This research aims to understand the role of fandom in driving the growth of the fanworks market in Indonesia, specifically through the case study of Comifuro, a popular cultural event that is the center for the distribution of fan-made works. The research method used is qualitative, with a self-report approach from participants who are directly involved as creators and consumers at Comifuro since the beginning of its implementation. The results of the study show that the emotional connection between fans and copyrighted works encourages active involvement in producing and consuming fanworks. Fanworks are not only a forum for expression, but also a means of creative monetization that is socially legal even though it is legally gray. Comifuro gives creators a space for freedom of expression, bringing them together directly with audiences in an inclusive and supportive space. The surge in visitors and participants since the post-pandemic reflects the high demand for fandom content, as well as demonstrating the power of communities in supporting the creative economy. This research emphasizes the importance of recognizing the role of fans as the main motor in popular culture dynamics and community-based digital economy.

This study aims to examine how the Old Age Security (Jaminan Hari Tua/JHT) claim process is carried out at the Palu Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, both through direct services at the office and online. The main focus is on how the accounting information system supports the claim process, starting from registration, data validation, approval, transaction recording, to payment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method through interviews with several BPJS employees in the service and finance departments. The results show that the use of digital systems such as SMILE and the JMO application has made the claim process faster and more efficient, especially for online claims. However, some obstacles remain, such as data input errors and participants' lack of understanding of digital technology. Nevertheless, the integrated system helps reduce administrative burdens as data is directly connected to the central system without the need for manual processing at the branch office. These findings indicate that the implemented information system has been running effectively and efficiently, although assistance to participants is still needed to improve the success of digital claim services.

of reproductive age, characterized by insulin resistance (IR), anovulation, and hyperandrogenism, often leading to infertility. Metformin is the first-line therapy used. However, inositol, especially myo-inositol (MI) and D-chiro-inositol (DCI), have shown promising therapeutic potential. Direct comparison and optimal efficacy of both still require a comprehensive review. Objective: This systematic review aims to evaluate the efficacy of inositol (as monotherapy or in combination) compared with metformin, placebo, or no intervention, in improving reproductive, hormonal, and metabolic outcomes in women with PCOS. Methods: Conducted according to PRISMA guidelines, a systematic literature search was conducted in Pubmed and Ebsco databases for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in the last 10 years. Studies evaluating inositol and/or metformin in women with PCOS and reporting reproductive, hormonal, or metabolic outcomes were included. Study selection and data extraction were performed independently by five reviewers. Results: Six randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included in this review. Metformin consistently showed improvements in insulin resistance and androgen levels. Myo-inositol also demonstrated efficacy in improving metabolic and hormonal parameters, as well as reproductive outcomes, often with a better tolerability profile, especially as monotherapy. The combination of metformin and myo-inositol has shown potential improvements in some reproductive functions (such as live birth rate) compared to metformin alone in some studies. However, other studies have shown comparable or superior efficacy of myo-inositol monotherapy with fewer side effects. Adjuvant therapies such as dexamethasone or calcium/vitamin D have shown benefits in certain subpopulations. Conclusions: Both inositol (especially myo-inositol) and metformin have significant therapeutic roles in the management of PCOS. Metformin remains an important intervention for metabolic dysregulation and hyperandrogenism. Inositol appears to be an effective and often better tolerated alternative, with significant reproductive benefits. The choice of therapy should be individualized based on patient phenotype and treatment goals.

Early childhood is a child aged between 0 and 6 years. The early years are a special time for every child; this period is known as the "golden age" because of the rapid development of children during this period. The goal of early childhood education is to provide learning activities that can develop children's talents and skills and educate them about discipline by disposing of waste according to its type, not in the designated trash can. Early discipline is very important for children's adjustment in everyday life because it can help develop a healthy character that allows children to make their own decisions about what is and is not allowed to do in everyday situations. The purpose of this study is to improve a disciplined environment that encourages healthy child development so that children can grow into responsible, compassionate individuals who can learn from their mistakes. From the results of the study obtained using a descriptive qualitative approach method, it can be concluded that the purpose of daily activities is to help children develop discipline. Teachers often ask students to come to school ten minutes before the bell rings, shake hands, remind them to complete assignments on time, dress appropriately for school, and throw trash in the designated place.
