The implementation of coding in labor cases at DKT Sidoarjo Hospital still has inaccuracies of 61.73%, while the accuracy of medical records is 38.27%. The accuracy and inaccuracy of disease diagnosis coding will affect data and information in the health service process and reduce the quality of service in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of the diagnosis code for labor cases in inpatients at DKT Sidoarjo Hospital. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, with data collection in the form of observation and interviews. The number of samples used was 81 medical records in July–November 2022 cases of childbirth in inpatients, and the number of informants was 1 person who was a key informant. In this study, the accuracy of the results of the maternal complication component was obtained with 55.56% accuracy, the method of delivery with 61.73% accuracy, and the outcome of delivery with 67.90% accuracy. Then the total results were obtained with 38.27% accuracy. The results of the interview found that the accuracy of coding can be influenced by the 5M factors (man, method, material, machine, and money). Conclusion: Most of the diagnosis codes in labor cases are incorrect. So the coding officer should be more careful in coding, both regarding the rules and procedures for coding diagnoses based on ICD-10.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

This research aims to provide a solution to the importance of literacy in the digital era, to explain the importance of literacy in the digital era in dealing with hoaxes or false information on social media as well as strategies for increasing literacy in the digital era. Hoaxes can have a very detrimental impact, both on individuals and society as a whole. Therefore, it is important for people to always check the veracity of information before sharing it or taking action based on that information. With digital literacy, people can understand and manage information spread on social media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The literature study method involves collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature that are relevant to the research subject. Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

Rapid growth in the business world allows companies to showcase their advantages to attract public interest and invite investors to invest, but this actually gives rise to negative impacts such as social inequality. Therefore, companies are not only expected to pursue profits alone, but also to prioritize their responsibilities and the environment. The researcher's aim in writing this scientific article is to study and examine the influence of eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting and dividend policy on firm value moderated by profitability. This research is included in the category of qualitative descriptive research with literature study. The results of this research show that the variables eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting, and dividend policy have a positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting, and dividend policy can be moderated by profitability on firm value.

Bullying behavior in the school environment is a serious challenge that affects students' welfare and creates a learning environment that is not conducive. This research aims to investigate the dynamics of bullying behavior, focusing on identifying the perpetrator, protecting the victim's right to life, and implementing just, civilized humanity in the educational context. Qualitative research methods were used, by exploring data from document studies, including school policies, bullying incident reports, and student behavior records. The research results show the complexity of the factors driving bullying behavior, involving social inequality, family problems, and a lack of awareness of the consequences of actions. Protection of victims' rights to life is proven to need improvement through evaluating school policies and implementing effective reporting procedures. The implementation of just, civilized human values ??shows positive steps, however, challenges arise in monitoring and evaluating these programs. The conclusions of this research underscore the urgency of involving teachers, school staff and the entire educational community in efforts to prevent and deal with bullying. With a deep understanding of this problem, it is hoped that a safer, more inclusive and humane school environment can be created

A Public Relations person plays a major role in helping the company build harmonious relationships with various parties through communication activities. PR also plays a role as a facilitator in solving problems faced by companies. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which the integration of Public Relations science with accounting can provide effective solutions in overcoming company bankruptcy. The main focus of this research is on the solutions proposed by Alexandra, a female protagonist in the novel "Impian Demian" who serves as Public Relation Manager. Alexandra is actively involved in helping Demian, the main character and Director in the novel, to overcome the challenges of company bankruptcy. In this research, analysis was carried out on the causes of company bankruptcy and the solutions implemented by Alexandra. The method used is a hermeneutic method with a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the efforts made by Alexandra in handling company bankruptcy are in line with accounting principles. The solutions provided by Public Relations have succeeded in helping companies get out of crisis situations.
 

Rumah adat adalah rumah yang memiliki ciri khas bangunan yang melambangkan kebudayaan dari suatu daerah. Keunikan rumah-rumah adat di Indonesia menjadi salah satu materi pembelajaran untuk pelajar di Indonesia. Buku-buku yang menjadi media pengenalan rumah adat di Indonesia masih memiliki kekurangan berupa terbatasnya tampilan rumah adat secara visual. Sehingga mengurangi minat anak dalam mengenal rumah adat nusantara. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan tergerusnya budaya. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan minat dan wawasan terhadap budaya rumah adat ini digabungkan antara teknologi dan budaya. Penggabungan ini menggunakan teknologi augmented reality untuk mengenalkan rumah adat nusantara. Rumah adat divisualisasikan melalui objek 3-dimensi didalam aplikai android. Aplikasi augmented reality yang dikembangkan bersifat dinamis, sehingga penambahan konten dapat dilakukan tanpa memodifikasi kode program. Aplikasi ini akan memvisualkan 9 rumah adat dari 9 provinsi yang ada di Pulau Jawa, Nusa Tenggara, dan Bali. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kenaikan pengetahuan siswa SDN Banjarmendalan sebesar 56% dimana berarti aplikasi cukup efektif untuk membantu siswa mengenal rumah adat nusantara dan dari penilaian kepuasan siswa terhadap aplikasi mendapatkan nilai 90,5% dimana berarti aplikasi sudah cukup menarik minat siswa untuk belajar mengenal rumah adat.

Purwokerto Village, located in Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency, is a village that is very dependent on the tobacco farming sector as the main livelihood of its residents. However, pest attacks and plant diseases often cause significant losses in agricultural production, threatening the welfare of farmers. From agricultural products carried out by farmers, waste is obtained from chopping tobacco leaves which are not used. Tobacco waste contains compounds that have natural insecticidal properties, meaning it can be used to effectively control pest attacks and plant diseases. Therefore, community service is carried out using the science and technology diffusion method to develop knowledge and skills in the context of sustainability through young agropreneurs and farmers in Purwokerto Village. By carrying out this training, it is hoped that village communities can make natural insecticides independently by utilizing existing resources.ABSTRAKDesa Purwokerto terletak di Kecamatan Ngimbang Kabupaten Lamongan adalah sebuah desa yang sangat bergantung pada sektor pertanian tembakau sebagai mata pencaharian utama penduduknya. Akan tetapi serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman seringkali menyebabkan kerugian yang signifikan dalam produksi pertanian, mengancam kesejahteraan petani. Dari hasil pertanian yang dilakukan petani, diperoleh limbah dari pencacahan daun tembakau yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Limbah tembakau mengandung senyawa yang memiliki sifat insektisidal alami, artinya dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman secara efektif.  Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengabdian Masyarakat dengan metode difusi iptek guna mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam konteks keberlanjutan melalui agropreneur muda dan petani di Desa Purwokerto. Dengan dilakukan pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat desa dapat membuat insektisida alami secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang telah ada.

Surabaya is well-known as an industrial city where the development will not be separated from economic cultivation. There is an increase on the quality of life in urban areas caused by economic factors which cause people to migrate to Surabaya city, so that the level of urbanization and the rate of population growth in Surabaya is increasing. It will trigger a phenomenon caused by the high urbanization of the population, both the benefits and challenges that will be faced by the government. The high population rate in Surabaya is certainly followed by the high demand for modes of transportation which have also increased, causing traffic jams in Surabaya. Hence, the program regarding the Suroboyo bus is one of the solutions to reduce congestion. The aims of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the Suroboyo Bus as a public transportation in overcoming traffic jams in Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The researcher collected the data by research subjects, namely: (1)the people who use the Suroboyo Bus and (2)the highway of Surabaya city. The results of this study focused on 3 indicators, namely (1) goal attainment: The results show that in achieving the goal of Suroboyo the bus has not met the criteria and the city of Surabaya is still experiencing traffic jams, (2) integration: quite good but needs improvement and additional media expansion in promoting the Suroboyo bus and (3) adaptation: The Suroboyo bus adaptation process has not gone well enough because people are not used to using public transportation and prefer to use private vehicles.Kota Surabaya dikenal sebagai kota industri dimana dalam perkembangannya tidak akan terlepas dari perkembangan ekonomi. Adanya peningkatan kualitas hidup di wilayah perkotaan disebabkab oleh faktor ekonomi yang mengundang orang-orang untuk bermigrasi ke Kota Surabaya sehingga tingkat urbanisasi dan laju pertumbuhan penduduk kota Surabaya meningkat. Hal ini akan memicu adanya fenomena yang ditimbulkan oleh tingginya urbanisasi penduduk baik yang menguntungkan maupun tantangan yang akan dihadapi oleh pemerintah. Tingginya angka kependudukan di Kota Surabaya tentu diikuti dengan tingginya kebutuhan moda transportasi yang ikut meningkat sehingga menyebabkan kemacetan yang ada dikota Surabaya. Maka adanya program mengenai Suroboyo bus ini menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang efektivitas suroboyo bus sebagai angkutan transportasi publik dalam mengatasi kemacetan Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggumpulkan data adapun subjek peneliti yaitu: (1) masyarakat pengguna suroboyo bus dan (2) masyarakat pengguna jalan raya kota surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini berfokus pada 3 indikator yaitu (1) pencapaian tujuan: hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam mencapai tujuan suroboyo bus belum memenuhi kriteria dan Kota Surabaya masih mengalami kemacetan, (2) integrasi: cukup baik tetapi perlu adanya peningkatan dan menambah media perluasan dalam mempromosikan Suroboyo bus ini dan (3) adaptasi: proses adaptasi suroboyo bus belum berjalan cukup baik karena masyarakat yang tidak terbiasa menggunakan transportasi public dan lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi.

FoMO or Fear of Missing Out behavior is a type of behavior that is very widespread these days. The aim of this study is to analyze and dissect the FoMO behavior. In particular, it concerns shoe fashion, which is widespread among students. The existence of different types of faculties spread across universities with the grouping of saintek and soshum certainly has consequences for students. It provides a perspective on a phenomenon. Of course, there are differences between the two large groups. It is this difference that provides an interesting proposition for why this research was conducted. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study showed that FoMO behavior has consequences for students buying or consuming goods, especially shoes with brand value. The authenticity of an item also influences students' shopping interest. They prefer to buy original or genuine shoes, which guarantee quality, rather than branded but fake or imitation (KW) shoes. Thus, it can be concluded that there is still relevance between the theory of consumer society by Jean P. Baudrillard and the condition of contemporary students of Jember University.
