This research aims to (1) determine the Inspectorate's supervisory function in preventing misuse of Village Funds and (2) to analyze and formulate what factors influence the Inspectorate's function in carrying out its function as a supervisory element to prevent misuse of Village Funds in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is empirical research, namely research that examines community behavior that arises due to the existence of a legal rule, or vice versa, the formation of a legal rule due to behavior in society by conducting field research and literature review. The results of this research show that the prevention process carried out The Regional Inspectorate prevents misuse of Village Funds by supervising and controlling the management of Village Funds. Factors that influence its effectiveness are legal substance: There are no regional regulations or regent regulations regarding supervisory procedures. Legal structure: The number of auditors is still limited. Legal culture: An inspection process that does not fully reach the field. Where the law applies: There are 7 sub-districts and 83 villages in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Infrastructure: Limited facilities for mobilization and the absence of an online site as a source of information and public complaints. The research conclusion shows that the supervision carried out by the Regional Inspectorate of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency has not been effective.

In terms of the ratification of Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, this raises pros and cons in society. This is because the Supreme Court Constitutional Decision Number 91 / PUU-XVIII / 2020 states that Law Number 11 of 2020 is unconstitutional conditional and must be immediately revised within 2 (two) years from the time the decision is issued. One of the reasons is because in the formation of the Job Creation Law, it does not involve full community participation and is not guided by the principle of openness. But the government actually responded by issuing the Job Creation Perppu which was later passed into law by the DPR-RI. In fact, between Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation and Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning job creation, it is relatively the same in terms of content. This study aims to examine a legal truth related to the mechanism for ratifying Government Regulations in Lieu of Law based on actual legal provisions. One of the legal provisions in the formation of laws and regulations is to make the principle of forming laws and regulations one of the conditions that must exist in the process of forming laws. One of its principles is the principle of openness. and the method used in this study is Normative. And in the results of this study, it shows that the ratification of the Job Creation Perppu is not in accordance with the mechanism for the Establishment of Laws and Regulations because it is not guided by the principle of openness.

Non-communicable diseases (PTM) are diseases that kill around 41 million people every year, equivalent to 74% of all deaths globally. Every year around 17 million people die from NCD before the age of 70, of which 86% of these premature deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries (World Health Organization, 2023). PTM risks threaten everyone of all age groups, regions and countries affected by PTM. Indonesia is facing an epidemiological transition in health problems, where communicable diseases cannot be resolved, while non-communicable diseases, including asthma tend to increase. This Community Service aims to provide education to the public through health education needed to overcome the problem of infectious diseases in the community. In conclusion, this community service activity is that the counseling is going well and the advice to the counseling participants is that the community service counseling participants can do CERDIK which is a healthy life behavior that is able to keep people away from various non-communicable diseases (PTM) such as vascular disease, heart disease, and kidney problems . Likewise, the hope is that the community can take part in community activities in the form of Posbindu which are held every month in their respective areas.

Sustainable development goals (SDGs) are not something new. SDGs has been going on for a very long time, both nationally and internationally. One of the goals of sustainable development is about the environment, about achieving sustainable management of natural resources and the environment as a support for all life. Various issues related to the environment are still ongoing. The waste problem is still being discussed, so in 2020 the government will issue regulations regarding waste management.
In Indonesian, the jargon has long been known, "Buanglah sampah pada tempatnya!" and the ban “Jangan membuang sampah sembatrangan!” It turns out that this jargon has been "deliberately" formally instilled in children's minds from the past until now through textbooks issued by the government. In both jargons it turns out that there is inappropriate treatment of waste. Therefore, until now waste is still a problem for us.

The research objective was to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of Al-Wafi Qur'an Integrated Elementary School, Depok. Research using qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation techniques with transferability and dependability. The results of the study show: (1) The principal as an educator by fostering and guiding teachers and education. (2) The principal as a manager by managing the school. (3) The school principal acts as an administrator by managing school files. (4) The school principal acts as a supervisor with class, performance, and extracurricular supervision. (5) The principal as a leader by socializing the vision, and mission and creating a school climate (7) The principal as an entrepreneur by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit and marketing the school's flagship program.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of interest rates and inflation on the net profit growth of publicly listed commercial banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was collected from www.idx.co.id, spanning from 2017 to 2021. The study took place from March to August 2022. The population for this research comprised 43 companies, with a sample size of 20 companies. The research employed quantitative data processed using Eviews 9 with the panel data regression method. The test results concluded that the interest rate variable, partially, does not have a significant impact on the net profit growth. However, inflation, partially, has a significant effect on the net profit growth of commercial banks during the period from 2017 to 2021. Simultaneously, interest rates and inflation do not have a significant impact on the net profit growth of commercial banks. The contribution of the interest rate and inflation variables to net profit growth is only 5.66%, and the correlation between the interest rate and inflation variables with net profit growth is weak.

Good comprehension on Islamic teaching is a mean on the implementation of the Islamic teaching practice perfectly. Therefore, this Islamic teaching comprehension is important  to implant to social in order that they can carry out the Islamic teaching truely and perfectly appropriate the Islamic religion guidance. However, the Islamic teaching comprehension on majority of social is still less and very necessary to increase so that can become moslems completely.
The Islamic propaganda is all efforts and activities which done intentionally and plan to realize attitude, word, and action which contains inviting and exclamation, whether directly or indirectly showed on an individual or social group in order that they interested and called to Islamic inviting and then learning and forcasting and practising in daily life.
In order that the Islamic propaganda can give optimal result, that is the Islamic teaching values understood and practiced in daily life, so it is necessary good communication strategy. In this context, the Islamic teaching values become the Islamic propaganda message when will be conveyed to social need prepared well before whether related with strategy, method, and communication media will be used. By good preparations mentioned will realize good comprehension for social on Islamic teaching values appropriate regulation the Islamic teaching.

Service is a student learning process through various activities directly in the community, and students strive to be part of the community and are actively and creatively involved in the dynamics that occur in the community. The purpose of this service is to optimize the learning process in the community. The service method is carried out offline by providing teaching and guidance at SMPI and SMK Diyaaul Musthafa. The results of the service show that teaching activities are carried out by providing Civics material to Diyaaul Mustafa Vocational High School students while the guidance process is by providing ICT guidance to Diyaaul Mustafa Middle School students. The conclusion of the service activities is that the service runs according to schedule while the impact is the fulfillment of the educational process at the Islamic Junior High School and Diyaaul Mustafa Vocational High School.

The purpose of writing is to explain the implementation of Islamic da'wah in the millennial era. The writing method is descriptive qualitative type with a literature study approach. The results of the writing show that Islamic da'wah needs to be carried out by following the developments of the times and technology in this millennial era with the aim that da'wah actors are more up to date in utilizing millennial da'wah media to provide knowledge, understanding, and understanding of Islam to da'wah targets.

It is no doubt that the popularity of ICTs in developing countries has increased the use of internet-related social networking sites along with news information consumption, production, and news distribution. As such, there has been a huge shift in the trend of news consumption from conventional media to an online newspaper. It has also been tocied that male and female youth are equally inclined to use internet for different reasons. Thus, in recent times scholars have started inspecting online newspaper consumption-related behavior, with an emphasis on young boys and girls in a way this group is one that can last longer. However, very few studies have paid attention to gender differences in motivating factors for online newspaper consumption in Pakistan. To address this gap, by using a cross-sectional design, a survey was conducted on university students from three public universities of Pakistan because university students are tech-savvy and mostly internet users. These three universities are representative of rural and urban population. Questionnaires were used to collect data which was analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Multi Group Analysis. Hypothesized results discovered that in terms of online newspaper consumption, there was no gender differences found in online newspaper consumption among Pakistani youth.
