The community service activity with the title "Socialization of Technology Utilization and Tax Modernization at SMK Negeri 1 Medan" was carried out well and smoothly. The participation and interaction of the participants in this activity greatly support the success of the activities that have been carried out. Basically, this community service activity is carried out to contribute to the field of education related to taxation.

Family Planning Program (KB) using contraceptives is an effort to suppress the rate of population growth. In 2020, the proportion of LACMs (13.4%) in the working area of ​​the Depati Tujuh Health Center is smaller than the proportion of non-LACMs (86.6%) meaning that this achievement has not met the target of the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan (25.11%). The purpose of the research  was to determine the determinants of the use of the Long-Acting Contraceptive Methods (LACMs) on family planning acceptors in the working area of ​​the Depati Tujuh Koto Tuo Health Center, Kerinci Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research  design and an analytical survey research method. The number of research samples was 117 respondents who were taken using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection in April-May 2021. The dependent variable is the use of LACMs while the independent variables are work status, knowledge, attitudes, husband's support, and the role of health workers. Data analysis using chi-square and cox regression. The results showed that the proportion of LACMs was 17.9%. There was a relationship between working status (PR=1.33; 95% CI=1.01-1.75), knowledge (PR=1.23; 95% CI=1.06-1.42), husband's support (PR= 1.30; 95% CI=1.10-1.53), and the role of health workers (PR=1.40; 95% CI=1.17-1.67) with the use of LACMs. There was no relationship between attitude (PR=1.15; 95% CI=0.98-1.36) with the use of LACMs. The dominant factor in the use of LACMs in the working area of ​​the Depati Tujuh Health Center in 2021 is the role of health workers (RR=6.34; 95% CI=1.45-27.71).

Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dengan indikator fokus pada tujuan tim, saling memberi motivasi dalam menyelesaikan tugas, menjalin kerjasama sesama anggota tim dan koordinasi dalam proses menyelesaikan tugas, Lingkungan Kerja dengan indikator suasana kerja, hubungan dengan rekan kerja dan tersedianya fasilitas kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dengan indikator latihan keselamatan kerja, audit keselmatan kerja, program budaya kerja, rapat K3 sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap PRISDHY, Dengan mengetahui hubungan tersebut, Owner Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap PRISDHY dapat memperkirakan bagaimana respon ataupun pengaruh karyawan dalam Kerjasama Tim, Lingkungan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja yang diberikan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawanya.
   Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kerjasama Tim, Lingkungan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut diketahui hasil analisis korelasi sebagai berikut: Nilai R Square 0,036 atau 0,36% dan sisanya sebesar 99,64% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Primary dysmenorrhea refers to pain without obvious pathological pelvic disease or menstrual pain with normal pelvic anatomy, usually beginning in adolescence after their ovulatory cycle has established. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age of menarche, duration of menstruation and exercise habits in adolescent girls in Sitinjau Laut District.
This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out in March-April 2021. The research population was... Young Women with a research sample of 198 young women. Sampling was done by using proportional random sampling technique. This study consisted of the independent variable "age of menarche, duration of menstruation and exercise habits" and the dependent variable "primary dysmenorrhea". Data analysis using Chi-Square test.
The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls is 74.2%. Factors related to the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls were age at menarche (P=0.000; 1.870; 95% CI 1.371-2.552) and length of menstruation (P=0.001; 0.720; 95% CI 0.635-0.817). And there is no relationship between exercise habits (P=0.720; 1.184 95% CI 1.012-1.835).
There is a relationship between the age of menarche with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea and the length of menstruation in adolescent girls in the District of Sitinjau Laut.

Waste that cannot be recycled and processed properly will be very dangerous for human health and the environment. Based on data from the Environmental Service of Jambi City, garbage in Jambi City reached a total of 465,693,805 kg/day, and the largest waste generation data was in Alam Barajo District where the waste generated was 75,409,004 kg/day. This research is an observational study that uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional method. The population of Alam Barajo sub-district is 30,786 families. The sampling technique is a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using thetest Chi-Square, the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.122), support from community leaders (p = 0.607), support from health workers (p = 0.227) with waste management household. There is a relationship between knowledge and household waste management in Alam Barajo sub-district and there is no relationship between attitudes, support from community leaders, support from health workers and household waste management.

Pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap initial return sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan mengetahui pengaruh tersebut pihak perusahaan sektor consumer goods bisa lebih mengoptimalkan tingkat profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas diwaktu yang akan datang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Peneliti ini dilakukan dalam waktu 5 tahun dari tahun 2017-2021 pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang melakukan IPO. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, solvabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Secara Bersama-sama variabel independent tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, hal itu dibuktikan nilai R2 sebesar 0.046 atau sebesar 4,6%.

Kulit kopi yang dikeringkan (cascara) dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi minuman seduhan layaknya teh. Pengembangan cascara sebagai minuman fermentasi (kombucha) banyak dilakukan. Kombucha merupakan minuman fermentasi larutan cascara dan gula yang ditambahkan starter kombucha yaitu simbiosis bakteri Acetobacter xylinum dan beberapa jenis khamir diantaranya Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik kimia (total asam, total fenol, total gula, pH, alkohol) dan aktivitas antioksidan kombucha cascara kopi arabika selama fermentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan satu faktor yaitu lama fermentasi (4, 8, 10, 12, dan 14 hari). Analisia sidik ragam untuk pengaruh perlakuan dilakukan pada data yang diperoleh, bila hasil menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata, maka dilakukan uji Duncan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total asam, total fenol, alkohol dan IC50 kombucha cascara semakin meningkat dengan waktu fermentasi 4-14 hari yaitu total asam berkisar 1,02-1,51% peningkatan total asam terjadi karena metabolisme sukrosa oleh bakteri dan kapang yang akan menghasilkan sejumlah asam organik dan alkohol yang diproduksi secara anaerob oleh khamir Saccharomyces cerevisiae sehingga terjadi kenaikan alkohol berkisar 48,41-2377,55 ppm. Total fenol berkisar 13,31-22,37 mg GAE/mL, kenaikan total fenol diduga karena terbentuknya senyawa fenolik akibat aktivitas enzimatis oleh mikroba SCOBY kombucha dalam mendegradasi komponen matriks lainnya dan mengakibatkan kenaikan IC50 berkisar 52,021-262,298 mg/L. Total gula dan nilai pH kombucha cascara yang dihasilkan semakin lama fermentasi akan menurun dengan total gula berkisar 2,85-6,15% dan nilai pH berkisar 1,46-2,98, gula yang ada digunakan sebagai sebagai nutrisi oleh kultur kombucha selama fermentasi  dan menghasilkan alkohol dan asam organik hal ini mengakibatkan adanya penurunan total gula dan pH pada kombucha cascara.

Saat melaksanakan magang di PT Pertani (Persero) dari Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) yang diselenggarakan oleh Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI), mengalami penggabungan dengan PT Sang Hyang Seri pada bulan November 2021 dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 98 tahun 2021 tentang Penggabungan Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Pertani ke Dalam Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Sang Hyang Seri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai output magang yang dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi selama magang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT SHS dalam menerapi core value AKHLAK sudah dijalankan dan terlaksana dengan baik walau terkadang anggaran untuk bisa memenuhi kegiatan kantor terhambat. Prosedur yang digunakan sebagai dasar dari bertingkah laku dan bersikap sehari-hari menggunakan melaksanakan beberapa kegiatan dalam menerapi core value AKHLAK adalah Surat Edaran Menteri BUMN Nomor SE-7/MBU/07/2020 tentang Nilai-nilai Utama SDM BUMN.

The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created  social  grade  which  lead to the conflict.  This became  a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the  racism  in  such  movie.  The  researcher  used  a  qualitative  descriptive method,  and  the  research  material  was  a dialogue  from  the  movie  "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The  Butler  movie.  Attitudes  is  a  pattern  of  thinking  or  feeling  about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice  rarely  occured  in the  social  life  because  black  people  can  not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.
