Financial management as an integral part of general management has a crucial role in the survival and growth of a company. In a constantly changing business environment with complex market dynamics, the application of financial management functions is becoming increasingly crucial in determining the direction and financial performance of the company. In this study, the approach used is a qualitative approach, which is a research process and understanding based on methodologies that investigate social phenomena and human problems. This research has a characteristic that lies in its purpose, namely describing, studying and explaining the phenomenon to be studied. Which contains the results of research on CV. Canbe Kosmetik Indonesia, the application of the financial management function is running well as the SOP set by the company. By applying the functions of financial management itself in the form of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising.

This study aims to examine the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in the context of science learning. This research method is a systematic literature review of articles published between 2012 and 2022 and indexed in Scopus at least Quartile 2 (Q2), so the quality of the articles is high. This research found 17,800 articles in the search results for related articles published in the last decade, but only 11 met the criteria. Findings from the literature review indicate an interdependent relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation, and both make significant contributions to science learning. Other information obtained from this research is that there are several methods for training and developing critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning: argument maps and concept maps, essential reading activities, argumentative texts or discourse, discussion activities, analytical questions, learning technology, and specific learning strategies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that critical thinking and scientific argumentation are interconnected skills and contribute to learning. The complexity of the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning can encourage deeper learning and understanding of concepts.

Judicial reviews on the presidential and vice-presidential nomination threshold in Article 222 of Law No. 7/2017 on General Elections have been repeatedly rejected by the Constitutional Court. It has become a public debate and is seen as contrary to academic reasoning because it is not in line with the logic of democracy. Rules that are considered detrimental to the community and political parties in the election of the head of state. Accordingly, the study of fiqh siyasah clarifies the prerequisites for the election system and the selection of the imam (caliph). The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal considerations by the Constitutional Court rejected the judicial review in Article 222 and to find out what the views of Islamic jurisprudence are on the presidential and vice-presidential nomination threshold rules in general elections. The author of this work employs normative legal research methodologies in addressing relevant research, drawing on legislation, journal articles, books, and other sources. This study concludes by using 4 decisions that were rejected by the constitutional court, namely in decisions 53/puu-xv/2017, 49/puu-xvi/2018, 54/puu-xvi/2018 and decision number 73/puu-xx/2022. The considerations of the court stated that the decision related to the presidential threshold was constitutional and still applicable. That the article being tested is considered contrary to the constitution, especially Article 6A of the 1945 Constitution with the argument that the petitioners cannot change the Constitutional Court's stance on all decisions.  Meanwhile, in the view of fiqh siyasah does not recognize how the provisions of the vote threshold for the election of an imam.
 
 

Technological developments have positive and negative impacts. One of the negative impacts is the increasing amount of screen time children spend. So that children’s participation in learning physical education is disrupted. The purpose of this study, among others, is to see the effect of traditional games on the participation of elementary school students in learning physical education. The method used is quasi-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. The research sample amounted to 43 people, consisting of 20 male students and 23 female students. The sample is grade 5 students aged 10-11 years. This research instrument uses a sports participation questionnaire with a scale of 2 “yes” or “no.” the dimensions of the instrument include (1) Pre-implementation, (2) Implementation, and (3) Post-implementation/evaluation. The results showed a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05; this means that there is a difference between the average value of the pre-test and the average value of the post-test. This study concludes that traditional games affect the participation of elementary school students in learning physical education.

This research aims to analyze the potential for water sports tourism on the Cimanuk Parakan River, Sumedang Regency using kayak touring, kayak touring itself is a very interesting sport of course it also tests adrenaline in every activity, the method in this research uses qualitative with tourist participants, area managers local and touring kayak operators, the instrument used was MSPDM (Maketability, Sustainability, Participatory, and Disaster Mitigation) through interviews and data analysis documentation using the Nvivo12 software application. The results obtained from the Nvivo 12 software application are that kayak touring has the potential to be used as a water sports or recreational sports tourist attraction. conclusion from the research title Analysis of the potential for water sports tourism on the Cimanuk Parakan River, Sumedang Regency using kayak touring, it can be concluded that kayak touring is one of the water sports tourism which has the potential to become a sports tourism. because the water in the famous Cimanuk Parakan river will remain stable whether it is rainy or dry because it is accommodated by the Jati Gede Dam, this can raise the name of the Sumedang area and also improve the economy of the community in water sports tourist destinations like a tour.

The digitalization of health services is developing very rapidly, marked by the existence of electronic medical records. The implementation of electronic medical records has been required by the government in Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022. Based on the results of a preliminary study at the Berbah Sleman Primary Health Center, there were several obstacles to its implementation, namely related to the internet network and errors in the software which caused the outpatient registration process is stopped. The object of this research is to describe the perceptions of users of outpatient electronic medical records from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This type of research is quantitative descriptive by distributing questionnaires to 18 respondents. The results obtained showed that 15 respondents (83%) said it was very good in terms of perceived usefulness, 10 respondents (56%) said it was very easy in terms of perceived ease of use, 18 respondents (100%) said it was very good in terms of perceived behavior intention to use, and as many as 16 respondents (89%) stated that it was very good in terms of actual usage perception. Of the four perceptions which include usefulness, ease of use, behavior intention to use, and actual usage in implementing electronic medical records, users receive it very well.

This research examines the influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products, by considering two moderating variables: perceived quality and religiosity. Quantitative methods were used by collecting data through bold questionnaires via Google Form to 190 respondents who understand sharia financial products. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on behavioral finance theory. The research results show that there is a positive influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products. Perceived quality and religiosity do not moderate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions, but have a direct effect. The implication is that sharia financial literacy influences positive investment decisions. Perceived quality and level of religiosity also influence investment decisions in sharia financial products. These findings are important for the Islamic finance industry in developing effective marketing and service strategies, as well as for educational institutions to increase sharia financial literacy.

The researcher chose the traditional game Bubuta'an to overcome noise outside the classroom due to school renovations which resulted in students' lack of focus on learning. The traditional game Bubuta'an is also a traditional game in South Kalimantan which in Indonesian is known as the game Si Buta-Si Buta. The aim of the research is to analyze the role of traditional babuta'an games in increasing students' learning motivation. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the percentage of students' classical learning motivation obtained at the first meeting was 75% with the criterion "Mostly Skilled", at the second meeting it had increased to and had increased at the second meeting to 92% with the criterion " Almost All Skilled" and at the third meeting it had increased to 96% with the criteria "Almost All are Skilled" . This was because at the first meeting several students had not achieved the assessment indicators. So these conditions are below standards set by researchers for developing students' learning motivation. To overcome these obstacles, educators make improvements motivating, providing reinforcement, paying attention and reminding students to be more interested in participating in the learning process. The conclusions obtained by traditional game Babuta'an can be used as a means of developing students' learning motivation.
 

This research aims to produce compatibility between the policies of Abon Surya with the Economic Order Quantity raw material control method, namely the purchase quantity of the Abon Surya policy has an average purchase of 770 kg, for the frequency of purchasing raw materials for jack beans 5 times, for security and point supplies. There is no reordering policy with a total inventory cost of IDR 251,640. Meanwhile, the EOQ method has an average purchase of 1,313 kg. the purchase frequency is only 3 purchases, the security inventory is 90 Kg and the number of reorders is 204 Kg with a total cost of inventory required of IDR 173,254. The cost difference between Abon Surya and the EOQ method is IDR 78,386,417. This shows that there is a saving or reduction in the total cost of inventory needed if Abon Surya can implement the EOQ raw material control method. Apart from that, the packaging used at UMKM Surya Abon for shredded products still uses transparent plastic with stickers, which is less attractive to buyers. Therefore, a new design is needed to attract more buyers.

The purpose of this study is to assist tourists in providing information on tourist services for the waterfall at the foot of Mount Salak, so as to produce precise and accurate information reports. The development method used in this research is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system. SDLC System Development Method This SDLC method is a method with a system development and design process through several stages, starting from system planning to operation and maintenance. Data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, and literature study. This research produces an application that can assist tourists in providing more accurate information on waterfall tourism services at the foot of Mount Salak.
