Health centers have an important role in providing effective and efficient health services to the community. However, the problem of long and unorganized queues often hinders the quality of service. This study aims to design and implement a web-based queue management system at the Stabat Lama Health Center. The methods used include system requirements analysis, database design, and software development. This system allows patient registration, queue number retrieval, and automatic patient calling, thereby reducing waiting time and increasing operational efficiency. The implementation results show that this system is able to create a more orderly service flow, minimize errors in the queuing process, and increase patient satisfaction. With the integration of information technology, this system is expected to support the transformation of more modern and responsive health services.

This research aims to analyze the relationship of diyat with the application of the death penalty and diyat as a substitute for the death penalty in Indonesia. The death penalty in Indonesia is regulated in criminal law legislation in general (lex generali) or called the Criminal Code (KUHP), as well as in several criminal laws outside the Criminal Code or special criminal laws (lex specialis). This research method uses normative juridical research with a legislative approach and comparative law. The results of the study explain that the existence of the death penalty is not necessarily approved by all groups of people in Indonesia. There are those who think that the death penalty is contrary to the existing constitution. In fact, for the first time, the issue of the death penalty was submitted before the Constitutional Court (MK), because it was considered contrary to the 1945 Constitution, namely contrary to the right to life guaranteed under Article 28I paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution. This is as stated in the judicial review of the death penalty carried out against several death row inmates who committed narcotics offenses based on Law No. 22 of 1997 concerning Narcotics. In Indonesia, the majority of its citizens are Muslims. Countries where the majority of people are Muslims obey Islamic law as part of their legal system, where all behavior from all aspects of human endeavor and law becomes the subject of Islamic law, namely Sharia. Thus it becomes clear that the Indonesian people, the majority of whose population is Muslim, deserve to know more about the Islamic legal system including its criminal law.


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganlisis relasi diyat dengan penerapan hukuman mati dan diyat t sebagai pengganti hukuman mati di Indonesia. Hukuman mati di Indonesia diatur dalam peraturan perundangan-undangan hukum pidana secara umum (lex generali) atau yang disebut Kitab Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), maupun dibeberapa peraturan perundangundangan pidana di luar KUHP atau peraturan perundang-undangan pidana secara khusus (lex specialis). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normative dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan perbandingan hukum. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan Eksistensi hukuman mati tersebut tidak serta merta disetujui oleh seluruh kelompok masyarakat di Indonesia. Ada yang beranggapan bahwa hukuman mati bertentangan dengan konstitusi yang ada. Bahkan, untuk pertama kalinya permasalahan hukuman mati diajukan di hadapan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), karena dianggap bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, yaitu bertentangan dengan hak hidup yang dijamin berdasarkan Pasal 28I ayat (1) UUD 1945. Hal ini seperti tertera dalam Uji materil (judicial review) hukuman mati tersebut dilakukan terhadap beberapa terpidana mati yang melakukan tindak pidana narkotika berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 22 Tahun 1997 Tentang Narkotika. Indonesia mayoritas warga negaranya adalah pemeluk agama Islam. Negara-negara yang mayoritas masyarakatnya beragama Islam mentaati hukum Islam sebagai dari sistem hukum mereka, dimana seluruh perikelakuan dari seluruh aspek usaha manusia dan hukum menjadi subjek hukum Islam, yaitu Syariah. Dengan demikian menjadi jelaslah bahwa bangsa Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, pantas mengenal lebih jauh tentang sistem hukum Islam termasuk hukum pidananya.

Protection of children and their rights is the domain of all groups, including parents, students, educators, regional governments, central government and other parties. The role of the State is also urgently needed to formulate regulations that regulate the protection of children's rights from various negative actions that make children victims and protect children as perpetrators of crimes. One of the regulations currently in effect is Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. This law must be interpreted as a guideline for all parties so as not to violate children's rights. However, children must also know and be aware of their rights and the protection of these rights. Massive education must be carried out throughout society, including schools or Islamic boarding schools. This community service activity aims to determine the level of understanding of students at Darul Quran Science High School Colomadu Karanganyar regarding Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection before community service activities are carried out and how students understand it after the child rights education program in Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.
This community service activity uses an interactive method, where the resource persons provide socialization and understanding of the contents of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection to students, and the resource persons provide opportunities for students to ask questions. The resource person then asked questions related to the material that had been presented to the students and the students answered them.
The results of the activity show that students do not know Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and its material. However, after the resource person explained the various rights of children in law, protection for children in the event that children become victims and perpetrators of crimes, state instruments that provide protection for children and so on, the students understood the material presented by the resource person. This can be seen from students' understanding of the questions asked by the resource person regarding the material that has been presented previously.

This study aims to develop and design Media based on Educational Games Wordwall and Educaplay on fiqh muamalah material class IX MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin. In order to increase the learning interest of ninth grade students at MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin. The method used is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 26 ninth grade students of MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin. Data was collected through Google Form after the use of the media, as well as feedback regarding students' learning experience. The results showed that the use of this educational game significantly increased students' interest in learning. The average score of students' interest in learning before the use of the media was 60, which increased to 92 after implementation. In addition, students showed higher enthusiasm for learning and actively participated in class activities. This study concludes that educational game-based learning media can be an effective alternative in increasing students' interest in learning. It is hoped that the results of this study can make a positive contribution to the learning process at MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin and become a reference for further learning media development.

This research involves steps in creating promotional media that follows the ADDIE approach, with a focus on a case study conducted at MA Wahid Hasyim, Bangsri, Jepara. The video produced from this research aims to be the main promotional tool in the school environment, using a testing method using a Likert scale. Made in the form of motion graphic animation, the video was conceptualized creatively to provide an interesting introduction about the school, with the hope of attracting the interest of prospective students and other related parties in an innovative and interesting way.

Making environmentally friendly biopores and domestic incinerators is one method of waste management that can be used to overcome waste problems, both organic and non-organic waste management. This article discusses innovations in waste management in Tembokrejo, Pasuruan City through the use of environmentally friendly Biopores and Domestic Incinerators to overcome the waste problem in the subdistrict of Tembokrejo. Waste is one of the problems that until now has not been resolved properly. So an effective waste management strategy is   needed to avoid environmental pollution. The use of biopores and environmentally friendly domestic incinerators is one of the waste management techniques. By using organic waste for biopores and an environmentally friendly Domestic Incinerator for burning non-organic waste with minimal smoke so it doesn't pollute the environment. . The method used in this service activity consists of four stages, namely Observation, Preparation, Implementation, Evaluation. The result of this service is a change in people's attitudes and behavior towards waste management through the innovation of using Biopores and Domestic Incinerators so that they are starting to be interested in using this innovation to make the sub-district of Batasrejo free from the difficulties of waste management.

Technology is currently developing at a very fast pace. The teaching and learning process in the field of education is greatly impacted by the ever-improving technology advancements. In order to spark students' interest in studying, a lot of schools and teachers are currently utilizing technology tools like interactive learning media. In order to increase students' enthusiasm in learning, teachers' inventiveness is equally crucial. Learning media is a crucial component that may draw students in and aid in their pursuit of the best possible learning outcomes. Engaging media helps pupils comprehend the lessons that are being taught. Therefore, the goal of creating interactive learning materials to present the solar system to pupils is to enable them to view the actual things rather than only envision them.

Technology is developing so quickly that it may have a significant impact on the way teaching and learning are done. Interactive multimedia-based learning materials play an important role in the teaching and learning process. The availability of educational media can make teaching easier for teachers and increase students' learning motivation. This research focuses on designing multimedia-based interactive learning media for introducing marine animals. Researchers found the problem that the learning process at TK BA Aisyiyah Grogol 2 still uses the lecture method and does not use technology. This causes students' interest in learning to decrease. The method applied in designing this learning media is the ADDIE method. The result of this research is an interactive learning media design that uses multimedia. It is hoped that this learning media can increase students' interest in learning and the learning process will become easier and more effective.

The education sector must utilize the latest technology in the classroom in the era of globalization and rapid advances in information technology. Using text, graphics, audio, and video together, interactive learning materials have been proven to increase student understanding and engagement. Kindergarten (TK) is a place where children are introduced to the environment and the basic principles of learning. Introducing children to various types of transportation is believed to be very important because it is the first step in helping them broaden their horizons and become familiar with the types of transportation in their environment. Apart from that, children are very interested in and liked transportation, so it must be packaged attractively so that it can arouse their curiosity in learning.

The development of sepak takraw originates from a traditional game that originally developed in North Sumatra, West Sumatra, South Sumatra. This sepak takraw game has various names for this type of game in various regions, such as the famous one in Riau, namely high rago, in Bengkulu it is called Cepak, in Sumatra and Jambi it is called sapak rago, while in South Sulawesi it is known as Marraga - Akraga. South Sulawesi, North Sumatra, South Sumatra and West Sumatra are places that produce rattan which will be used as raw material for making takraw balls. Double event sepak takraw is a sepak takraw game played by two people in one team, the way of playing is slightly different from the general sepak takraw game. The difference is that the serve is generally carried out in a ditekong or half circle for the ball thrower and also a circle in the middle of each team's area which has the function of kicking the initial ball which is often called a serve but in this study a double event game is used where the serve is done alone so that
the kicker or throwing is done alone.
