Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Hukuman Kebiri sebagai pidana tambahan, menjadi Undang-ndang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016. Sejak dikeluarkannya pengaturan tersebut, terdapat pelaku yang dihukum dengan pidana tambahan kebiri kimia. Namun, permasalahan hukum yang dapat terjadi manakala dokter menjadi pelaksana tindakan kebiri kimia. Dokter tidak bersedia mengeksekusi hukuman kebiri kimia kepada pelaku kekerasan seksual dikarenakan melanggar sumpah dan etika kedokteran. Apabila perbuatan dokter yang menolak melaksanakan perintah Jaksa untuk melakukan tindakan kebiri kimia terhadap terpidana yang dihukum pidana tambahan kebiri kimia, memenuhi unsur-unsur obyektif dan subyektif dari Pasal 216 ayat (1) KUHP khususnya untuk unsur “dengan sengaja tidak menurut perintah atau permintaan yang dilakukan menurut undang-undang oleh pejabat yang tugasnya mengawasi sesuatu, atau oleh pejabat berdasarkan tugasnya, demikian pula yang diberi kuasa untuk mengusur atau memeriksa tindak pidana”, sehingga dapat dijatuhi sanksi pidana sebagaimana diancamkan dalam Pasal tersebut.

For a long time, Word of Mouth (EWOM) has been considered the main source of information that influences consumer decisions. In the era of globalization, EWOM has developed into a broader, albeit more personal, form, known as electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Advances in electronic systems and the emergence of social media platforms, for example Instagram, open up new and promising potential for the evolution of EWOM as an integral part of business advertising/business promotion strategies. When EWOM regarding a product receives a positive response, the impact has a direct impact on the brand image or good brand image. One of the related concepts in the formation of EWOM and brand image on Instagram today is the role of influencers. The aim of this research is to understand the role of social media influencers in shaping positive EWOM and how this impacts improving brand image. Qualitative methods were applied in this research by collecting data through journals, books and articles. The findings from this research show that influencers who have a high level of trust have a very influential role in forming EWOM which provides positive EWOM reviews regarding the products being marketed. This positive opinion from EWOM directly increases the positive value of the brand image in society, which shows that the success of influencers can help audiences understand information about products and increase their desire to make purchases.

PT.Eka Multi Logistik is a land and sea transportation management (JPT) service company that has been involved in the field of goods transportation for Export, Import and Local since 2018, located on Jl. Kalimantan NO.65/67 Makassar City, South Sulawesi Consumer or customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors that are closely related, including price and service quality. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

This research aims to determine the extent of the impact caused by arguments in the household resulting in divorce. To find out, the author uses normative empirical research methods. Divorce is a legal event that results in the legal termination of a marriage between a husband and wife whose legal process is carried out in court. The factors that cause continuous disputes and quarrels that trigger divorce at the Tilamuta Religious Court, Baolemo Regency are: (a) Economic problems. (b) Third party interference. (c) Polygamy is unhealthy. (d) Domestic violence/abuse occurs. Divorce will certainly have an effect on both parties and their descendants. The consequences that arise from continuous disputes and quarrels include: (a) Disruption in fulfilling the rights and obligations of husband and wife, (b) problems regarding child custody, (c) division of joint assets, lack of control of each other's egos. each and coupled with the husband not being able to control his emotions so he takes it out on his wife.
 

Latar belakang kegiatan pengabdian ini karena adanya masalah masih rendahnya pengetahuan nelayanan dalam pengolahan ikan hasil tangkapan sehingga belum berdampak signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayanan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan dan inovasi ikan asap yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman nelayanan dalam pengolahan ikan hasil tangkapan. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan  pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di Galesong Kabupaten Takalar dengan melibatkan 71 orang nelayan dan pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan dan inovasi ikan asap berjalan efektif yang dibuktikan dengan hasil survei kepuasan peserta mencapai 91,54% yang sangat puas. Pemahaman dan pengetahuan nelayanan dalam pengolahan ikan hasil tangkapan melalui inovasi ikan asap mengalami peningkatan.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian riset kepustakaan (Library Research), Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa jurnal yang membahas tentang Potensi dan Kelemahan Manusia Menurut Al-quran dan Sunnah Berdasarkan Surah Al-Ma’arij Ayat 19-27. Sementara sumber data sekunder terdiri dari buku dan jurnal yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penellitian ini adalah Setelah penulis mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang konsep Pendidikan Akhlak yang terkandung dalam Qs. al-Ma?arij (70) ayat 19-35, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa surat Al-Ma?arij ini mengandung petunjuk kepada manusia bagaimana untuk menghindari dari penyakit hallu?a dan Jazu?a atau keluh kesah dan kikir yang melanda jiwa seseorang.

Challenges in establishing customary forests in Indonesia are caused by complicated bureaucracy, lack of synchronization between central and local bureaucracy, and the politics of citizen struggle using the identity of indigenous peoples. In the face of changes to Areal Penggunaan Lain (APL), there needs to be a careful approach and close collaboration between the local government, the central government, and indigenous peoples to achieve a balance between economic development, environmental preservation, and the rights of indigenous peoples. The research specification used in this research is descriptive analytical, which seeks to describe or describe events and events without conducting hypotheses and statistical calculations. Also normative juridical, namely research based on Ministerial regulations, books, and decrees of the Regent of North Tapanuli. The central and local governments have taken significant steps in recognizing and protecting the traditional and cultural rights of indigenous peoples. Changes in the Areal Penggunaan Lain (APL) can have serious impacts, requiring a cautious approach and close collaboration to maintain a balance between economic development, environmental preservation and the rights of indigenous peoples. Suggestions are made that local and central governments improve collaboration, concretely empower indigenous peoples, and integrate sustainable measures in policies to achieve a sustainable balance.

The Bogor city population and civil registration service program application is the Population Administration Information system (SIAK) application. This includes e-ID services, family cards and birth certificates. The functioning of the Online KTP Registration application not only makes things easier for Bogor City residents. This application is also an additional public facility that supports efforts to make Bogor City a Smart City. In an effort to utilize information technology in providing population document services to the community with the aim of making it easier, simplifying the system and ensuring transparency, the Bogor City Population and Civil Registration Department is collaborating with all SKPD as a basis for development planning by utilizing a population database. The problem with the new system is that the e-KTP service in the city of Bogor is not yet optimal. Because there are still many people who have difficulty using this application and not all people know the procedures. Apart from that, there are also system response problems caused by slow internet networks, slow responses and lack of availability of blanks. The method in this research is a qualitative approach and uses a literature study or literature review method. The literature study method is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials (Kartiningrum 2015). To find out the quality of service in this research, theoretical indicators according to Zaithhanl are used, such as Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy.

This study aims to explore the effect of applying differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model on learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn) in class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) with a double cycle design. The research participants consisted of 28 students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency consisting of various ability levels. Learning outcome data were collected through tests and observations. The results showed that the application of differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model can improve Civics learning outcomes in students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency. There were significant improvements in concept understanding, critical thinking skills, and learning motivation of learners after the application of this learning model. This finding shows that the use of differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model can be an effective alternative in improving Civics learning outcomes in students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency.
