This study aims to analyze the effect of speed training methods on 100-meter running ability in adolescents aged 16-17 years in Serang City. The background of this study is the importance of speed training in improving running performance, especially in adolescents who are growing. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of various speed training methods on 100-meter running time. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a control group, which involved measurements before and after training. The study sample consisted of 100 adolescents (50 people in the experimental group and 50 people in the control group). The experimental group followed a speed training program that was arranged for eight weeks, while the control group continued their usual physical activities. The results showed a significant increase.

This study aims to analyze the Pareto distribution of stock quality in 16 Apotek Kimia Farma outlets in Southeast Sulawesi during the period of January to October 2024, with a focus on inventory management based on ABC analysis. The research employed a descriptive quantitative design with a longitudinal (time series) approach, involving descriptive, trend, comparative, and correlation analyses to evaluate stock distribution and its stability. The findings show that, overall, the stock distribution in Kimia Farma outlets follows the Pareto principle, with category A accounting for an average of 73-86% of total sales value. However, significant variations were found across outlets, with outlets such as KF 004 and KF Hasanuddin Kendari showing high stability in category A distribution, while outlets like KF BULOG and KF Kolaka exhibited greater fluctuations. Seasonal patterns were also identified, with a decrease in category A percentages in April-May and October. Based on these findings, optimizing inventory management strategies based on Pareto distribution can enhance stock management efficiency, with recommendations to focus on category A, conduct regular evaluations of categories B and C, and adjust for seasonal patterns. This study suggests the implementation of more flexible inventory management strategies for each outlet to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

The popularity of futsal continues to increase among teenagers, but many players have not mastered basic skills and also lack physical abilities, which has an impact on playing skills on the field. This study aims to analyze the effect of circuit training modifications to improve futsal playing skills in futsal extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 19 Garut. The research method used was an experiment with a One group pre-test post-test design. The sample consisted of 20 students who were members of the SMAN 19 Garut futsal extracurricular. The instrument used was a futsal playing skills test using the General Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). The results showed an increase in the average general performance score with the results of the Asymp. (2-tailed) = 0.403 <? = 5% = 0.05 (significant). Based on these results, it can be concluded that circuit training modifications can improve futsal playing skills.

In addition to being a control tool, the budget also functions to strengthen coordination between work units and support data-based decision-making. The participation of various stakeholders in the budgeting process plays a crucial role in increasing accountability, transparency, and a sense of ownership in achieving organizational goals. The integration of budget and strategy enables organizations to be more adaptive and responsive to the dynamics of the external environment. Thus, a flexible and participatory budgeting approach is essential so that the budget is not merely a static document but also a dynamic tool in supporting sustainable competitive advantage. This research concludes that strategically oriented budgeting significantly contributes to organizational effectiveness and success in achieving long-term goals.

In this paper, the authors will analyze: (1) the details of the home ownership loan agreement in the Labuha Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia (The Indonesian Sharia Bank/BSI) and (2) how to resolve the issue of default carried out one of the parties in the home ownership loan agreement in the Labuha Branch of BSI. Members of society who wish to own a home but lack funds may utilize the credit facilities provided by BSI by making a credit agreement (home ownership loan). It is one of the solutions for prospecting housing consumers to quickly have a house. This paper is urgent because the increasing Indonesian population leads to an increase in demand for housing. Banks like BSI can help society obtain house ownership loans amid the increasing house prices. This paper employed the normative empirical legal research method. Results showed that the agreement carried out by the debtor and creditor is already according to the applicable regulations. It was shown that there was an increase in the number of debtors who obtained home ownership loans from the Labuha Branch of BSI. In total, 83 debtors obtained such facilities from 2021 to 2023. In the case of problematic debtors, ten debtors experienced a default in the Labuha Branch of BSI from 2021 to 2023. In the case where debtors fail to carry out their obligations in paying installments or in repaying their debt, then the bank will sell the collateral object or the house.

Background:Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach wall caused by irritation of the gastric mucosa. Gastritis caused by bacterial infections such as Helicobacteri pylory and irritant foods and drinks. The problem posed is acute pain. Nursing interventions to address this problem are pain management. Objective: This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing pain management in gastritis patients with acute pain. Method: This case study design is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. The case study subjects were 4 patients in the emergency room with the criteria of experiencing gastritis with problems acute pain. This case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital on March 16- 23, 2023. The nursing implementation provided was in the form of warm compress and deep breath relaxation to reduce pain in gastritis patients, in patient 1 before the implementation of the pain scale was 5 and fell to 3, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4 decreasing to 2, in patient 3 the initial scale of 5 was reduced to a scale of 2, and finally patient 4 before the technique was carried out. out the pain scale in patients is 5 after being carried out down to a scale of 3. Using data collection techniques by means of observation, and interviews. Results: The research results describe the need for implementation of pain management (warm compress and deep breath relaxation) to reduce pain in gastritis patients from a moderate pain scale to a mild pain scale.Conclusion:There is an influence in implementing pain management on acute pain in gastritis patients.

To address these issues, an Agricultural Management Web Application was developed to streamline the management of agricultural activities within the community. This user-friendly platform allows farmers to input and monitor essential data about their crops, thereby enhancing informed decision-making. Additionally, the application features a blog system for promoting agricultural products, helping farmers reach a wider audience and improve their sales prospects. Key objectives of the application include improving documentation and monitoring of agricultural processes, fostering community engagement through knowledge sharing, and providing promotional tools for farmers. By leveraging technology, this initiative aspires to establish a sustainable agricultural environment that supports the growth of the farming community in Sukamaju village. In the future, this application can be expanded to create a more comprehensive supply chain management system for farmers in a broader area. The feature also can be expanded so that the farmers can connect to the other players whether in the upstream and the downstream.

This research aims to determine the relationship between Perception of organizational support and employee Affective Commitment through Intention to Stay at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees and teachers who worked at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 89 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used was using a structured questionnaire. The instrument testing technique in this research is validity and reliability testing using PLS (Partial Least Square) as the measurement. The results of this research show that Perception of Organization and Intention to Stay have a direct and significant effect on the Affective Commitment of Employees and Teachers who work at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School. Likewise, Perception of organizational support has a significant direct effect on Intention to Stay and Intention to Stay has been proven to be able to mediate the relationship between Perception of organizational support and Affective Commitment of Employees and Teachers who work at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School.

This training aims to improve motoric movements and exercise, especially Zumba exercises, for health and to increase people's interest because Zumba exercise can improve motor skills. It is hoped that this training will increase public knowledge about the importance of physical fitness and exercise in increasing VO2 Max. The training carried out is face-to-face training with a descriptive approach. To achieve motor movement, VO2 Max, this training uses quantitative descriptive research methods where researchers are directly involved in actively meeting, observing, and analyzing participant data regarding the value of Zumba exercise and motor movement before doing Zumba exercise and after doing Zumba exercise. The results of this activity showed an increase of 54.29% based on the pre-test and post-test. Components that influence this increase include the benefits of motoric movements, heart rate, calories burned, VO2 Max value, and its benefits for the body. Through energetic Zumba gymnastics, it can encourage motoric movements which can then increase the VO2 Max value. The VO2 Max value is one of the indicators of physical fitness and the effectiveness of the exercise performed.

The author tries to build an application that will help to facilitate the provision of solutions to computer damage to hardware so that it can make it easier for users or technicians to get solutions quickly. The system to be created is "Designing an Expert System for Diagnosing Computer Problems Using Visual Basic" This system will use the prototype method and tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is built using the Visual Basic 6.0 application to process the Microsoft Access database.
