Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kearifan lokal Bengkulu melalui pendekatan etnomatematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami hubungan antara matematika dan budaya Bengkulu serta menerapkan kearifan lokal tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini pendekatan  studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Bengkulu melibatkan konsep-konsep unik dan strategi matematika yang berakar pada budaya setempat. Pembahasan mengungkapkan pentingnya memasukkan konteks budaya dalam pengajaran matematika untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan menghargai keberagaman budaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah etnomatematika dapat menjadi cermin kebudayaan Bengkulu yang kaya dan bermanfaat dalam konteks pendidikan matematika.

Cases of bullying that often occur in the world of education in Indonesia are indeed increasingly concerning. Bullying behavior can hurt students, so they feel unwanted and rejected by their environment. This of course will have an effect on various student activities at school. This study aims to determine the application of Harry S.Sullivan's counseling to overcome bullying victims and feel bad when given responses by other people to students of SMAN 1 Galang. This study uses interview techniques. The method of collecting data is by anamnesis to find out the problems of these students. The subject in this study was one of the 11th grade students of SMAN 1 Galang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku penuntun praktikum kimia berbasis lingkungan pada materi asam basa. Penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Validasi dilakukan oleh validator produk, respon guru dan observer keterlaksanaan. Uji coba dilakukan terhadap 20 peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penuntun praktikum kimia berbasis lingkungan dinyatakan valid oleh validator produk (rerata 83%), dinyatakan sangat praktis dilihat dari hasil respon guru (rerata 94%) dan dilihat dari observer keterlaksanaan (83%). Keefektifan dilihat berdasarkan hasil post-test (rerata 75%) dan angket respon peserta didik (rerata 87%). Buku penuntun praktikum kimia dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan.

This study aims to design and produce Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on class XI human respiratory system material. This type of research is Research and Development (Reasearch & Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were 2 material expert validator lecturers and 2 learning expert validator lecturers, the assessment of 1 biology teacher, and the responses of class XI MIPA-3 students of SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli T.A. 2022/2023. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the development of STAD-based LKPD obtained validation results by material experts of 96.88% in the "very feasible" category, validation by learning experts of 90.13% in the "very feasible" category, assessment by biology teachers of 93.42 % in the "very feasible" category, the student response was 94.96% in the "very feasible" category, and the results of the effectiveness test obtained an N-gain score of 0.72 which was included in the "high" category and was considered effective in being used in the learning process biology in the material of the human respiratory system.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method on students' mathematical communication abilities. The type of research used is a Quasi-Experimental type (pseudo-experimental) and uses the True Experimental Design research design with the Posttest-Only Controll form. The research was conducted at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang with a population of all students of class VII consisting of 2 classes. The sample were taken from all members of all population so that class VII.1 as the experimental class was given treatment, namely the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method and class VII.2 as the control class which was not given treatment, namely the conventional method. Research data was collected through tests. Based on the analysis of the test results, it shows that the students' mathematical communication skills in the experimental class are higher than those in the control class. This means that the class that was treated with the TAPPS method affected students' mathematical communication skills. Statistical calculations obtained from the test results yield tcount = 2.944 and ttable = 2.013, so that tcount > ttable which causes H0 to be rejected and H1 to be accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method on the mathematical communication abilities of class VII students of SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang.
 
 

Abstrak Semakin berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi karena adanya globalisasi menimbulkan suatu fenomena perilaku baru di kehidupan masyarakat. Munculnya fenomena perilaku belanja online sebagai alternatif pilihan konsumsi di kalangan remaja merupakan suatu bentuk dari perkembangan teknologi dalam media berbelanja. Sistem belanja secara online lebih efisien karena cara kerja online shop ini pembeli tidak bertemu langsung dengan penjual termasuk juga saat pembayarannya dan dapat ditransfer. Bagi kalangan remaja, online shop ini menawarkan kebutuhan yang bervariasi sehingga menjadi keuntungan dalam alternatif pilihan konsumsinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab dan dampak yang ditimbulkan tentang pembahasan fenomena belanja online sebagai alternatif pilihan konsumsi di kalangan remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan melibatkan 32 responden atau informan di kalangan remaja. Didiskripsikan dalam penelitian ini bahwa responden berjenis kelamin perempuan lebih mendominasi dalam penggunaan belanja online sebagai alternatif pilihan konsumsi kalangan remaja. Kemudahan dan kepraktisan menjadi faktor penyebab kalangan remaja lebih setuju melakukan belanja online.

Pain is an uncomfortable and highly individualized feeling that others cannot feel. Lidocaine is a drug to relieve pain or has a numbing effect on the body. This study aims to determine the effect of lidocaine use on the pain level of urinary retention patients during catheter insertion in the emergency room of Dr Haryoto Lumajang Hospital. The research design used quasi-experiments with Two Group Post-test design. Accidental sampling was used to determine the number of samples and obtained 30 respondents, every 15 people in the intervention group and control group. The pain was measured using the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) pain scale. The intervention group was given lidocaine 2% as much as one ampoule mixed with lubricant inserted into the urethra using a syringe. The control group only used lubricant. Statistical tests using the Mann-Whitney U Test. In the intervention group, 11 (73.3%) respondents experienced mild pain, and 4 (26.7%) respondents felt moderate pain. In the control group, 14 (93.3%) respondents experienced moderate pain and 1 (6.7%) respondent felt severe pain. Statistical test with a p-value of 0.000 means that lidocaine use has an effect on the pain level of patients with urine retention during catheter insertion. Taking into account the findings of this study, nursing can play a role in improving patient experience and providing better care during catheter insertion in patients with urine retention.

The purpose of this research is to find out the process of resolving disputes over Termination of Employment (PHK) pursued by trade unions based on Law number 2 of 2004 and Law of Job Creation and knowing the protection efforts for workers who were unilaterally laid off at PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia. This study uses research methods through a qualitative research approach by means of direct observation and then produces qualitative data presented in written form. The type of research in this study is empirical juridical research where this research originates from events that occur in the community regarding disputes over termination of employment. The results showed that the case of Termination of Employment (PHK) PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia is a case of unilateral layoffs with the settlement of layoff disputes carried out through bipartite negotiations and mediation and will then proceed to the Industrial Relations Court stage if an agreement is not reached. Workers do not get compensation rights from the company. Companies must be given sanctions related to unilateral Termination of Employment (PHK) and compensation sanctions.

The importance of the role of MSMEs in helping the country's economy, it is hoped that the longer the development of MSME performance will increase. The strategy decision emerged as a response to the current decline in MSME graphics performance, with steps. Strategic planning in small companies is much more informal compared to large businesses, however, MSMEs must continue to develop new missions, goals, strategies and policies, to then compare external opportunities and threats with their potential strengths and weaknesses. In this study MSME innovation as an additional stimulus because innovation is thought to increase competitive advantage, understanding the relationship between performance and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises can help the company's competitive strategy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals. related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the strategic decisions made by MSME actors were still not quite right, on average MSME actors made short-term strategic decisions. Meanwhile, the innovation of MSME actors is very qualified to have a competitive advantage and competitiveness. The results of the research have implications for the first two things in the behavior of MSMEs, it is hoped that they will continue to improve their abilities creatively, innovatively and adaptively, both parties the government is expected to continue to improve and equip MSMEs facilities evenly and improve mentoring programs / training for MSMEs.

Sidoarjo Regency has a beach in the eastern region along 27 km which crosses several sub-districts such as Sedati, Buduran, Sidoarjo, Porong and Jabon. The Lapindo mud disaster that occurred in 2006 in Sidoarjo had a broad impact on people's daily lives. The Lapindo mud disaster was an event of hot mudflow and the emergence of gas onto the ground which claimed many lives and had a major direct impact on the community. The occurrence of the Lapindo mud disaster was initiated by oil drilling from PT. Lapindo Brantas Inc., which was later in the drilling process, experienced a failure resulting in an explosion from underground and then gushing out. Many were victims in the incident ranging from babies, children, adults to the elderly and many people, houses, villages, districts, schools and other buildings were drowned. In addition, many people have lost their jobs and their homes which makes them all feel stressed to the point of depression. Until now, the problems caused by the Lapindo mudflow disaster have not been resolved. This is because the responsibility for compensation that is given is not evenly distributed or does not even receive a penny. As a result, there are still frequent conflicts and prolonged demonstrations. Meanwhile, the victims of the Lapindo mudflow have used many strategies to survive and continue their lives so that they do not continue to mourn the sadness that exists.
