Bakool Nusantara merupakan startup yang menyediakan produk kebutuhan sayur segar dengan konsep bisnis online BTB dan BTC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengenalan brand dan aplikasi Bakool Apps kepada pelanggan PT. Bakool Nusantara melalui perancangan video motion graphic sebagai media pemasaran. Perusahaan mengalami kendala dalam upaya memperkenalkan secara optimal brand dan aplikasi Bakool Apps kepada pelanggan, sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus di PT. Bakool Nusantara untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan video motion graphic sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pengenalan brand dan aplikasi Bakool Apps. Penggunaan teknik motion graphic diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman visual yang menarik dan efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada pelanggan. Hasil uji validasi ahli media produk video motion graphic memperoleh hasil 4,7 dari 5 yang berarti produk sangat valid, validasi ahli materi memperoleh hasil 4,7 dari 5 yang berarti produk sangat valid untuk digunakan sebagai alat bantu media marketing. Hasil uji validasi oleh pengguna memperoleh hasil 4,652 dari 5 yang berarti produk sangat efektif untuk digunakan. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media, ahli materi dan calon pengguna, menunjukan bahwa produk video yang dihasilkan dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk dibuat sebuah produk .

AbstrakKeberadaan anak terlantar atau putus sekolah mendapat perhatian pemerintah kota (Pemkot) Surabaya. Pemkot Surabaya dalam hal ini melalui Dinas Sosial menempatkan anak terlantar atau putus sekolah pada suatu asrama dibawah pembinaan Dinas Sosial. Dimana anak dapat melanjutkan sekolah sampai ke jenjang SMA atau SMK. Dimana mereka tidak hanya dapat melanjutkan sekolah tetapi juga mendapat pelatihan dan keterampilan untuk menyiapkan mereka pada saat memasuki kehidupan di masyarakat. Pada saat mereka telah menyelesaikan pendidikan di jenjang SMA/SMK maka akan dilepas untuk mengembangkan diri. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka mereka dibekali dengan keterampilan yang akan menjadi modal mereka pada saat hidup di masyarakat. AbstractThe existence of neglected or dropout children has received the attention of the Surabaya city government. In this case, the Surabaya City Government, through its Social Service, places neglected or dropout children in a dormitory under the supervision of the Social Service. In this place children can continue their education up to high school or vocational school level, and where they can not only continue their education but also receive training and skills to prepare them when joining the society and work life. When they have completed their education at the high school/vocational school level, they will be discharged to improve themselves. In connection with this, the children are equipped with skills that will become their capital when living in society. Problems often faced by Perum Kandri residents regarding Aquaponics during the dry and rainy seasons. Residents still use tarpaulins to cover aquaponics manually, and feeding is still done manually. Aquaponic maintenance tools can be a solution for residents, to detect temperature and raindrops automatically, the author uses a DHT temperature sensor, raindrop sensor, RTC, mini servo, continuous servo and Arduino Uno R3 to design this maintenance tool. The tool that the author created can handle hot temperatures and during the rainy season, as well as feeding fish automatically , thereby reducing the possibility of the danger of death to vegetables and fish . The writer's tool can also close the roof automatically if it rains or hot during the day.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat media pembelajaran animasi berbasis flash bagi siswa di SMK Ungaran Kanaan, serta meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar animasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, yaitu metode yang mengembangkan suatu produk tertentu seperti media pembelajaran berbasis animasi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ditemukannya kurangnya media pembelajaran animasi di SMK Ungaran Kanaan khususnya pada kelas XI pelajaran animasi Multimedia

Using images, colors, and text, graphic designers can apply design principles to produce visually appealing packaging, highlight the benefits of a product, and give it a unique personality. Dodok Lawang runs a business in the form of services, namely making dowries, gifts, ring boxes and gift boxes. In this research, we developed packaging making/with the aim of renewing old packaging so that it appears more attractive. The form of packaging for the wedding planner is in the form of boxes and paper bags, as well as leaflets with a simple but still elegant design concept. validation from media experts and material expert have a result that the product is valid to be used as a protecting/wrapping of product properly. From the user's side, this design is effective because the information and visuals acquired from the packaging design are better understood by the user.
 
 

The level of tax compliance has been a concern of researchers and governments for decades. Various efforts have been made by the government in order to increase taxpayer compliance including the use of information and communication technology in service delivery (e-government) but have not yielded optimal results. Various studies and research related to taxpayer compliance and its relationship with e-government have also been carried out but are still focused on e-government services regardless of the level of readiness (e-readiness) of the government itself as a service provider (government e-readiness) or from the community side as service users (citizen e-readiness). Writing this article aims to build a new hypothesis with the variable level of readiness (e-readiness) as a variable that affects government services which will ultimately increase the level of taxpayer compliance. Previous research or relevant research is used to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables.

To support green energy and reduce the effects of greenhouse gases, it is necessary to conceptualize and explore the use of renewable energy. In this research, the use of new renewable energy, especially photovoltaics (PV), will be applied to educational buildings, especially at ITS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This system is intended to reduce the use of conventional electrical energy. This system will be installed on the roofs of campus buildings with installation plans to meet the power requirement of 4.8 kW. This photovoltaic (PV) system will be modeled to determine the number of PV panels needed. Based on the simulation results, the number of panels required is 36 panels (2 series, 18 parallel) to produce 4.85kWh of power. Modeling and analysis of this system was carried out using RETScreen and MATLAB SIMULINK software.

Dalam tahun tahun terakhir ini  teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah memasuki seluruh elemen kehidupan, yang menyebabkan perubahan pada pola kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi, dan juga pada bidang pendidikan. TIK telah meresap memasuki kehidupan sehari-hari, dan penggunaannya menjadi persyaratan mendasar dalam proses  pendidikan yang bermutu. Pendidikan yang bermutu sendiri akan terjamin oleh guru-guru yang berkompeten di bidangnya . IN HOUSE TRAINING (IHT) dalam rangka PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU  pada lembaga SDIP H.M Subandi Kab. Semarang ditujukan  dalam usaha peningkatan  kinerja dan performa para guru di SDIP H.M Subandi Wilayah Kab. Semarang. Kegiatan ini didasarkan dari hasil observasi yang menunjukkan masih minimnya pengetahuan di bidang Teknologi Informasi yang dimiliki  Kepala Sekolah setempat beserta Guru tentang teknologi informasi, khususnya terkait kesulitan dalam pembuatan soal-soal secara Online atau CBT. peserta pelatihan merasa terpuaskan dengan adanya Program In House Training (IHT) Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Pemanfaatan IT ini  karena melalui program ini mereka telah dapat mempraktekkan dalam pelatihan dan telah menguasai pengaplikasian ilmu yang diperoleh  dalam materi pelajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan skill dan performa guru   dalam menggunakan Teknologi Informasi.
 
 

Perjanjian waralaba/franchise merupakan suatu perjanjian yang diadakan antara pemberi waralaba dengan penerima waralaba. Permasalahan yang diteliti mengenai pelaksanaan perjanjian franchise Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Kabupaten Kediri Nomor 72/Pdt.G/2013/PN. Kdi dan perlindungan hukumnya bagi para pihak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah doktrinal/normatif dengan pendekatan kasus, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi, metode analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian waralaba/franchise dalam studi putusan nomor 72/Pdt.G/2013/PN. Kdi menimbulkan permasalahan dimana pihak franchise merasa dirugikan akibat adanya surat keputusan nomor 075/DIRUT/01.B/I/2013 yang di dalamnya mempunyai arti untuk melarang mengoperasikan Merk Primagama untuk menerima siswa baru tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dan seterusnya yang dikeluarkan oleh Tergugat I, karena Penggugat merasa dirugikan atas hal tersebut maka dari itu Penggugat mengajukan gugatan dengan alasan keputusan tersebut bertentangan dengan akta perjanjian waralaba/franchise primagama untuk penerima waralaba/franchise lanjutan cabang Pare Kediri, atas hal tersebut melanggar ketentuan Pasal 1365 KUH Perdata. Perlindungan hukum yang terdapat dalam Perjanjian Franchise Bimbingan Belajar Primagama ditentukan dari dua perlindungan hukum yaitu Perlindungan hukum secara eksternal dan internal. Perlindungan hukum secara eksternal dengan adanya aturan KUH Perdata, Peraturan Pemerintah Perdagangan Nomor 53/MDAG/PER/8/2012, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 Tahun 2007 tentang waralaba. Kemudian untuk perlindungan hukum secara internal yaitu pada SOP perusahan tersebut diatur mengenai larangan-larangan bagi franchise, serta Perlindungan Hukum bagi franchise adalah melalui klausula dalam perjanjian waralaba/franchise.

This study aims to find out whether there is an Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study is all customers of PT. Indah Logistics Cargo, of which 60 people were respondents in this study. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression, which is operated through the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the t test for the service quality variable (X) affects customer satisfaction (Y). This can be seen from the calculation of 16,905 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus the hypothesis (H1) is accepted. For customer satisfaction variable (Y). This can be seen from the calculation of 1,391 with a singnificance rate of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus (Y) is accepted. Based on the F test, it is known that the singnification value is 0.000 or < 0.05. This shows that simultaneously the independent variable of servicequality (X) if applied together has a significant effect on customer satisfaction(Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2), the value of the coefficient of determination in this study was 0.831 or 83.1%. This shows that 83.1% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the independent variables of service quality (X) and customer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model.
