The application of an appropriate learning model to a particular material will make it a successful achievement. The purpose of this research is to explore and describe the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in teaching the material of hikayat texts and short stories through video projects in class X at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto. This study uses both primary and secondary data sources. The primary data was obtained from student participation in the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, while the secondary data includes various relevant literatures, journals, and previous studies. Based on observations, the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in class X at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto has shown positive results and supports the development of students' skills in understanding the material. The use of video projects as part of PjBL has successfully attracted students' interest, encouraging them to be more active and creative in learning about Hikayat texts and short stories. Overall, the implementation of the PjBL learning model in the teaching of Hikayat texts and short stories at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto has proven successful in improving the quality of learning and students' skills.

This article examines the management of marine tourism in Lanjukang Island, a tourist destination located in the Spermonde Islands, Makassar City, South Sulawesi, with a focus on the role of maritime diplomacy in increasing tourism potential while preserving marine resources. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with relevant parties, such as local governments and local communities. Lanjukang Island, with its beautiful underwater nature and beaches, faces challenges in the form of coral reef damage due to destructive fishing practices and coastal abrasion processes. Nevertheless, Lanjukang Island remains an attractive tourist destination for domestic and foreign tourists. The Makassar City Government plays an active role in promoting marine tourism through international collaboration, one of which is through the Makassar International Eight Festival and Forum (F8) event. Maritime diplomacy, which emphasizes international cooperation in marine resource management and tourism, plays a key role in facilitating sustainable tourism development on Lanjukang Island. The research found that while there is great potential in the marine tourism sector, more integrated and sustainable management is needed to support the local economy and the preservation of the marine environment. Collaboration between government, community and international partners is essential to achieve a balance between tourism development and nature conservation.

Penyalahgunaan smartphone dan penurunan minat belajar peserta didik menjadi permasalahan yang serius pasca Covid 19. Hal ini terjadi karena pesatnya perkembangan teknologi tidak diimbangi dengan kontrol guru dan orang tua saat proses pembelajaran. Akibatnya, peserta didik menggunakan smartphone untuk kegiatan yang kurang bermanfaat. Permasalahan ini membutuhkan kreativitas guru agar kegiatan pembelajaran dapat menarik minat peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Android dengan model Problem Based Learning  (PBL) menggunakan Powerpoint terintegrasi iSpring Suite. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode research & development (R&D) dengan model 4D. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu dosen sebagai validator ahli, guru sebagai validator praktisi, dan peserta didik sebagai responden. Kelayakan media ini dinilai oleh seorang dosen, dua orang guru, dan 37 peserta didik kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo. Penilaian dosen menunjukkan hasil layak pada ketiga aspek, respon guru menunjukkan hasil sangat layak pada dua aspek dan layak pada satu aspek, respon peserta didik menunjukkan hasil sangat layak untuk tiga aspek. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan teknologi.

Good teacher performance has a positive impact on the quality of learning, as reflected in students' academic achievements. This study aims to analyze the school's efforts to improve teacher performance, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate professional development programs. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the research was conducted through observations, interviews, and document studies at Sompokan Seyegan State Elementary School, Yogyakarta. The data processing involved condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while ensuring data validity through triangulation and confirmability. The findings indicate that optimizing teacher performance requires skill adjustment and training to align with the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum. The principal encourages teachers to participate in workshops and webinars to enhance their performance. However, challenges arise from limited collaboration with other institutions, low participation in training, and reliance on independent resources such as YouTube videos. Misconceptions about the scope of teachers' duties, along with inadequate facilities and infrastructure, also pose challenges to improving the quality of education.
 

Nolokerto Village is a developing village and most of the businesses owned by the village, one of which is a catering business, produce a lot of organic waste that has a high water content, especially those that are easily decomposed. Unmanaged organic waste can cause environmental problems. Realizing the importance of effective waste management, KKN UIN Walisongo Semarang students held counseling and compost training activities so that food waste can be processed and reused. The program began with general materials on waste, followed by training on compost fertilizer for organic waste. The resulting compost fertilizer is then distributed to villagers to support agriculture and reduce the environmental impact of organic waste.

The objective of this study is to analyze the legal basis of the healthcare system and the implementation of healthcare systems, as well as to study the impact of overcapacity on the fulfillment of health rights of citizens of civil society in Lapas Kelas II B Sintang. Fulfillment of the right to health for every citizen is a constitutional mandate that must be fulfilled by the government without exception, including the warga binaan who are inmates in Correctional Institutions (Lapas). This is as stipulated in Law No. 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections and Government Regulation No. 99 of 2012 which regulates the basic rights of inmates that must be fulfilled, one of which is the right to receive adequate health services, which can be fulfilled by the availability of adequate health resources, complete health facilities and medications, as well as balanced nutrition with health-supporting food in prisons. This is done to fulfill the basic rights of inmates. However, the mandate of these regulations has not yet been fully optimized, one of which is in in Lapas Kelas II B Sintang. Therefore, this research, which uses a normative empirical method, examines regulations related to regulating inmate health and implementing health service regulations in Lapas Kelas II B Sintang. This study shows that health services as regulated in several regulations have not yet been well implemented in Lapas Kelas II B Sintang, as evidenced by the disproportionate number of medical staff and health facilities available due to overcrowding of inmates in in Lapas Kelas II B Sintang.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dasar hukum dari sistem pelayanan Kesehatan dan implementasi sistem pelayanan Kesehatan, serta mengkaji dampak over capacity terhadap pemenuhan hak kesehatan warga binaan pemasyarakatan di Lapas Kelas II B Sintang. Pemenuhan hak kesehatan bagi setiap warga negara menjadi amanat konstitusi yang wajib dipenuhi oleh pemerintah tanpa terkecuali, termasuk warga negara yang menjadi warga binaan di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas). Hal ini sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang No.22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pemasyarakatan dan Peraturan Pemerintah No.99 Tahun 2012 yang mengatur hak-hak dasar warga binaan yang wajib dipenuhi, salah satu hak pokok tersebut adalah hak untuk mendapat pelayanan kesehatan yang layak, yang dapat terpenuhi oleh sumber daya manusia yang memadai, fasilitas kesehatan dan obat-obatan yang lengkap, serta gizi yang seimbang dengan makanan yang menunjang kesehatan di dalam Lapas. Hal tersebut dilakukan guna memenuhi hak dasar warga binaan. Namun, amanat regulasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya dapat berjalan dengan optimal, salah satunya pada Lapas Kelas IIB Sintang. Untuk itu, penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif ini mengkaji peraturan terkait pengaturan kesehatan warga binaan serta implementasi peraturan pelayanan kesehatan tersebut di Lapas Kelas IIB Sintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan sebagaimana yang diatur dalam beberapa regulasi tersebut masih belum terimplementasi dengan baik pada Lapas Kelas IIB Sintang, hal ini terbukti dari tidak sebandingnya tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas kesehatan yang tersedia akibat adanya over kapasitas penghuni Lapas di Lapas Kelas IIB Sintang.

Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk mendefinisikan, membedakan, memberi contoh, dan menghubungkan suatu konsep dari apa yang diketahui dengan pengetahuan baru serta mampu mengaplikasikan konsep tersebut. Adapun indikator pemahaman konsep yang dikembangkan oleh Anderson adalah merumuskan masalah, membuat hipotesis, merancang percobaan, melakukan percobaan dan membuat kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan simulasi PhET pada pokok bahasan alat optik terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik dan mengetahui sikap peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan simulasi PhET. Penelitian ini berpendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan simulasi PhET pada materi alat optik. Penelitian ini berpendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian true experimental jenis posttest only control design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 6 dan MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 9 Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes yang mengacu indikator pemahaman konsep sebanyak 15 soal dan teknik non tes menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,029 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan simulasi PhET terhadap pemahaman konsep pada materi alat optik. Terbukti dengan nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi yaitu 74,6297 dibandingkan kelas kontrol 67,2326. Penilaian sikap peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan simulasi PhET melalui observasi didapatkan kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata 83,779 berkategori baik.

Growth and development is a continuous process that occurs from conception and continues until adulthood. The pre-school period is a golden age where stimulation of all aspects of development plays an important role in subsequent developmental tasks, where 80% of children's cognitive development has been achieved at pre-school age. However, in reality there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children. Screening is carried out to detect irregularities early so that it will be easier to overcome them. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pokok permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kota palopo. Penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan rumus statistik untuk membantu dalam menganalisa data dan fakta yang diperoleh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo. Disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja responden, sehingga dapat dijadikan tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to provide Public Speaking skills to residents and cadets of Cupak Village in the form of socialization. The results of this activity showed that before the implementation of Community Service, all members still did not master the material about Public Speaking, but after the implementation of the activity was carried out, the participants of this Community Service activity all residents and cadets from this cupak village had the ability on how to package good communication. So they are skilled when they are required to appear speaking in front of tourists. Because as one of the important components in religious tourism villages, cupak, jombang, every citizen and cadet reef must have a positive image in the eyes of tourists. In addition, public speaking can also be used to promote tourism potentials that have not been known to the general public. The method used is to provide training through the provision of Public Speaking material to cupak villagers and then discuss together related to existing problems.
