This research aims to analyze and describe the PBPU BP PEMDA/KIS PBI D UHC activation program policy to improve health services for low-income communities in Sidoarjo Regency. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation and interviews. This research uses the theory of George Edward III. The research results explain that the PBPU BP PEMDA/KIS PBI D UHC activation program to improve health services, especially for low-income communities in the Sidoarjo Regency area, has been quite effective overall, but there are still several obstacles that can still be overcome by improvement and re-evaluation. The implementation of the PBPU BP PEMDA/KIS PBI D UHC activation program to improve health services for low-income communities in Sidoarjo Regency is expected to improve the quality of services better in the future..

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggali lebih dalam tetang Perkembangan Koloni Inggris Di Amerika Dan Terjadinya Revolusi Amerika Dari Kemenangan Kesusilaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian yang berbentuk kajian kepustakaan. Data untama dalam penelitian ini gagasan, pandangnan, atau keyakinan yang diambil dari sumber-sumber yang berbentuk buku-buku, naskah dan dokumen dokumen lain yang berhubungan dengan kolonial inggris di amerika serta revolusi amerika. Hasil penelitian menyatakan Sejarah kolonisasi Inggris di Amerika adalah sejarah pembentukan koloni, pemukiman, dan pemerintahan berturut-turut di beberapa Amerika oleh Inggris, Skotlandia, dan Inggris Raya. Upaya kolonis pertama yang berhasil mendirikan koloni Inggris di Amerika Utara terjadi pada tahun pertama Perang Tujuh Tahun (1775). Revolusi Amerika terjadi pada 1765 hingga 1783 dan merupakan peristiwa perlawanan rakyat koloni Amerika terhadap pemerintah kolonial Inggris yang ada di Amerika.

The current modern era brings various opportunities and new business opportunities. This causes more and more prospective entrepreneurs to be interested in taking advantage of existing infrastructure advances to support their business. Apart from that, it has an impact on increasing the level of competition in the industry, which can be indicated by the increasing number of competitors from similar companies that present alternative choices for consumers with different promotions and quality. In fact, each company has its own unique way of holding promotions to attract consumer attention. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to prioritize efforts to implement effective product quality, prices, promotions and services to maximize sales levels. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of product quality, price, promotion and service on repeat purchase decisions. The approach is a qualitative approach, by collecting data through literature study from previous articles and literature. Research findings reveal that product quality, price, promotions, and service have a significant influence on repeat purchases by consumers. Satisfactory product quality and affordable prices can increase consumers' interest in repurchasing. Apart from that, attractive promotions and quality service also play an important role in influencing consumer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases.

The prevalence of postpartum anemia is quite large and the effect is significant in many places around the world, this problem has not received adequateattention even in developed countries (Garrido et al., 2017). This type of research uses correlational descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 120 postpartum mothers. The sampling technique is to use the Accidental Sampling Technique. From the results of the study it was known that ofthe 30 postpartum mothers the majority were not anemic as many as 17 people (56.7%) and the minority anemia as many as 13 people (43.3%). Some of them, themajority who experienced Postpartum Bleeding were 16 people (53.3%) and a minority without Postpartum Bleeding were 14 people (46.7%). Based on the Chi Square statistical test, results were obtained where the p value was 0.000 (<0.05), so that Ha was accepted, Ho was rejected, which means that there is a relationshipbetween anemia during pregnancy and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage at Evi Primary Clinic in 2023. Based on the conclusions, it is hoped that mothers canadd insight especially for mothers giving birth to obey the midwife's recommendations so they can anticipate the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

This research aims to determine the application of environmental accounting to waste management at PT. Multi Hanna Kreasindo. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, where the data comes from research journals that have been reprocessed. Based on the research results, it shows that the company has presented and disclosed information related to waste management carried out in its operational activities.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja yang dilakukan oleh pekerja dan pemberi kerja disebabkan karena suatu hal tertentu dan mengakibatkan berakhirnya kontrak kerja atau hak dan kewajiban pekerja tersebut. Tempat penelitian yang dibahas yakni Al-Hasyimiyah Boutique Store yang merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang berada dibawah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Rumusan masalah adalah mengapa pekerja menyetujui Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu (PKWTT) dan bagaimana implementasi hukum Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yakni Metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Dengan melakukan cara wawancara dan observasi secara langsung kepada pegawai Al-Hasyimiyah Boutique Store. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Bahwasannya para anggota Al-Hasyimiyah Boutique Store memahami tentang pentingnya perjanjian tertulis dalam hubungan kerja. Namun dari hasil penelitian bahwa Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah  yang berada dilingkup pesantren ini tidak mematuhi tata cara dan prosedur pemutusan hubungan kerja yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan yang tidak dipatuhi. Dari pihak karyawan tidak ada tuntutan hak atas PHK yang dilakukan oleh pihak Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003. Hal ini dikarenakan mereka telah mengetahui dan memahami bahwa mereka bekerja untuk pesantren dan hal tersebut merupakan bentuk kepatuhan terhadap pesantren.

kepuasan pasien adalah suatu fase perasaan pasien yang timbul sebagai akibat dari kinerja pelayanan kesehatan yang didapat setelah pasien membandingkan dengan apa yang dirasakan. Pasien akan merasa puas jika kinerja layanan kesehatan yang diperoleh sama atau melebihi harapan. Dampak dari kepuasan pasien yang rendah terhadap pelayanan di pendaftaran rawat jalan yaitu dapat menyebabkan pasien tidak akan kembali berobat ke puskesmas dan menyebabkan pengunjung puskesmas berkurang. Peneliti akan melakukan penelitian dengan pasien dibagian pendaftaran rawat jalan di puskesmas kecamatan kepulauan seribu utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan di puskesmas kecamatan kepulauan seribu utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model pengambilan sampel accidental sampling, dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 97 responden yang diukur pada 5 dimensi mutu pelayanan yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), asuransi (assurance), dan empati (empathy). Dari penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa persentase kepuasan untuk dimensi bukti fisik (tangibles) 84,5%, kehandalan (reliability) 85,6%, ketanggapan (responsiveness) 78,4%, asuransi (assurance) 74,2%, dan empati (empathy) 80,4%. Dengan demikian diketahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kepulauan Seribu Utara sebesar 86,6% dan yang menyatakan tidak puas sebesar 13,4%. Berdasarkan dari hasil tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh belum mencapai standar pelayanan minimal puskesmas yang telah dititipkan oleh menteri kesehatan yaitu ≥90%. Diharapkan kepada pihak puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan khususnya di tempat pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan.
