Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran optimisme ibu dalam menghadapi anak yang kecanduan game online. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah satu orang yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yaitu ibu dengan anak yang memiliki kecanduan game online. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan wawancara semi struktur dengan pendekatan Theory Led Thematic Analysis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa subjek memiliki optimisme pada anak yang mengalami kecanduan game online yang di dasarkan dari aspek optimisme yaitu  aspek permanence yang terlihat dari subjek   mengatasi masalah kecanduan anak dengan cara membatasi jam dalam melakukan permainan, dan melakukan pengawasan pada perilaku anak dalam melakukan permainan game online, kemudian aspek pervasiveness yaitu subjek mengetahui penyebab khusus munculnya perilaku/ emosi anak dan mengetahui mengapa kerabat dekat membicarakan perilaku/emosi anak yang negatif dari dampak permainan game online, dan aspek personalization dimana subjek ikut  terlibat dalam mengawasi anak, subjek sudah berhasil dalam menghadapi permasalahannya dengan cara menghapus permainan yang memicu emosi negatif anak dan membimbing anak untuk menyampaikan emosinya dengan baik.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the school literacy initiative program at SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer Salatiga. This research is evaluative and uses the CIPPO model. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the research data is tested for credibility using triangulation techniques, which consist of source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis involves description, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results based on the context aspect show that the literacy initiative program (GLS) is essential. Regarding the input aspect, the GLS program meets the school's needs in addressing low student literacy skills and is supported by adequate human resources, budget, and infrastructure. In the process aspect, the GLS program was carried out well according to the plan, although some teachers need reminders about the SOP. The product of the GLS program implementation includes improvements in students' reading ability, reading comprehension, and writing skills. This is evidenced by students’ works, such as writing competitions, poetry, friendship stories, and creating clippings about earth's surface features and the environment. The outcome or impact of the results is that students gain new knowledge and vocabulary, become creative and innovative, and are able to develop their imagination by writing poetry and short stories. Additionally, students become more confident in presenting their own work.

The school library is one of the important components in the educational ecosystem affected by the pandemic, including the private high school SMA XYZ in South Tangerang, which is the subject of this study. The research objective is to describe the effectiveness of the Blockchain system in accommodating data storage and its impact on efforts to improve the performance of Indonesian language teachers at SMA XYZ in utilizing the library. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach involving Indonesian language teachers and library staff. Data were collected through interviews and participatory observation. The collected data were validated through observation, documentation, and providing written questionnaires, administered directly in front of the researchers. If there were discrepancies in the data, further discussion with the sources would be conducted. Validated data were compared and summarized. The results of data analysis indicate that Indonesian language teachers have not maximized the use of the school library. The service system and data management in the library are also not optimal. The Blockchain system is proposed as an effort to improve teacher performance because it enables transparency, reliability, and security in information storage and exchange. In the context of the school library, the Blockchain system can be used to record and manage teachers' learning history, awards, and assessments by students and colleagues. Poorly organized book inventory management and borrowing processes make it difficult to utilize library facilities. The research findings indicate that the Blockchain system effectively addresses various challenges mentioned above.
 

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan pemberian pelatihan tentang cara pengelolaan keuangan secara digital, dan diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat melaksanakan dalam aktivitas jual beli sehari-hari. Sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan produktivitas. Hasil Pelatihan dengan melakukan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dengan pemaparan materi dan praktik langsung terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan secara digital. Screen time anak-anak mengacu pada waktu yang dihabiskan oleh anak dengan piranti berlayar termasuk komputer, tablet, smartphone, televisi atau video game. Banyak penelitian yang menemukan bahwa screen time memiliki dampak buruk pada perkembangan anak usia dini termasuk perkembangan bahasa. Perkembangan bahasa merupakan salah satu bagian perkembangan yang krusial bagi kehidupan anak, mengingat bahasa merupakan media komunikasi penyampaian pesan seseorang terhadap orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh screen time terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah A Literature Review untuk mengidentifikasi artikel secara sistematis. Melalui pencarian seperti: Social Science Research, Mendeley Cite, Google Scholar dan Garuda Jurnal dari tahun 2017 hingga 2023, ditemukan 8 artikel sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah 5 dari 8 penelitian didapatkan tidak ada korelasi antara screen time dan perkembangan berbahasa anak namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak terutama pada anak yang menggunakan waktu berlayar >2 jam. Dalam penelitian lain menemukan bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada pemerolehan bahasa anak khususnya bagi anak speech delay. Banyak juga para orang tua yang memiliki sedikit pemahaman tentang dampak negatif dari pemberian screen time berlebihan pada anak dan pentingnya pendampingan orang tua pada anak ketika memberikan waktu screen time.

In this study, the main problem is how is the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services in Sisobahili Village, Namohalu Esiwa District, North Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

Penelitian ini mengkaji evaluasi anggaran dan realisasi keuangan PT Virama Karya (Persero) dari tahun 2019 hingga 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis data keuangan dari laporan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa PT Virama Karya berhasil melebihi target anggaran setiap tahun, meskipun menghadapi penurunan persentase realisasi dari 163,565% pada 2019 menjadi sekitar 137,5% pada 2020 dan 2021, terpengaruh oleh pandemi COVID-19. Faktor eksternal seperti pembatasan sosial dan gangguan rantai pasokan mempengaruhi realisasi anggaran, namun perusahaan berhasil mengatasi dengan diversifikasi proyek, optimalisasi biaya, dan peningkatan produktivitas. Kesimpulannya, strategi efektif dan manajemen yang adaptif memungkinkan PT Virama Karya untuk mempertahankan kinerja keuangan yang kuat di tengah tantangan eksternal yang signifikan.

Customer attrition has become the focus of many businesses today – since the online market space has continued to proffer customers, various choices and alternatives to goods, services, and products for their monies. Businesses must seek to improve value, meet customers' teething demands/needs, enhance their strategies toward customer retention, and better monetize. The study compares the effects of data resampling schemes on predicting customer churn for both Random Forest (RF) and XGBoost ensembles. Data resampling schemes used include: (a) default mode, (b) random-under-sampling RUS, (c) synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE), and (d) SMOTE-edited nearest neighbor (SMOTEEN). Both tree-based ensembles were constructed and trained to assess how well they performed with the chi-square feature selection mode. The result shows that RF achieved F1 0.9898, Accuracy 0.9973, Precision 0.9457, and Recall 0.9698 for the default, RUS, SMOTE, and SMOTEEN resampling, respectively. Xgboost outperformed Random Forest with F1 0.9945, Accuracy 0.9984, Precision 0.9616, and Recall 0.9890 for the default, RUS, SMOTE, and SMOTEEN, respectively. Studies support that the use of SMOTEEN resampling outperforms other schemes; while, it attributed XGBoost enhanced performance to hyper-parameter tuning of its decision trees. Retention strategies of recency-frequency-monetization were used and have been found to curb churn and improve monetization policies that will place business managers ahead of the curve of churning by customers.

Anemia in pregnant women is a serious health problem with negative impacts on the health of the mother and fetus. The aim of this research is to conduct a literature review on strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and evaluate 20 relevant articles regarding strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women. A literature search was conducted through various databases and articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The main finding of this literature review is that several effective strategies have been identified for the reduction and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, including iron and folic acid supplementation, dietary changes, regular check-ups, health education, and community-based awareness campaigns. Factors such as public awareness, supportive health policies, and easy access to health services play an important role in supporting the successful implementation of these strategies. However, there are also obstacles such as limited access and resources, non-compliance, and cultural challenges that can hinder efforts to prevent anemia. The conclusion of this research is that strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women require a holistic approach involving various aspects, including strengthening health services, targeted health education, and cross-sector collaboration. By implementing appropriate recommendations, it is hoped that a significant reduction in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can be achieved and improve the overall health of mothers and fetuses.

Pendidikan karakter merupakan usaha mewujudkan individu yang memiliki karakter baik. Pendidikan karakter berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa tentang aktualisasi pendidikan karakter dalam mata kuliah di IAIN Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam mata kuliah di IAIN Palangka Raya yakni mahasiswa memandang pendidikan karakter sebagai suatu proses mengajar tentang bagaimana cara individu berperilaku yang mana tercakup komponen pengetahuan, tata nilai, dan perilaku sehingga dapat membentuk karakter yang baik bagi individu tersebut. Pendidikan karakter memiliki peranan yang penting dalam membentuk karakter baik bagi mahasiswa. Dalam mata kuliah pendidikan karakter nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan terdiri dari jujur, sopan santun, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, amanah, rasa hormat, keberanian, adil, tekun, setia kawan, integritas, dan kebangsaan yang sesuai dengan nilai ajaran agama. Bentuk pengaktualisasian pendidikan karakter dalam mata kuliah pendidikan karakter yakni dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh permasalahan di dunia nyata maupun dunia maya yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan karakter mahasiswa.
