 25 mm), dengan jumlah masing-masing 5 benda uji. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan balok SPS memiliki tegangan lentur rata-rata sebesar 167,660 MPa, sedangkan pada balok kayu meranti menghasilkan tegangan lentur rata-rata sebesar 94,292 MPa. Besarnya tegangan lentur yang dihasilkan balok SPS lebih tinggi 43,380% dibandingkan balok kayu meranti (kayu kelas II). Nilai lendutan rata-rata pada balok SPS sebesar 20,340 mm, lebih besar dibandingkan nilai lendtan rata-rata kayu sengon sebesar 15,420 mm. Hal tersbut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan skin komposit polyester sisal Sumbawa pada sandwich panel kayu sengon mampu menghasilkan karakteristik mekanik yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kayu Meranti.
