E-Voting is the use of computer technology for the implementation of voting. One choice of computer technology used for the implementation of e-voting is to use a client-server architecture. So the use of an all-computer-based-system is expected to replace the manual voting process. The goal to be achieved from making this e-voting application is to be able to assist committee officers in calculating the number of voters and calculating election results quickly and accurately. This application is made using the PHP programming language which is expected to overcome problems related to selection. In making this website, the stages carried out are, preparing the required data, designing the website, designing input and output, followed by the implementation stage of making program coding, the last stage is the trial stage on localhost. Planned trials that set up the application to run properly.

ITS PKU Muhammadiyah merupakan institusi pendidikan yang senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Untuk mendukung pembelajaran, maka pada setiap gedung telah terfasilitasi dengan jaringan internet yang berkualitas baik sedangkan di beberapa titik ada yang mengeluhkan lemahnya konektivitas jaringan sehingga pemanfaatan layanan internet sedikit terhambat. Pengukuran performansi jaringan dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dan kualitas layanan jaringan internet berbasis wireless diITS PKU Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter Quality of Service (QoS) yang terdiri dari Throughput, Packetloss, Delay dan Jitter. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa secara umum kualitas jaringan dikategorikan baik.

Abstrak Website merupakan media yang sangat populer untuk menemukan informasi. Membangun sebuah website diperlukan banyak sekali komponen file yang nantinya disimpan di dalam server. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya peretasan website, diperlukan keamanan dari sisi sistem dan sisi pengguna. Berdasarkan TOP 10 OWASP, salah satu kerentanan yang biasa muncul adalah bocornya informasi sensitif akibat dari file versioning yang berada dalam server. Demi meminimalisir terjadinya kebocoran informasi sensitif dari kerentanan tersebut, maka penulis membuat program Versioning Catcher Software (VCS) yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi keberadaan file versioning tersebut. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk melindungi dan mencegah bocornya informasi sensitif di server. Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya peretasan server akibat dari file versioning berisi informasi sensitif yang tidak segera ditangani.

Indonesia is the biggest maritime country that has big marine resources too. It needed a good strategy so the marine resource usage can be managed well. Now, it can be helped by using information technology. The purpose of this research is to create a Geographic Information System for knowing potential marine resources in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Coast. The result of this paper is a Geographic Information System that will runs in Android devices. The test results show 82,93% of users already satisfied with this application. It indicates that this application is in a Very Good category.

Learning is a process of communication between students, teachers and teaching materials. The delivery of learning messages from teachers to students is currently still using teaching aids in the form of books. This makes students less interested and feel bored when absorbing lessons, so that it gives the effect of being lazy to learn. This study designed mobile based 2D animation as an interactive learning tool for learning materials for human organs based on mobile android. This study uses the waterfall method in conducting research which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Based on the research results, this 2D animation learning media makes it easy for students to study material about human organs that cannot be seen directly. This animation has several elements such as text, audio, video and animated images so that it attracts students' attention to feel happy in learning compared to conventional ways

The fort as a place that can be used as a historical source can be utilized as much as possible by utilizing existing technology so that the functions and benefits obtained are more optimal and efficient. Often when you are in a new place and need information about the place, many people such as people outside the area or local people have difficulty asking where or to whom. In Maluku province, there is a historical fort that the general public should know about the historical information of the fort so that they can take advantage of it. It will be easier if there is an application that can provide information on historical forts in Maluku province, which are presented in the form of images, text, and video. and ADT (Android Development Tools) to implement the application design into an android application.

Salah satu prinsip utama dalam negara hukum adalah prinsip kebebasan manusia yang terejawantahkan dalam hak asasi manusia. Dalam perkembangannya, adanya hak asasi manusia ini dirasakan sering salah diartikan sebagai kebebasan yang tidak terbatas, sehingga prinsip kebebasan manusia ini berubah menjadi kebebasan manusia yang terbatas. Salah satu pembatasannya adalah terkait dengan asas safety beyond economic reason. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Apa yang dimaksud asas safety beyond economic reason? 2)Bagaimana penerapan asas safety beyond economic reason dalam Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi? Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan, bahwa 1) asas safety beyond economic reason merupakan asas baru yang lahir dalam negara hukum modern, dimana hak untuk bekerja dibatasi dengan adanya hak untuk keamanan dan keselamatan yang merupakan ekses hak untuk hidup, sehingga seseorang dapat bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, namun harus dalam kondisi yang aman 2) Penggunaan asas safety beyond economic reason di Indonesia, salah satunya dapat dilihat dalam Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 41/PUU-XVI/2018 dari ratio decedendi nomor [3.9.1], halaman 33, dimana Mahkamah Menyebutkan, bahwa: Sesuai dengan dasar filosofis tersebut, angkutan jalan bertujuan untuk mendukung pembangunan dan integrasi nasional guna memajukan kesejahteraan umum, oleh karena itu sebagai sistem transportasi nasional maka angkutan jalan harus mewujudkan keamanan dan keselamatan (penebalan dari penulis).   Lebih lanjut, Mahkamah Konstitusi menyebutkan: Pasal 47 ayat (3) UU LLAJ merupakan norma hukum yang berfungsi untuk melakukan rekayasa sosial agar warga negara menggunakan angkutan jalan yang mengutamakan keamanan dan keselamatan.

The implementation of 4G LTE network and its advantages gave us faster speed of mobile network. We need to know the performance of LTE mobile network in Sokaraja Tengah – Indonesia, which deployed by Telkomsel network provider by comparing its  RSRP, SINR, RSRQ, and throughput using drive test method of Genex Probe. Signal performance was measured by drive test dedicated mode on the streamed videos and analyzed with Genex Assistant. The result shows that generally Telkomsel’s 4G LTE network in Sokaraja Tengah has 99.7% of (-70) – (-90) dBm RSRP value, 85.09% of 1-15 SINR value, 99.23% of (-15)-0 dBm RSRQ value, average uplink 2575 kbps and downlink 1530 kbps of throughput.
