Electronic Catalog Version 6 marks a significant advancement in Indonesia's government procurement system through comprehensive feature enhancements. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha mereka. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami konsep keuangan secara menyeluruh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan literasi keuangan kepada UMKM di Sendangmulyo yang terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi ini menuntut UMKM untuk bertahan agar tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan langsung melalui tutorial di lapangan, mengajarkan cara pembuatan laporan keuangan serta penerapan literasi keuangan. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah UMKM di Sendangmulyo dapat memahami pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik, mampu menyusun laporan keuangan yang benar, serta memprediksi harga jual dan keuntungan produk yang mereka pasarkan

Improving efficiency and quality in ironing and folding clothes is a primary concern in modern households. This research aims to develop a prototype of an automatic ironing and folding device that enhances productivity while reducing processing time compared to manual methods. Testing was conducted on three types of fabric materials: polyester, cotton, and linen, by comparing time and folding quality between the automatic and manual methods. The results showed that the automatic prototype completed the process in an average of 5 minutes for all fabric types, compared to 8 minutes with the manual method. In terms of folding quality, the automatic prototype demonstrated more consistent results with a high level of neatness across all fabric types. The conclusion of this study is that using the automatic ironing and folding prototype provides significant time efficiency and improves quality compared to the manual method. These findings contribute to the development of more effective and efficient household technologies.
 

This research discusses the application of McKinsey's 7S model in increasing profitability at PT BPRS Karya Mugi Sentosa Surabaya. McKinsey's 7S model consists of seven main elements: strategy, organizational structure, operational system, leadership style, staffing, skills, and shared values. The research used a qualitative approach with direct observation methods, structured interviews, and in-depth data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. The results showed that the harmonization of the elements of McKinsey's 7S model contributed significantly to improving profitability, reflected in the increase in assets, growth in the number of customers, and stability of financial statements over the past five years. However, challenges such as HR adaptation to the new strategy and consistency of implementation are concerns that need to be addressed. This study concludes that the implementation of McKinsey's 7S model is able to encourage the strengthening of corporate strategy and competitiveness in the midst of intense competition in Islamic banking.

Breast cancer is cancer that forms in the cells of the breast. It is the most common cancer in women and the leading cause of cancer deaths in women worldwide. Breast cancer is usually divided into two types: benign, or usually called benign and malignant, or usually called malignant. Benign cancers are usually characterized by small, round, tender lumps. In the fields of medicine, finance, marketing, and social science, data mining is a popular tool for performing proven analysis. This study will compare K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Naive Bayes, and Decision Tree C4.5 approaches for classifying breast cancer. The problem of this research is which algorithm has a high level of accuracy that can be used with breast cancer datasets and can provide information about patterns or models for early detection of breast cancer. The results of the research conducted using CRISP-DM show that K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) has the highest accuracy value with 97.14% and its AUC value is 0.976. The AUC value also showed excellent classification, with an AUC value between 0.90 and 1.00.

Salary reform as a structural improvement in a company’s compensation system is a widely applied strategy to enhance employee motivation and performance. Compensation policies that are responsive to employee needs are expected to create a work environment that supports productivity, where intrinsic motivation can be strengthened through fair and proportional rewards. This study aims to explore the extent of the influence of salary reform on improving employee motivation and performance within organizations by using a literature review method. Based on analyses of previous studies, it was found that salary reform not only plays a significant role in fostering employees' intrinsic motivation but also impacts the overall productivity of the organization. Reforms that include salary structure adjustments, performance-based incentives, and increased transparency in compensation management have proven effective in reducing disparities, enhancing loyalty, and improving workplace climate. These findings strongly imply that management should continuously develop adaptive compensation policies focused on employee needs and well-being, with the aim of optimally contributing to achieving the company’s strategic goals and enhancing organizational competitiveness.

Managing plastic waste, which continues to increase, is a global challenge that requires sustainable solutions. One approach that can be applied is community empowerment through making ecobricks. Ecobricks are a method of managing plastic waste by using plastic bottles as containers to fill non-organic waste, thereby producing environmentally friendly building materials. This research aims to identify the impact of community creative empowerment through an ecobrick making program in the context of reducing plastic waste in the local environment. The methods used in this research include a participatory approach through training, counseling and direct observation in the community. The research results show that community involvement in making ecobricks not only contributes to reducing the volume of plastic waste, but also increases environmental awareness and community creativity. In addition, this program has a positive impact on local economic development through the potential use of ecobricks as an alternative construction material. In conclusion, community empowerment through making ecobricks is an effective step in overcoming the problem of plastic waste while empowering communities in a sustainable manner.

Environmental pollution and damage are increasing so this situation can disrupt human life. To overcome this problem, comprehensive efforts are needed in the form of strict and sustainable law enforcement by Pejabat Fungsional Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH). One of the things PPLH did to form the professional organization was to hold the first Organisasi Profesi Pejabat Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup National Conference in 2023 online and offline on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, which appointed PT Genesia Dwi Mitra as the event organizer. This research aims to understand the process of organizing the 2023 Organisasi Profesi Pejabat Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup National Conference. The author applies a qualitative method by collecting data through participatory observation, documentation, and literature study. The findings show that PT Genesia Dwi Mitra has carried out the preparation and implementation stages of the event, referring to the terms of reference (ToR) provided by the client.

Generalized exfoliative dermatitis, also known as erythroderma, is a skin disease with dermatological features in the form of diffuse erythema and scaling that affects more than 90% of the skin surface. This report describes the case of a 65 year old man who came with the main complaint, the skin all over his body felt itchy and peeling since approximately 2 years ago. The itching experienced by the patient worsens during hot weather/temperature, usually occurring during the day and night, but the itching experienced is more severe at night. The patient's complaints began with the appearance of redness on the skin in the left and right hand area, then spread to the chest area, groin/genital area, both legs, and throughout the body up to the head. Dermatological status examination revealed diffuse erythema macules accompanied by rough scales all over the body. The patient was diagnosed with generalized exfoliative dermatitis. In management, patients are given education to maintain skin moisture, avoid scratching the skin, and consume foods high in protein such as red meat. The pharmacological management given is in the form of corticosteroid drugs, antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, antihistamines, and several topical drugs to reduce complaints of itching and peeling skin in patients.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada anime Grave of the Fireflies karya Isao Takahata. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian difokuskan pada pemaknaan nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada anime Grave of the Fireflies karya Isao Takahata. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa scene berisi dialog atau adegan yang mengandung nilai-nilai karakter pada anime Grave of the Fireflies karya Isao Takahata. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC) dan teknik catat. Teknik SLBC yaitu peneliti menyimak dan memperhatikan dialog serta adegan yang terdapat pada anime Grave of the Fireflies. Pada teknik catat, peneliti mencatat dialog dan adegan yang terdapat pada anime Grave of the Fireflies dengan mengamati tingkah laku dan kejadian yang terjadi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan 4 tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ditemukan seluruh 18 nilai-nilai karakter dari 18 nilai-nilai karakter dalam yang terdapat dalam kutipan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia tahun 2017, yaitu: religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab.
